They cowed in fear. I mean, this is a pattern with them. And by the way, out there, that hat that you keep wearing, that red hat that says make America great again, that tells people that you go along with this.
So, you might as well just put a swast sticker on the hat. Don't do that. Cuz we say it anyway.
I'm not going to defend Donald Trump ever. But I But I I would never say that we should put the swastika on the cap because I think you can hate Donald Trump. You can't hate everybody who likes him.
It's half the country. I don't want to live in that country. I don't want to live in the country where I hate half the country and I don't hate half the country.

Talk about Whoopi Goldber because I got so many texts this week cuz she attacked me the week before. So, she was everybody was like, "Oh, Bill, I get you're enjoying the karma.
" First of all, I'm gonna talk about this at the end of my show next week teaser. But uh there is no [ __ ] thing as karma. Okay, get over that [laughter] attacks me on a regular basis.
She says stupid [ __ ] on a regular basis. They just happen to go inside. With surgical precision, he sliced through Joy Bahar and Whoopi Goldberg's well-known sound bites going right to the heart of their points.
Meghan Kelly then followed with coolheaded reasoning, carefully analyzing Anna Navaro's evolving moral criticism and Sunonny Host's buzzword filled suggestions. She challenged their assertions one after another before making a final pointed point about Whoopi's inconsistent views on free speech. The impassioned speeches clips swiftly went viral on social media with many viewers describing them as one of the toughest media criticisms in recent memory.
Prepare yourself because this wasn't your typical TV debate. Rather, it felt more like a total dismantling by two of the most resolute voices on cable news. Anna Naro, in your wildest imagination, you could never solo host a show.
You will only ever make it as part of an ensemble, and you could never hope to achieve the success that Tucker Carlson has. So you can sit in your little cheap seats all day long and enjoy your little negative henpecking, but your careers are going nowhere and Tucker is about to dominate in whatever space he goes to. Joy, your whole routine is like that friend who shows up with reheated leftovers nobody asked for. Mar said, pausing Bahar's pre-recorded piece about commonplace distractions. He said, "You roll out the same opinions, expecting applause, and then you freeze like a deer in headlights when someone actually pushes back with a note of mischievous fake compassion in his voice.
" Mah went on to compare her profession to a baby pool which is shallow, predictable and designed for noviceses. That's the problem in America. There is one view true opinion and everybody else can go sit in the corner.
Can we just understand that part of our sorry racial history in this country is that the point of view from a black person is often going to be very different and sometimes shocking to a white person. I pulled the quote from the studio audience erupted in laughter as he described it as a rerun of reruns. What had begun as a light-hearted critique had already evolved into a moment that was set to go viral by the time Mah aired the following clip.
According to him, Joy Bahar seemed more like an echo repeating the same well-known ideas than a brave truthteller. However, Mah wasn't done yet. Whoopy Goldberg was the next person he looked at.
He played a clip of Goldberg opening with her well-known well actually while still on real time. Mar remarked leaning back at his desk and figning boredom that she has lived so long that her wisdom appears to be preserved in amber, ancient, immobile, and a little out of step with the times. Trump will be sworn in as the 47th president of the United States.
Yay. on January 20th of this month. Um, not everyone's happy about it and many people would like us to be more focused on the insurrection that he personally unleashed.
If you ask them, as we discussed earlier, they think it's as bad as like the Holocaust. And you don't have to take my word for it. Here is Sunny Host of January 6 was an atrocity.
Was one of the worst moments in American history. And when you when you think about the worst moments in American history, uh you know, like World War II, um things that happened, you know, like the Holocaust, child slavery, yeah, the January 6 is right up there next to the Holocaust. He started recounting a number of her previous well, actually moments, characterizing them as brief sound bites that don't hold up well under greater examination to the audience's startled reaction.
He made the quip. You bring up facts you heard back in 1995 and expect everyone to just nod along. He also mentioned that it looks like the lesson plan is never changed.
Evolve a little faster or people will just keep streaming reruns of your past glory days. Mar said in response to a video in which she was explaining changing opinions. The conversation swiftly went viral on social media with viewers repeating the most insightful comments.
Whoopi's reputation as the panel's wise veteran started to resemble a collection of well-known outdated talking points rather than eternal wisdom in Mars framing. Well, I had a different question, [music] but but but it struck me that in in in the first segment you used the term woke and you said that woke is what was sort of ruining everything. And I know that you're No, I didn't say ruining everything.
I said that's why Trump could get reelected. That's why Trump could get re-elected. So I I just the term woke has been in my view co-opted by the right and weaponized and bastardized and um so I was surprised to hear you use the term because historically as you know cuz I think you're quite brilliant that woke is a word used by the black community to note that we must be aware of social injustices.
Why why is that a bad thing? It's not a bad thing and and originally that was absolutely a great thing. Alert to injustice.
Who's not for that? While the view was being attacked by Bill Maher on one platform, another powerful voice was doing the same on another. A footage of Sunny advocating for systemic justice was shown on the Megan Kelly show before Megan Kelly interrupted it.
"You talk about systemic injustice, Sunny, but why do your solutions sound more like bumper stickers than real plans? " Kelly asked. The simplicity of Sunny's soundbite strategy was challenged by her list of facts, which included soaring recidivism rates, failing community initiatives, and legislative impass.
[music] You need quantifiable steps. You can't just tweet solidarity if you want real equity, Kelly contended. Kelly countered that stories by themselves don't replace policy [music] when Sunny said that stories are important.
What the ladies on the view are saying it it's somewhat stomach turnurning, but we have a clip. Let's watch. Word has just come down that Fox News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways.
Wave. They're disgusting. She's Anna Nibaro.

Only when it's convenient does your moral compass point north, Kelly said.
Kelly retorted, "Context means nothing if it only appears in hashtags. " In response to Navaro's claim that context is important, the ensuing pause conveyed a lot of information. Reaction videos quickly flooded social media with many viewers complimenting Kelly's cool-headed, systematic fact-checking and stating that Navaro's moral position suddenly seemed much weaker.
Uh came out and said she's about as pro-choice as they come. And here was the reaction on the view. I think she hates him.
Yeah. Well, yeah. Okay.
So, we can all agree on that. That's a given. I also think that she wants to take him out.
She does not want to be the first lady anymore. Would you look This is a network that still runs out fact checks to these women like it's concerned about them staying factual. She hates Trump.
She doesn't want to be near him. She doesn't want to be president again. She destroyed the Rose Garden and she hates Christmas.
That is what passes for news on a network. They did a presidential de Don't assume that Megan Kelly is done. She reserved her most scathing criticism for a well-known target.
She returned to Whoopi Goldberg for a final part, [music] this time concentrating on First Amendment law. Kelly used footage from significant court cases to compare Goldberg's more defensive remarks on contentious matters with her public speeches on free speech. Is your adherence to free speech contingent upon the script you support?
Kelly, your calls for tolerance disappear when a story hits too close to home," she said, pointing out glaring contradictions between public personalities Goldberg supported and those she denounced. After a few minutes, the part began to feel more like live interrogation than commentary. Whoopi looked uneasy toward the end, and it was one of the most pointed credibility tests of the evening.
Whoopi Goldberg was angry when uh Alyssa Farra Alyssa pointed out that Trump went to the funeral um of Officer Diller. Yes. On Long Island and Joe Biden went to a podcast.
Look at Whoopy Goldberg's reaction. Choose what you like there. But for Republicans, it was good imagery.
Really? One day later. Yes.
I I And I'm asking that because I was so offended cuz you know who showed up. Megan Kelly and Bill Maher accomplished more than score points. They emphasized what detractors refer to as the views dependence on tried and true narratives and safe talking points that are frequently shared on social media.
The portions were commended by many viewers as instances of media accountability. Some pundits even speculated that ABC would reconsider the format of the program, [music] possibly incorporating investigative voices or adding real-time fact checks. Online fans started picturing cross-net network debates at the same time, such as Rachel Maddo and Shan Hannity or Tucker Carlson and Joy Bahar.
In a world of echo chambers in the media, forthright challenges undoubtedly attract attention. YouTube is now overflowing with reaction videos and podcasts are debating whether panel presentations can transcend monotonous discussions as viewers become less receptive to recurring debates. I'm old enough to remember when it was the conservatives who hated the Jews.
Yeah. Okay. Bill Maher, who has been the standard bearer for liberalism and in many ways leftism until the woke went bananas in this last decade.
But for decades, that's what this guy has represented in America. I want you to note the tone they all talk with him. I want you to look at Sunonny Hust's body language and the way they look at him and everything else.
Just because he is a lefty who hasn't gone completely bananas, here they are. You may be in for a surprise if you watch daytime TV expecting comfortable and safe conversation. Megan Kelly's cool, collected logic on her show and Bill Maher's scathing sarcasm on real time have elevated expectations for how media conversations might develop.
According to their segments, depth is necessary for meaningful talks and anything that doesn't swiftly fall short. The view could be able to withstand this widespread criticism, but only if it goes beyond defense and provides its viewers with more in-depth discussions. Take this as a call to anticipate more.
Seek for arguments that question concepts rather than merely restating them. Tell your friends about these times if they still believe that watching television during the day is only light entertainment. The most obvious truths can sometimes be revealed through a bold and vigorous challenge.
