guys when you find a trolley just doing a favorite and I just get in it a lot of you guys have asked me what I eat for breakfast usually it's just like instant Oh some granola you know any sort of bread that's high in fiber and has a low glycemic index I pretty much always eat whole wheat you know I picked up some Cookie Crisp and I'm hoping that if you had a childhood you ate this at some point because it's like literally little cookies with milk I mean delicious alright guys so we're here in
the gym now for today's lecture a squat variation we're doing an overhead squad which I've never done before it looks really tough I actually have someone here at the gym who's gonna try and help me with it looks tough you know we'll see how it goes so obviously some cups now alright guys so just this you just practice some with a wooden bar this is also the hardest movement I've ever done I'll leave some clips just me doing it with a wooden bar my hip flexors are just not open right now so we'll see how
it goes but yeah guys just a really really tough movement alright guys so as you can see from the cliffs this is honestly just such a hard exercise that was 10 kilos this you just only 10 kilos now I'm going to work up to the bar which is like 20 kilos and then call it a day or move on to like some accessory work and then see what I can do next week because this is honestly really really hard alright guys so for my whole accessory movements my girlfriend is actually just going to lead me
through her work out so everything you see is just what she's doing and I'm that you're just going to do the same so it's going to be interesting where let's roll the clips I know all of you guys are going to take some nasty screenshot of that last exercise alright guys so just finished up that leg / glute workout with my girlfriend as you could probably see from the clips there was a lot of leg glute exercises and I never trade my glutes so that hurt a lot so I see guys it feels like my
butt just cough alright guys so lunch is portilho double chicken lime cilantro Mexican rice black beans all the good stuff pretty much chipotle except you can get delivered co tortilla chips guac oh and then salted caramel our patches pomegranate my butt still hurts so thank you good at digging see ya alright guys so next on today's menu balaji oh yeah alright guys so that will end it for this video it's Sunday evening I'm pretty much just going to you know reflect on what's happened this week set my main tasks my main goals for the next
