stepping up video production and the more you know who you are and what you want the less alright hey guys so today basically what I have is legs and shoulders legs and shoulders are pretty much my two strong points so I really only just trained them once a week legs I don't even do hypertrophy training it's literally just working up to either a 3 rep or 1 rep max on my squats and for shoulders I'll do like a bodybuilding style but once again only train it once a week so yeah let's go in the gym

didn't get many sets done didn't get many exercises done and really just had quite a bad workout and it's a terrible feeling when you know you could have done better but you did when there was still something left to give what you did in and that's left me quite disappointed to be honest which has brought me on to the realization that training has to come first and then creating content for you guys has to come second so I've got someone been obsessed with this whole cinematic look even though I don't do it quite or don't
do it properly yet because once again practice makes perfect and I'm not amazing at this yet yeah my whole focus has been around creating cinematic look and that's taken away from my training and I don't want to make that so so from now on training is my primary priority and then creating content will be my secondary priority and that means that instead of the whole cinematic look in the gym it's gonna be sort of raw clips I'll show you the intensity I trained with and I won't really let it get in the way of my
training which is the most important thing to me outside of the gym make it as enjoyable and as cool as possible so that's really what you can expect to see from me as well as as you saw at the beginning of this video order the lens should be a lot better than the kit lens which I have right now which is as far as I know quite quite quite bad so hopefully they'll stuff up my video production video as I said guys you'll be pretty much we're all Clips maybe with some soundtrack over the back
and I'll really focus on the training I have to go eat vlog number two done I'm out
