all right the team member login for CTE 2019 has been completely enhanced a lot of new features and especially the mobile version of this now as well so now if they login on their mobile device it'll just pull up the mobile version nothing they need to do it'll automatically recognize that the desktop version will pull up on their desktop and on the mobile real quick here it has all of their active business pending and closed it shows all of their annual goals appointments listings taken by reps taken listing sold buyer sold it includes their pending
so they can see how close they are hitting their goals with what they have pending as well so their income and their volume a huge thing that it shows and I'm huge motivational factor for any agent would be their income and it shows they're 15 30 60 90 day cash flow this so they can see how far out their cash flow is so they know if they need to pick up the pace because everything they're gonna do to did today is gonna affect their 60 and 90 day cash flow so if they can't see that
