very good sleep last night courtesy of zinc and magnesium I'm in the gym scoring everyday really did too Namaskar be a hundred reps morons really didn't take it out of me so I'm gonna form role now and then if I can I'll triangle for deficit deadlift for my program it says that I should be doing squats every day but that's just not possible right now so either I'll flip the lip the weeks and just do two weeks of deadlift as I did last week and then two weeks as well or I'll just skip this week
my lower back feels so formal and then you'll see hi guys so I decided that I'm gonna go for deadlift last week was a 150 offered two and a half inch deficit once again doing two and a half inch deficit I'm gonna go for 155 - just 5 5 kilo linear progression yeah let's hope I get it wanna see I'm just gonna try them and see what happens okay so that was 155 went pretty well actually really not feeling good today but I was labeled hit it quite comfortably so I'm gonna go 160 now and
see how it is for some reason deficits don't really affect me like I'm working off a two and a half inch deficit not really that much you have a difference to me all right guys 61 up like really easy so I'm gonna go for 165 and I'll be really happy alright guys so that 165 actually went up really easy my PR for the left in general is 160 7.5 so I'm gonna go I'm gonna take away the plate I've already done my programming for today what I'm gonna do I'm gonna go 170 which I failed
on Thursday I'm gonna go 174 my deadlift PR no 1 deficit just regular so hopefully I'll get it alright guys so that went up really really not easy but not too hard I'm really happy with that so that's my new PR 170 I think anyway looks like I caught a bit of weight cheeky bit of blood one sec so that makes it even more about us my friend dude you're gonna be in this lisavinci his second time ever done lifting and he's about to hit a 150 he's like one of those people who is naturally
really good at it and I'm really jealous so um here's him doing 150 alright guys so now I have back off to 80 percent and do a 3x3 it's finally sunny in London homemade burgers guys I got these earphones maybe like two years ago at this point these are the g-word blue buds ex wait that's a bit over to whatever side yeah um they don't work for two years and then well I mean they worked for two months they were awesome then they didn't work for like a year and a half and I don't know

in my actual like bookcase and then I have like 50 more on my Kindle which I never use anymore I just use the app on my phone when I'm in the tube just to read so I've got books like Total Recall Arnold Schwarzenegger's autobiography what everybody's saying book on body language way superior man one of the best books I've ever read sense of persuasion richard branson losing my virginity power of now man search for meaning Sam Walton made-in-america kontiki Marcus Aurelius meditations so this is more autobiographies biographies spiritual side yeah all this stuff sort of
inspires me intrigues me makes me understand myself better here's more along the real world so we've got stuff like Alastair Campbell winners for our work we do let's get more Freakonomics Thinking Fast and Slow personal MBA basics of economics how to speak money-making habits breaking habits power the power of habit willpower mastery 48 laws of power and my Kindle and then I've just got my NASM notes some investing notes some personal notes and goal-setting from like a year ago which was always interesting to look back at so guys as always this is the end of
