um [Music] [Applause] just making myself a protein fruit smoothie if you watch my stories on instagram you know what i'm talking about so we're putting this some tropical smoothie mix just like some mango pineapple papaya passion fruit throw in some spinach as well whey protein got the rust free white chocolate one tastes awesome it's usually really thick where i have to actually use a spoon i might be able to drink that if i can i'll drink it out but usually i have to use a spoon to spoon out then i'm gonna have some oats with it so wow it's 10 a. m now so usually i eat i have that smoothie around 7 30 a. m and then i'll have a second meal oats around 10 a.
m before i work out but obviously today was just a manic morning um i'm a dad so i had to get my son ready for crash we're currently just with one car so i have to take the misses to her work as well so yeah it's just been busy and that's life at the moment you know that's going to be part of this prep as well um being a family man and they always come first but there you go and so i'm going to combine two meals now in one so i'll have the smoothie and oats and that will be the pre-workout meal and then we'll probably head off to the gym we've got push today oh so i just use quaker oats um simple simple to make throw into a bowl a bit of water microwave two minutes um i actually found these in tesco the chocolate ones and first time trying it was yesterday and yeah nice i usually have the ones with sultanas apple and cranberry i think those are number one but i just fancy a change because i eat so much of those so i'm going to go for a chocolate one this morning dave there's a cameraman right behind that lens there you go he's gonna have some as well we'll have dave capturing this journey um to the stage so you'll get to know dave you're taking a flexible approach with this diet at the snapper stage right yeah flexible diet and it just suits my lifestyle it's summer and you know the kids want to do stuff the mystery wants to do stuff going on a really strict diet just wouldn't allow me to do those stuff and as i always say they come first so a minute i'm doing a flexible dieting approach i can fit i can eat the foods that i want to an extent and just make them work for me um as long as i hit my calories and my macronutrients then i'll still make progress so at the minute i actually had a new low in um yesterday and that was the same this morning so i'm down to 86. 8 kilos now um began the prep two and a half weeks ago it was 89.
