begin by getting into a comfortable position shortly after awakening [Music] feel yourself present in your body and when you're ready softly close your beautiful eyes [Music] begin to turn your awareness inwards [Music] tuning in to the subtle sensations of how your body feels upon awakening allowing your breath to be soft and natural get curious and explore what do you notice about how your body feels [Music] notice any good feeling sensations you experience and send feelings of thankfulness towards those good feelings [Music] on your next inhale let your belly and rib cage expand completely holding your
breath at the top perhaps taking in one more sip of air and when you're ready exhale with an audible sigh ah repeat this two more times moving at your own pace [Music] really feel yourself at home in your body and at the end of your third deep exhalation just return to whatever flow of breathing feels most natural and comfortable to you and as you do you keep your awareness present within your body connected to your breath and the stillness of this moment as you listen to the following affirmations and let yourself feel them as your
