unexpected blessings While others leave you feeling lost the difference often lies in whether we've consulted our heavenly father first God yearns to be involved in every aspect of Our Lives from the seemingly small choices to the lifechanging ones he's not a distant God but a loving father who wants to guide us towards our best life when we pray first we're acknowledging that God's wisdom far surpasses our own we're humbling ourselves and inviting his perspective into our situation consider the story of Jehoshaphat in the Bible when faced with an overwhelming enemy Army his first response was
to seek God's guidance as we read in 2 Chronicles 20:12 Oh Our God will you not judge them for we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us nor do we know what to do but our eyes are upon you jehoshaphat's humble prayer led to a miraculous Victory without even lifting a sword this demonstrates the power of Consulting God before making our move when we pray first we align ourselves with God's will we open our hearts to his Direction and allow him to shape our thoughts and decisions it's like tuning an

waiting in faith have you ever prayed for guidance only to feel frustrated when an answer doesn't come immediately how do we navigate the space between our prayers and God's response waiting isn't passive it's an active exercise of Faith it's in these moments of waiting that our trust in God is refined and strengthened the Bible gives us a beautiful promise in Isaiah 40:31 but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength they shall Mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be wary they shall walk and not faint this verse reminds
us that waiting on God isn't wasted time it's a period of spiritual renewal and empowerment when we pray and wait we're demonstrating our Reliance on God's timing not our own we're acknowledging that his plans are superior to ours even when we can't see the full picture think of Simeon in the Bible who waited his entire life to see the Messiah his faithfulness in Waiting was rewarded with a profound encounter with baby Jesus waiting also allows us to prepare our hearts for God's answer it gives us time to align our desires with his will and to
cultivate patience and perseverance during this waiting period we should remain alert and attentive God often speaks in subtle ways through his word circumstances or the counsel of Godly friends my dear friends don't be discouraged if God's answer doesn't come immediately use this time to deepen your faith to listen more intently and to prepare your heart for his guidance remember God's delays are not denials his timing is perfect and his plans for you are good as you wait continue to seek him through prayer worship and meditation on his word let your waiting be active expectant and
full of trust in his unfailing love and wisdom my friends let's now turn our attention to another crucial step in our journey of praying before we move walking in obedience what good is seeking God's guidance if we don't follow through with action how can we ensure that our prayers translate into tangible Steps of Faith obedience is the Practical outworking of our faith and trust in God it's the crucial point where our faith is put into action in our spiritual journey the Book of James reminds us in James 1 verse 22 but be doers of the
word and not hearers only deceiving yourselves this verse challenges us to not just pray and receive guidance but to act on what God reveals to us when we obey God's leading we're demonstrating our trust in his wisdom and goodness we're saying Lord I believe your way is better than mine even if I don't fully understand it consider the story of Phillip in the book of Acts God directed him to leave a thriving Ministry and go to a desert road Philip obeyed without question leading to a Divine appointment with an Ethiopian official his obedience resulted in
the gospel spreading to a new continent walking in obedience often requires courage and Faith it might mean stepping out of our comfort zone or going against conventional wisdom but remember when God guides he provides he never calls us to a task without equipping us for it as we step out in obedience we'll often find that God reveals more of his plan along the way our Act of Faith opens doors for further guidance and blessings my dear friends let's not be content with just hearing from god let's be bold in our obedience taking action based on
the guidance we receive start with small steps of obedience in your daily life as you prove faithful in little things God will entrust you with greater responsibilities remember obedience isn't about perfection but about Direction it's about consistently aligning our choices with God's revealed will let's commit to not just being hearers of God's word but doers let's put our prayers into action and watch how God moves in miraculous ways now to all those within the sound of my voice let us go to the Lord in prayer I want you to pray this prayer with me so
that you can have all the blessings of this prayer let us pray to our gracious and loving God Heavenly Father you are the alpha and omega the beginning and the end your wisdom surpasses all understanding and your love knows no bounds I stand in awe of your majesty your power and your unfailing grace you are the creator of all things The Sovereign Lord who holds the world in your hands I worship you for your infinite knowledge and your perfect will thank you Lord for your constant presence in my life I'm grateful for your guidance your
provision your protection and your unconditional love forgive me Father for my sins for the times I've relied on my own understanding instead of seeking you first I forgive those who have trespassed against me just as you have forgiven me Lord I come before you now surrendering my plans and decisions to your perfect will give me the wisdom to seek you before making any decision in my life open my spiritual eyes to see the path that you've laid out for me grant me the patience to wait for your timing and the courage to obey your leading
I declare that indecision and confusion have no power over me in the name of Jesus I rebuke the spirit of fear and doubt out I bind the enemy's attempts to cloud my judgment or cause me to make hasty decisions father teach me to cultivate a lifestyle of prayer and dependence on you let prayer be my first response in every situation not my last resort help me to recognize your voice amidst the noise of this world give me discernment to distinguish between your will and my own desires Lord strengthen my faith during times of waiting knowing
that your delays are not denials Empower me to be not just a hearer of your word but a doer Lord I pray for healing in every area of my life physical emotional and spiritual I declare your healing power over any sickness or disease in my body I rebuke any attacks of the enemy on my health my finances or my relationships protect me from harm danger and the schemes of the evil one surround me with your hedge of protection day and night I lift up my loved ones to you Lord extend these same blessings of guidance
healing and protection to them may they too learn to seek se you first in all their decisions grant them wisdom discernment and the courage to follow your will Lord as I say this prayer together with everyone listening I am grateful for every heart that is opening before you right now we come in agreement praying for each other and for your divine intervention in our lives guide us collectively father as we navigate the challenges of life we declare victory over indecision and confusion in our lives we claim the peace that surpasses all understanding as we wait
