[Music] [Applause] bu something so beautiful this was all I ever dreamed of yeah I'm probably going to get it to I think by Tuesday is the plan that's the one that's going up on Thursday I think um back to be a travel filmmaker has been a dream of mine for as long as I've owned a camera the adventure the thrill the freedom say you there yeah sorry um no I'll have it done for sure by the end of tonight and on your and it seems like one day I just woke up and I was there
I was a travel fil [Music] this was all I ever dreamed of right now I know what you're [Music] thinking now look Sam's making another video about a guy watching his life back on a VHS tape telling you what really matters is the people or the little moments in [Music] life and although that's all a little bit true this video has a different message you see for me this last month has been tough I moved out of my old apartment my car broke down and my grandma passed away all within a week of each other
and you know the worst part about it all is that all I could think about was how poorly my last video [Music] performed but this was all I ever dreamed of right dreams are a funny concept because one day you might actually accomplish that dream of yours how are you I'm day and it might not be exactly what you expect you'll spend all this time chasing a dream only to wake up one day and realize that chasing the dream was so much better than the dream itself friendship oh yes cheers now I know my life
is incredible and I love that I've accomplished so much of the life that I once dreamed of but somewhere along the way I stopped chasing those moments that made me me this job that I once saw as an answer to my problems the light at the other side of the tunnel has slowly become the same thing that I look to escape from but I didn't make this video to complain about my life or tell you not to dream I made this video as a reminder to myself telling you that yes life is about the people
and the moments but what's just as important is understanding there might come a day where you look back and realize that you have everything you could have ever dreamed of right now right in front of youing hey there what's up friend um damn it's been a minute since I've done this since I've talked to you guys so thank you for making it to the end of the video thank you for making it back to my little corner of the internet and hanging out with me for the next few minutes here um life has been life
in uh lots of things have been going on I've been very very stressed and overwhelmed I just moved into this new spot a lot of family things have happened and um when that does happen I like to take a deep breath and try to make something that feels real to me um and and I feel like I've made a lot of these reflection videos uh in the past and it's just a good reset and reminder of you know who I am and what I do and I really like making them so I hope you connect
