Yo, >> what's good, dog? >> What? That was What's good, y'all?
>> We're back back home, man. >> Listen, we haven't posted in what, a week. A lot of stuff happened, bro.
Uh, we were in Qatar. >> When was the last time? Was it Qar?
>> Last video was the Qar recovery video. And the reason we haven't posted is cuz we went to San Francisco for the Super Bowl. Uh, we had a video to do out there.
My first day in San Francisco, I got hit with a super mean flu. Like, I'm talking a flu from the depths of hell. like four days in hotel room throwing up like [ __ ] screaming.
>> I was stuck in my hotel room. We had to get a doctor with an IV to come to my hotel and give me an IV. I couldn't get up.
I couldn't move. I was throwing up. >> Not sick, this and the other.
No excuses, but you know, we're here. >> N but happens. Yeah, [ __ ] happens.
Like, you know what I'm saying? Today, we're going to be showing y'all our personal favorite workouts. Okay.
>> You have some personals? Like, you have some? >> Yeah, I definitely have some personal workouts that I enjoy doing.
Um, so I think we're going to go through all the muscle groups. you know, cardio, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs, and we're each going to show you guys >> what our favorite workout is and explain why. So, it's more of anformational video for those of you who are just getting into the gym and want to tap in and really know what workouts we can do.
>> Yes. Yes. Yes.
>> Hopefully, you'll learn something from this video, man. Should be fun. >> We just hit 200K.
>> We hit 200,000 subs on a channel. So, thank you guys so much. Road to a million.
>> Love y'all, bro. >> Make sure to press that subscribe button. Let's get into the video, man.
Okay, cardio. What's your favorite exercise? I know you hate cardio.
Talk to us. >> Okay, so cardio is my personal least favorite thing in the gym. I think it's boring walking on a treadmill on a on a stairmaster.
So, one thing I used to do to do cardio to train was make it more fun. Make it feel like there's a goal. Make it feel like you're achieving something.
So, my cardio workout, personal favorite, is we're going to start with about 45 seconds of ropes like this. Okay. >> Really gets your blood pumping and it's good for your arms.
And then immediately after no breaks, come over. >> How many? >> 15 ball slams.
>> 15 ball slams. >> Ball slams. >> Okay.
How long did it right there? >> Yeah. Depends.
30 45 seconds. >> 45 seconds. Okay.
>> Okay. >> I'm going to go first. You going to time me?
>> Okay, baby. I'm timer out. >> All right, bet.
>> 45 seconds cardio. Okay. Lady's favorite cardio workout.
3 2 1 go. >> And then tell me what 10 seconds. >> Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Keep going.
Keep going. >> Tell me when I'm at 10. >> Yeah.
>> And 10. >> Oh, you switch. Okay.
>> Tell me when I'm at 20. >> Tell me what I'm at. 20.
>> 20. >> And 30. >> That's good for the arms.
>> That's good for the arms. >> Okay. And then straight to >> And then I I'll go straight.
One, >> two, >> two, >> three, four, five, 10, 11. Come on. 14 and bang.
15. Holy [ __ ] Holy [ __ ] I know that shit's hidden right now. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. >> It's definitely a tough one.
It's honestly harder than walking on a stair master. >> Oh, it's definitely harder. Yeah.
>> It's a good way to lose weight. You do this every day at the start or end of your workout, you lose so much. >> So, you would do this every day?
I would do this workout right here every day for like six months straight in my >> every day. >> Was that to start the workout or was that like a finisher? >> You know what I mean?
Start. >> But my trainer Mac would have me do ball slams >> in between every time I lifted. >> Oh wow.
>> And he'd also have me do the skis. >> Wow. >> So you >> the skis nice.
I kind of like skis. Yeah. >> [ __ ] All right.
I'm ready. I'm ready to try this [ __ ] >> Set. Go.
Nice. >> Damn you strong ass [ __ ] And switch. Nice.
Nice. Switch. Nice.
Nice. Mar. Five more seconds.
Three. Two. One.
Oh my god. >> Right into it. Right into it.
Right into it. 15. One.
Now I got to go all the way above your head. Lift it up. Nice.
Two. Three. Four.
>> 10. 11. 12.
13 14 15 >> Tell y'all, it's tiring. It's tiring. >> Hey, that's a great cardio workout, though.
>> That's a good cardio workout. That's my personal favorite. It's time for your favorite.
>> Oh, I'm out of breath from that [ __ ] >> Yeah. Yeah, me too. >> Golly.
I personally like cardio because it's a good way to get your blood flowing and like before the workout. I'm going to go honestly very boring. But >> let's just go to the stair master, bro.
>> It's not stair master. >> Oh, really? >> It's actually the treadmill.
>> What? >> Yeah, it is. It is, >> BROTHER.
JUST GO OUTSIDE AND GO FOR a walk. You're really going to make me help. I just put you about how >> max incline.
I've done this since I was like 16. >> Max incline for how long? >> Max incline for about >> Cool.
Like I usually do 10 minutes, but sometimes I do like five just to get the blood flowing before a workout. Okay. So, we do 5 minutes.
So, put it all the way up to 15. >> I'm at 15 incline. Two speed.
>> Two speed. And we do that for about 5 to 6 minutes. Okay.
I like this because I can probably stay on this for a very long time without like cuz that right there gets your like you get tired I feel like. >> Yeah, that's the point of cardio. >> This you lose weight and calories but it's not super tiring.
At least for me. >> Okay. >> So, let's do it.
>> 5 6 minutes, man. Let's go. >> All right.
What you think about the Super Bowl? >> I mean, I'm I won 10 bins. >> I won 14.
>> Yeah. Well, you won 14. I >> won 14K.
Now, I won 14K, but I had an opportunity to win 190,000 and all I needed was Stefon Digs to get one catch. >> So, I didn't understand that. So, you needed just catch the ball.
>> I had a four-legg parlay. Every leg hit and the last leg was Stefon Diggs four catches >> and he had three. >> I would have hit for 190,000.
>> How much you put in? >> It was It was like a free bet from from a future sponsor. >> Yeah.
>> Coming soon. 14K I came out with >> I mean, still good. week before I won 64 on the Seahawks >> and then uh I won another 10K uh on a on like a NBA parlay.
>> Yeah. >> And I ended up just buying a new car in cash. >> Have you they seen that by now?
Yeah, he did buy a new car. >> I haven't seen it on a fat fit, but I'm down I'm down to I'm down to show y'all after we're done with the workout. Take you guys outside, show you my new car.
It's pretty sick. >> Oh, yeah. That's good.
>> It's pretty sick. >> Well, you don't watch NFL. What was your thoughts on the game?
>> So, I'll tell you my thoughts. Yeah, I went to the game and was there and it was a sick experience, but as a game itself, I don't think it was the most exciting game to be honest. >> It was trash.
>> You know about football, so you let me know if it was or not. >> Trash. Um, very disappointed.
Honestly, you know, as a as a big NFL fan, you wait >> the entire regular season >> for this one game. >> Wait the entire playoffs all for the Super Bowl to be a really good game. The two best teams going back and forth.
And honestly, it was just a boring game. It was punts and field goals. >> Yeah, >> very like one touchdown or some [ __ ] >> I think it was like two touchdowns in the fourth quarter.
>> How crazy is that? Like >> they were garbage time. >> Game didn't matter when they had to sell out.
All right, y'all. We got about 15 seconds left till we hit 5 minutes. >> What do you think of this though?
>> This I don't like this one. >> No, it's fine. It's just not I'm not I feel like I'm I don't know.
I just It's just like I'm walking in place on a treadmill. I'm getting tired. It's boring.
I'm not I'm not doing anything. >> Yeah, it's very boring. >> I don't feel like I'm moving the sticks here.
5 seconds. >> Five, four, three, two, one. All right, both our favorite cardio workouts is done.
Mine is a treadmill. H is ball slams and ropes. Try both.
See what you like the most and let us know in the comments, too, on every exercise. Now, we're going into the actual body exercise. Okay, >> so for the lifting exercises, we're going to go from the top down.
Start with shoulders down to chest, >> back, >> back. Maybe shoulders, thighs, back, chest, uh abs, and legs. We're going to do all of it.
We're just going to go straight down like this. We're going to start with shoulders. Okay.
>> Let's do it. Shoulders. You show me first.
>> What's your workout? >> Very simple. I like to hit lateral races.
Okay. So, I like to >> stand in. You know, I knew that.
I knew that cuz you do that all the time. >> Yeah. Yeah.
So, we're going to go do that. We've done it multiple times. Let's do it.
Come on. So, this hits the middle part of your shoulder and it just really good. Just stand.
Squeeze. You don't need a lot of high. You don't need u a lot of weight.
Just low weight. >> It's the motion that counts. >> Yeah.
Exactly. So, I grabbed like a low weight. I got like a 15.
Okay. And we're just going to go simple like this. You want to stand pretty straight.
Up. Squeeze at the top. Down.
Okay. We'll do about 10 of these. All right.
Let's do it. >> Really squeeze at that top. Like really get the shoulder.
Squeeze. Squeeze it. >> Okay.
>> That's my personal favorite shoulder. What's yours? Talk to me.
my personal favorite shoulder workout. I'm going to be honest. I feel like people are going to clown this one, but I don't know why.
I really enjoy doing this one. So, you're going to want to get a heavier weight. I'm going to go with the 40.
Okay. You probably want to go heavier. You get the weight.
And it's literally just a little >> shrug. >> I feel it so much all throughout my shoulders. Like the top of my shoulders when I do it like a little shrug.
It's I call it uh one set of I don't know. So, you hit it like this. Ready?
I don't know. I don't know. >> I don't know.
>> I'm pretty sure it's >> I don't know. >> I don't know. >> What a [ __ ] dumb.
>> You don't like this one? >> I love this one. >> You going to feel it right here?
>> Oh, no. I do. I do.
Look, I've always liked this exercise. Only Only thing only thing why I've never done it is because I don't want to build too much traps. >> So, like this will get you a little like that.
But if you like that look of like that big I don't know. thing about me is I want to build my traps because when I go to ASU, I want to frame mock everybody, bro. I want to walk in there and I want to make everybody's cortisol spike by frame mogging them.
>> The Ford and Toys and the [ __ ] Lloyd and uh Jester maxing and [ __ ] >> They're jester maxing and I want a Chadfish. >> Yeah, you're right. You're right.
>> Okay, so that's your favorite. >> That's my favorite shoulder workout. >> All shoulder workouts you would do this one.
>> Yeah. >> Wow. I already feel it like after like >> Yeah.
No, it feels It feels great. That's why I like doing it. Okay, >> let's hit it.
>> Three, two, one. Also, it's good for your forearms, too. >> You really got to hold the weight.
>> Holding the weight. >> [ __ ] >> I like that one. I do actually like that one a lot.
I'll be honest. >> [ __ ] Feel a lot. >> You feel it?
>> Feel it a lot right here. >> Me too. Me too.
>> Feel it a lot. >> I haven't hit that in I'm not I'm not kidding like years. As we go through each workout, I want you guys to tell us in the comments, like list out what your favorite workout for each body muscle is, cuz I'm curious to see what your guys favorites are.
>> Let's do chest. >> Chest. >> Let's do chest.
>> Okay. >> Chest is my personal favorite muscle. That's my favorite muscle.
That's what you want to do, right? Okay. You start hitting chest.
You start. Talk to me. >> Me start.
Okay. So, my favorite chest workout is going to be very simple. I feel like it's a super popular one, >> but I like literally >> just incline.
>> Just simply incline. >> Yeah. That's for me, too.
on a bench with free weights, just incline. That's my favorite chest workout. That's your favorite, too.
You said >> it's definitely up there. I think it's like top three for me. This one really hits upper chest later.
Just squeeze it out. Banging out. Banging out.
We do this a lot, too. >> Yeah, we do this pretty much every time we do a chest workout, we hit this workout. >> You also want to know a crazy thing I learned at the gym.
>> I learned it's not good to just pick the weight up. You're supposed to use your legs and like kind of like jerk it up. >> You want to hurt yourself?
What? >> Here we go. Ready?
Come on. >> Yeah. Give me two more.
Give me two more. >> Nice. Get up.
Get up. Get up. One more.
One more. One more. One more.

Get up. Get up. Bang.
Big bang. >> How'd that feel? Good.
>> Feels great, man. It's >> Come on. One, the struggle is what matters.
I'm going give you all a quote right now while you're at the gym. In life, there's a book. Not every chapter is going to be a good chapter, while you have to keep turning the pages until you end the bad chapter and get to the good chapter.
A sliver of hope is a grace of happiness. >> What the [ __ ] is you talking about? >> Get your ass back down there.
Give me two more. >> Nice. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> You got one more.
You got one more. >> One more. >> One more.
>> Yep. >> You're not even [ __ ] helping me. >> That's my favorite chest.
I know you said it's one of your favorites, too. What would be your all-time favorite chest workout? >> Damn, that's a hard one.
You know, you know what? >> You want to know what's crazy? I think I know where you're going to go.
>> All right, you guess mine. >> I'm going guess where I think we are going to go. Follow me.
>> The only reason I think you're going to go here is because every time we do chest workouts, this is literally the first machine you go to every time. >> I knew he was going to do that. That's this what you were going to do?
>> Yeah. So, I knew it. It was either going to be this one, I'm not kidding, or push-ups.
Like, >> it's a very I think push-ups is very >> Okay. >> overlook. I'll be honest.
>> It's not bad. >> So, which one would you say you like more? This or push-ups.
Whatever it is, we got to bust it out. >> I'm going push-ups, bro. I know.
I know you hate push-ups. I know you do. >> Not that I hate push-ups.
I >> You can't do it. I know my knee, but I can try. >> Just do do like do like five.
Do like five. >> We can do push-ups. We can do push-ups.
>> I like push-ups. And I'll tell you why. Because bro, that [ __ ] is if you do it right, it literally pumps so much blood into your your chest.
If you start with that before going into Xite, it's so fire. You can't >> a good chest workout. >> Yes.
Gracious work. It also hits your shoulders. Also hit like hits a lot of muscles, you know.
>> All right. And personally for me, you want to go very deep down. >> Stretch all the way up.
Slow control. >> Okay. >> I got about a little fart out real quick before I do this.
>> Yeah. Yeah. >> All right.
Ready? >> Yeah. >> Ready?
Together. Okay. >> Ready.
>> Wait. You start down your stomach. >> Yeah.
Come down. >> Wait. Wait.
I don't want to start on my stomach. It's easier to start in the air, Mark. >> Okay.
>> Okay. And then we're going up. And how many How many are we doing?
>> Do 10. >> Well, 10 push-ups. >> 10 push-ups.
>> Okay. Two. One.
>> Wait. Wait. Just real quick.
Come back down real quick. Have a little conversation with with Have a little conversation before we do this. >> Okay.
>> Um, so out chest workouts. >> Oh, I got to fart again. >> Little push-up workout.
Um, this might be my least favorite workout. Really? >> Yeah.
Maybe at all. >> I hate push-ups. I hate push-ups.
>> Perfect. >> They hurt my They hurt my leg. Every time I do them, I get told I'm not doing it right.
Uh I hate push-ups. >> Stop. All right.
3 2 1 go. Slow and control. There you go.
Bend. One. Two.
Three. Four. Come on.
Seven. Nice. Eight.
Nice. Come on. One last one.
Bang. Good job. >> [ __ ] stinks.
He [ __ ] reeks, dude. Like, >> he literally [ __ ] reeks. [laughter] >> Dude, my farts smell.
Be honest. >> They do. All right, y'all.
That was chest. Let's move in to the next muscle group. >> All right, let's get it.
Who started? You started before, right? >> I started this one.
So, I want you to show me your favorite arm workout. >> My favorite arm workout. >> Could be any muscle in your arm.
It could be biceps, >> bicep, tricep, forearms. >> Your favorite arm workout. >> Okay.
All right. I'm a big tricep guy. I don't like hitting biceps because >> I am too.
You know what I mean? Very [ __ ] simple. This might be your favorite, too.
>> Want to say on on the same time? Let's just do the motion of the workout at the same time. >> Three, two, one.
>> So, what if we do this one together? >> We have the same favorite arm workout. >> Favorite arm workout.
>> Okay. >> Okay. You know, I'm going to switch mine then cuz I have a second favorite.
>> So, we'll do your favorite first. >> All right, man. Let's do it.
Y'all know this one already. >> I feel like we have a lot of the same workouts because we work out together. So, I feel like that makes us have a lot of the same workouts.
But, I definitely have runner ups for all of them. >> Y'all know what to do. Grab the rope.
Make sure shoulders down. And you just want to hit straight shoulders. Bam.
All you ready? Three, two, one. >> That workout, I'm telling you, that workout is so good.
I feel it all throughout my tric. >> You know what's so crazy? You know how some workouts you hit hit the first set and you don't really feel it?
Like, you start feeling it. >> You feel it right away. >> This one is straight away.
Like I feel it right away. >> All right, that was mine. What's yours?
So, what's your second What's your second favorite? >> So, this I would usually put as my favorite for arms, but I have a close second. >> Um, I really like hammer curls.
>> Yeah, I know you really do. >> I like hammer curls. Now, the reason I like hammer curls is because number one, and this is kind of a little story time.
>> Oh, here we [ __ ] go. Here we [ __ ] go, bro. You're not going.
>> I'm serious. So the first my first time I was working out the first time I ever saw progress in the mirror >> was when I was doing hammer curls and for the first time I saw a vein in my arm >> really >> and ever since then I love doing hammer curls. I don't know why it like hit some it like hit like a a neuro in my brain it's like damn you're making progress.
>> Okay valid hammer curls >> 25s >> very simple. >> Yeah >> just >> straight up. Yeah this is really good for your bicep.
So your body's not swaying and you're only using your arm, only using bicep. >> I feel this one really good. >> Yep.
>> Hammer curls is also one of my favorites. Honestly, >> I like that one a lot. >> That's my personal favorite arm workout uh besides triceps.
I don't know why. I just really like that one. I feel it a lot and it feels good to do if that makes sense.
>> Also with hammer curls. So if you do normal curls, kind of takes like right here to peak. Hammer curls take kind of the outside so it makes your bicep look more full.
So >> Exactly. I didn't I didn't know the scientific knowledge behind it. I just like doing it.
But okay. >> All right. Let's do back.
>> Okay. >> What's your favorite back exercise? Back is probably my second favorite muscle to hit in general.
I like back. What's your first one that you like? What's the one you >> I don't really know a lot of back workouts.
For some reason when I thought of back >> now this could not even be back, but the one that comes to mind this. >> Yeah. >> With the thing.
>> Yeah. Pull back. >> And pull back.
>> Yeah, that's back. That's back. Yep.
You like that one? >> That I'd say that's my favorite then. >> Okay, let's hit that then.
Let's hit that. >> This one is really really good. I'll be honest.
>> Wait, so does this get your lower back or >> So So it honestly it depends a little bit how you hit it. You can either go >> you can either pull it >> towards right here. >> Yeah.
>> And it'll feel like middle upper back type thing. Okay. So that's usually what people do.
And you want to make sure you really stretch your back out >> and come clean their back. >> Nice. Ah, dude.
>> Oh, did you break it? >> What the [ __ ] You just broke the machine, >> dude. Why is it like that?
Why is it like [ __ ] twisted like that? >> He's too strong. He broke the machine.
>> Nice. >> Nice. >> Okay.
>> I like that one a lot. >> No, I like this one a lot, too. This one's This one I really feel it.
I think that's why I like it so much because a lot of workouts I feel like I do and I don't really >> and you don't really feel the muscle. Yeah. >> At least not right away.
You feel it [music] the next day, but this one I feel like as I'm doing it. >> Oh, little heavy for me, man. Maybe a little heavy.
>> Okay. >> Not a [ __ ] 65 demi dog. >> You're about You're about 95% muscle and then you're and then you're just other 5% dick.
>> That [ __ ] third leg you got there in your pants. >> All right. Come on.
Let's go. Yeah. Really pull that back.
Stretch that dang bang. That's what I'm talking about. I feel my dick.
Feel [music] my dick. >> Yeah. Feel it on my back.
>> Yeah. Yeah. >> Why is it poking a little hard?
>> I don't know. Right there. Bang.
>> Oh, yeah. I feel it a lot. >> It's really motivating me to go back more.
>> I know. No, I know. There you go.
Yeah. Come on. Give me two more.
Bang. Come on. Stretch it out.
>> Bang. >> Good exercise. Good exercise.
>> I like that one. I like that one. I feel it a lot.
I'm wonder I wonder if I'm going to be sore everywhere tomorrow since we're doing But we're not doing We're doing one set of each. But am I going to be sore everywhere? >> I'm not going to lie.
Also, let us know in the comments if there's people that hit every not every day, but like that hit full body workouts. There's probably people that hit full body workouts like this. >> Every day.
Yeah. >> Like, you know what I'm saying? Like to hit like all muscles.
>> Bodybuilders like people like me and [ __ ] we do that every day almost. I like this one too. >> You little pull down.
>> So, this simple. It hits your lats. Pull it down.
Squeeze. >> Little pull down. >> Oh, right there.
It's such It's a nice stretch >> like stretch your stretches your [ __ ] out. Pause. >> Stretch your [ __ ] out, Mark.
>> Yep. And down. >> Nice.
Oh yeah. Feel right here. >> Really get those wings.
>> Now the reason they call this lateral pull downs for those of you who don't know is cuz when you pull down it hits your lateral. >> Yep. >> Bang.
A lot of people do the mistake of leaning back like this. >> You don't want to do that. You want to stay straight.
>> You don't want to do that. >> It's like a pull-up. See, that's a pull-up.
>> Bang. Now, hold it this far apart. >> Go a little bit.
Honestly, whatever you're comfortable with. I go No, no, no. I go like right here.
Like on the edge of it. Right there. Yep.
And you just pull down. Bang. Right there.
Perfect. Yep. We feel it right there.
Right there. Nice. Come on.
Give me two more. Bang. Come on.
Come on. Bang. Bang.
>> Good. >> Yes. [applause] >> We've hit almost every upper body muscle.
>> Yes. >> One of my favorites, but I should probably hit it more. A lot of people don't.
>> Core. >> Core. >> Okay.
I like core. I'm going be honest. You actually do need to work on your core a little bit.
I saw you with your shirt off yesterday. You need to if abs aren't looking too good. You need to work on a little bit.
Just keep it real. If you're being honest, you're my boy, so I want to be honest with you. You need to work on your body a little bit more.
>> All right. All right. You need to work on every [ __ ] [music] muscle in your body.
You need to work on every single [ __ ] muscle in your body. >> What are you saying? >> What?
>> What' you say? >> I just said that uh what's your [music] favorite uh stomach? >> Mine?
You want me to go first? >> Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. >> Okay. Got to get a a weighted ball.
Okay. >> So, I'm going to lay down. >> Okay.
>> You're going to step on my feet. >> Oh, I like that one. I like that one.
>> It's my favorite ab workout. I don't know why >> I like I like uh doing sit-ups, but I I also like catching the weighted ball and throwing it back. >> It uh it makes it a lot harder.
So So you're going to start like this. Your your person's going to step on your feet, >> touch the back of the floor. >> Yeah.
>> Come up, pass it, and you're [music] throwing back right away. >> It's like a little dash. >> Bang.
>> Yeah. Come on. Give me two more.
Come on. >> Just like that. >> Yeah.
Come on. Come on. >> Just like that.
>> Last one. Last one. Last one.

>> I was like I was like, "What the fuck? " >> I was a [ __ ] monster. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah. >> You want to tell me about your order real quick? Tell them about your order.
Your McDonald's order. >> My McDonald's order. >> Yeah.
>> Back right now or back in the day. >> Back in day. Back in the day.
Back in the day when I was living in Dallas, a McDonald's orderer was it was two quarter pounders uh with cheese and an extra patty. So, three meats and then it would be two large fries, a 20 piece [music] nugget with barbecue and ranch and sweet and sour sauce, one large Coke and the blue freezy. And then I'll also throw on like maybe a fish fillet or McRib if they had it.
>> Yeah. Yeah. >> And like 4,000 calories.
My best shot. >> Taco Bell's worse. Taco Bell was worse.
Taco Bell. Get two chicken quesadillas with added rice and tomatoes. Three Doritos Locos Tacos.
Two Cinnamon Twist Baja Blast Freezy and the um the the queserto or whatever it was called. >> Bro, like it's like every night. Every >> Bro, you were doing that every night.
>> 2 a. m. right as soon as I ended stream from playing Fortnite 10 hours a day.
I'd order like 3,000 calories worth of fast food. >> THAT'S HOW YOU GET A [ __ ] HEART attack and [ __ ] die. Dang.
Caught it early. >> Well, dude, can I say, bro, respect to you [ __ ] go on this journey with me. I appreciate you.
>> Yeah, bro. You guys are You guys are doing it. Sick.
