now when you go over the impression impressed on your brain cells brain neurons to the sensitive site you're visualizing you see with your sense of sight and you visualize with your mind hello and welcome this is the third in a series of videos where I've been sharing with you some of my experience of the tools provided in the Silva ultramine course offered by Mindvalley in this video we will be covering Jose Silva's three scenes technique what an amazing man Jose Silva was thank you sir for a quick recap in the first video we covered the
Silva centering exercise in the 321 method of getting into the alpha brainwave state as noted this is the foundation to all the Silva exercises and I will say the alpha brainwave state is really where all the magic happens in the second video we covered what Jose Silva calls the mental screen which is a tool used for visualization as the saying goes a picture says a thousand words and using mental pictures is an extremely valuable tool to use in mental programming just as an FYI you will be able to find all of these silver related videos
in my Silva playlist and in the pinned comments so be sure to check those out if you haven't already I'll also be adding videos to the playlist as we go the three scenes technique is yet another powerful tool that you can use in your life I'll be first showing you how it works and the steps involved in how to use it and towards the end of the video I'll share how I personally tested this technique when I first learned it so be sure to stick around for that the three scenes technique uses the mental screen
technique that we covered in the last video but in a more Dynamic way the three scenes technique is a way of using visualization as a method of solving problems or as Jose Silva puts it turning a problem into a project I'd love that way of looking at it there are really two types of problems one is where you have a problem but have no idea on what the solution to solve it would be for that type of problem the Silva tool to utilize is called the mental video technique which we'll be covering in the next
video in the series so keep an eye out for that the other type of problem is one where you know exactly what you want the solution to be for that we use the three scenes technique I'll give the steps to show how to use the three scenes technique first then give an example of how I personally use this technique to solve a problem in my life recently step one use the three two one method and go to your Alpha Center and with your mental screen directly in front of you thoroughly recreate an event in your
life which involves a problem that you know how you want resolved and just relive it for a moment this is your first scene one thing I'd like to point out here in the mind Valley ultramind course the training recommends really emphasizing and exaggerating the problem feeling the pain disappointment and anger of it Etc I personally disagree with this approach I do think it's important to recognize the problem and see it as it is but I don't feel that emphasizing the negativity of the problem is necessary but hey that's just my two cents now for the
second scene shift your awareness 15 degrees to the left of the first scene and mentally picture yourself taking some kind of action to change the situation anything you can think of here is just fine it could even be a small baby step step 3 for the third scene shift yet another 15 degrees farther to the left and see the end state of the situation exactly as you intend and desire it to be make the third scene as detailed as possible with full colors and an exact representation of your desired end state try to really feel
the emotions that would go along with that end state also think of all the people who would benefit from this end State the more people who benefit the better finally Express internal gratitude and be thankful that your solution to the problem is done and believe that it is here's a little diagram I put together to give a visual depiction of how this looks this is something that can be done relatively quickly it should only take about three to five minutes to complete try to work on a particular project for about a week monitor the progress
of your problem as each day passes if anything changes with the current state begins seeing one fresh to include those changes now you might be wondering why each of the scenes shift 15 degrees well let's talk about that Jose Silva believed that when you shift your attention towards your left that this takes into account the passage of time he said that from a subjective point of view the past is to your right the present is in front of you and the future is to your left I'm not sure if any research to prove this theory
has been done or not but I've used this technique and it has worked for me so as they say the proof is in the pudding let me give you a quick example of one of my first problem slash projects where I put this technique to the test for myself personally in my job I was tasked to work on something completely new and challenging for me everything needed to be done in a pretty small amount of time and many people are counting on this work being done it seemed a bit overwhelming and a bit stressful at
first I work in the tech field and there are always new challenges to overcome or as Jose might say problems to turn into projects I decided right then there was no better time to put this new technique to the test so I went into my Alpha center with the 321 method and presented a depiction of my new challenge to scene one in scene two I pictured myself taking the action of doing a bit of research on the new technology finding and reading some documentation and meeting with some other folks at work who might have some
more knowledge about this in scene three a picture of the work not only completed on time but done perfectly and pictured all of the people that would benefit from this work being done in the scene I felt proud of my accomplishment a feeling that comes along with the job well done within one week the solution was implemented exactly as I desired it to be it worked it was interesting that while doing the actual work just all seemed to flow easily like something was helping me now I'm using this technique in multiple areas of my life
one of the best things that you'll find while doing this is once you start practicing this and finding success in it it builds your personal faith in the process and in turn your confidence grows to take on bigger and bigger projects so give this a try like anything it will take practice I would recommend that you start out smaller projects and build on those keep building those intuitive muscles as often as you can and you will see the rewards again be patient with yourself as you go and have fun with it I hope you've enjoyed
this video and stay tuned for the next in the series where I'll be covering the mental video technique I'll see you in the next video adios [Music]
