impact grows over time this applies to your finances Health relationships and even your personal growth the choices you make today can bring you success or cause setbacks later in life the good news is being productive doesn't just mean working non-stop spending time Outdoors getting good sleep having meaningful conversations with family and friends these are all productive but wasting time on things that bring you no value that's a different story The Pain really kicks in when you realize how much potential you've already thrown away here's a clear example how many times have you opened Netflix scrolled

is just a way to relieve stress we do it when we don't know what to do or how to get what we want but like any bad habit but it gets worse if you keep feeding it the more you give into comfort and instant gratification the harder it will be to break out of it if you want to kill procrastination you need to stop giving into it instead start building good habits by delaying gratification and adding discipline to your life if you're serious about your goals get rid of anything that distracts you otherwise you'll stay
stuck in a cycle of bad habits and won't make any progress to stop wasting time set daily and long-term goals if you have a goal that really matters to you you won't waste time ask yourself what can I do right now that will get me closer to my goal start with something tough an intense workout or a challenging task once you start you'll feel better and more motivated even if it's hard at first you'll notice that once you get going the excuses and doubts disappear you adapt and soon you build momentum that's how it works
