all right looks like we're ready to get started well first off I want to say thank you very much for taking time out of your schedule to be on the webinar my name is mike healey and i will be going through this for you this is something i'm so excited to share with everybody and i think as you see how I expand on what I did last time on the Moneyball growth formula ty came up with it's a brand new training it's something I've never shared with before and it's it's kind of taken me from
the 21 years of experience I've had doing everything old school to using and learning new school techniques a lot more data-driven decisions that are made based instead of opinion based decisions and I think you're going to love this part okay so let me I'm going to just kind of give you a quick rundown what we're going to cover here so I'm covering in this presentation in this webinar I want to cover data-driven decisions I did that a little bit on the last one but this is emits a little more detail than that and becoming a
hyper targeted in our strategies this is a really really important one that in business whether you're doing networking direct selling sales of any kind building any kind of organization insurance encore what it is is you've got to learn how to become a hyper targeted instead of becoming a jack-of-all-trades thinking that your product or services for everybody we're going to dial it in so that you can get the best bang for your buck is what i'd like to say that's going to come through what I'm going to show you is called identifying the avatar our target
market who are we really going after to save us time time and you know wasted wasted time as importantly okay becoming becoming efficient like I talked about the last one the other thing is we're going to also we're going to figure out and show you i'm going to show you where the hangout where they hang out where all these people the avatar hangs out and how do we get their attention I put mouse cheese whiskers theory because it's a great stress great story somebody told me that I thought was pretty amazing he said that a
mouse will chew chew through a wall this three feet thick to get to a piece of cheese but they will run at the flick of a whisker okay so if you think so it's kind of weird one but if you're if you have the right bait and you're showing somebody the right things that are that address the cheese the cheese being the right bait to their perfect person which is the mouse that you know they're going to go through three feet to get you know three feet of wall to get to you okay so so
if we do this correctly I'm going to show you how you're going to get the right people's attention so that they will be asking you for information and more importantly how to automate that process like I talked about i call it legally printing money in some cases and i think one of the best ways to do that is i'm going to show you a case study of spending 592 dollars and 73 cents which turned into a 63 a hundred dollar annual income bump okay and that'll just be one section but i think if you get
that that that right there when you see that case study that's going to rock your world that's going to get you to think completely different and completely out of the box okay so all that being said these are the things we're covering and these are the things they're going to set you above and beyond your competition that we're going to rock and roll it now i'm going to teach this is I got to give you a quick review just in case where you know you it's been a time frame from the time you watch the
webinar whether the last one the first one if you haven't watched the very first one the original Money Ball formula one make sure you watch that first or you know you could this maybe record this is probably going to be recorded and you can get get to both of them but I have to go through a review and then I'm going to move into the bigger picture of using the the you know the higher level techniques and skills that I've learned to really scale your business again I like to warn you ahead of time funny
picture but I'm probably throw out a lot of data with with what I'm going to show you but it is what it is the first time you hear it it'll probably go over your head a little bit you'll grab some of it and then the next time you watch this you'll grab some more out of it and the next time and so on okay so make sure that you you plan on reviewing these and I will get these out and having a recorder okay now all comes down to questions i had that I went out
there and I asked that's me and I asked a ton of people in their business over all these years I always like to you know figure out what's going on what's working and let the marketplace dictate what they need and I asked all these things and top five things that came up and everybody came out with duplication now again I told you in the last one duplication to me is a little bit of a myth it is a little bit of a word that is kind of regurgitated throwing information out there thinking that that's exactly
what they need a lot of times that's just something you hear that is a different word for I want growth I want a big stinking check okay that's what we're going to but I'm going to show you how to get that ok now I came up with all this and the concept to follow along because people remember stories before they remember facts so I like to incorporate my favorite movie especially the business when we called the Moneyball Moneyball okay the money ball goes along with the and I've review this but I'm going through this fast
so if you've seen this part I just hang with me okay Moneyball was based on a true story about the New York Yankees Oakland as basically was about the Oakland Athletics Brad Pitt played the the main guy Billy Beane who was the general manager okay so story goes along and beginning of the movie comes along and they're sitting down and they just got beat out by the Yankees who has a massive massive pays payroll versus these guys that do not have a higher payroll and with his which is the athletics and so when they went
into the conference room there to find out who you know all the scouts and they're trying to say something he starts asking them what's the problem what is the real identifying the real problem of what the issues are if you hear a humming it's just because it's something downstairs it's just turned on its going to be off in a second don't worry about it but what's the problem and he said well the problem is is you know we need to replace Giambi we need to replace this player we needed to replace this player and Brad
Pitt comes back instead the problem is is there are rich teams and their poor teams and then there's 50 feet of crap and then there's us he said if we play like the Yankees in here we will get beat like by the Yankees out there okay and I thought this was such a great pivotal moment because then he goes out he goes to the Cleveland Indians he tries to find it this new please replace these players runs into this guy this guy's Jonah Hill who plays Peter Brant and peter grant who's this economic say he's
basically studied economics at Yale and he's in baseball k so he comes out and he basically studied these things these strategies called by Bill James that talks about numbers and tracking your numbers and this was what really set me off this scene is so pivotal in this and here's what he said to being directly honest to him talking to brad pitt he says there's an epidemic failure to understand what's really happening I want you to as I go to someone should think about your business when we're doing this he said people run ball clubs think
in terms of buying players your goal shouldn't be to buy players but to buy wins now I want to stop right there how many companies do you know that try to go recruit the best best and the brightest and they pay for these top money earners to come into their organization so on there's a reason they do that the problem is they're not identifying why they're doing that in a lot of cases they think it so this guy is going to bring a big team when I rarely have ever seen anybody ever bring a big
team over they might be a you know have some different strategies a song but anyhow let me keep moving here excited I want to get to my point of the whole presentation but he says in order to get wins you need to get runs in order to get runs you need to get hits right so that's what we're looking for same thing as sales and business and we're going to get a check you have to have a sale or to have a sale you have a rep in order to get a rep you have to
have a blank okay in order to have an associated and never order to hire an agent okay you have to have a what this is what we have to solve we have to solve the problem of what goes in here okay the first video I showed you we solved that and i showed you kind of what we did okay now in order to explode your organization you're going to have to understand where these reps are coming from and I mentioned this to people people lie numbers don't okay now this is I expanded on this one
because this is actually the true statement from our the first one it was is if you're not using data to drive decisions you're in trouble this is the truth I believe and if you want to scale your business grow it faster than you've ever grown it before and play like the big boys play and make some real real money it says this if you are not using data to drive your decisions and paid traffic to grow your business and you're in trouble I do not want you to get intimidated by paid traffic because I do
not want you thinking and I want you to be completely open-minded as to what paid traffic is and i'm going to show you where it is how it exists and how you're going to get it okay and more importantly like i said earlier that first the second slide was about printing money legally printing money if i can show you how to spend a dollar and make to how many dollars would you give me right alright so let me go into the case study okay this was just a ruse was just quick review case study was
that i showed you 40 5661 customers came on board because of 3225 reps that when there and gathered those customers how those people came about was at 33 kind of process three video process page funnel that i created the final presentation views was the full overview I was because we were reverse engineering this the second video was a testimony video and the first one was the the sizzle video and then I went through and I showed that out of all these customers and reps it showed that a 14 customer per rep average came out to
five hours a customer that meant at per rep annual rep / income prep income was seventy dollars I want you to remember that number because that's the number that i have i'm going to show you towards towards when i get to the final case study that is going to be very very important in what i'm showing okay it's going to rock your world when you see it alright so now I told you and I asked you this what was the one of these is the most important is if you can identify this and you can
finally track all these numbers and these data and I'll show you that it down down down the road here that these are the numbers that you have to be looking for that's going to its going to build your business I showed that if I had 30,000 people view to view the videos that through that entire funnel I had a nine point four percent conversion rate which means for about every hundred video views nine people became reps all right now i asked i just met recently with a guy actually yesterday that's a top top producer great
guy contacted me heard I was just you know kind of the Guru who in in networking definitely in the state of Ohio and we went had lunch we sat down and stuff like that and went over some things and I began to ask him some questions i said look how many people in your organization went and gave a presentation this year or this was this week and he couldn't give me the answer i said how you you have no idea he says that's why we've got to learn to think differently and we've got it dude
things differently especially with the technology is available for us today to do this i know i am talking fast but i'm going to get to the point because i want it want you to hang with me so i get to the meat potatoes this uh so the question is how do i get at 100,000 this is kind of how I left the presentation and I mentioned and I want to re-emphasize this have a system because if you can have a system in place you scale it track it and automate it right that's that's what we're
trying to do here building a real business and a real residual income should not mean harder working you want to work smarter not harder like I said before from my past experience and networking I've seen so many people that become top money earners but they're working ten times harder than you possibly could now I will tell you this that the worst comp plan and worst network marketing plan is usually better than the best job so but i'll leave it at that anyhow let me keep moving on alright set a system definition to step by step
proven in predictable pattern of activities that are going to guide you to success in business because the system is a solution you see the system is the leverage by which you turn ordinary people into extraordinary performers great businesses do not look for extraordinary people great businesses look for ordinary people and leverage them with extraordinary systems one of the things that I realized that if I always had to rely on recruiting enrolling hiring the best and the brightest that I was going to be very limited in my capacity to grow and scale my business faster if
you notice in networking because I know there's a ton of you that are on that are networkers watching this from whoo-hoo I've seen on come on the videos is that most what I believe is going on in networking right now is that there is a lot of regurgitated people moving from deal to deal to deal looking for the solution thinking that it might be the company the product of the comp plan I am NOT saying though that there that's not the case in a handful of them okay but I believe that if you learned a
system and you helped develop a system for yourself and the translates over into your team especially from what I'm going to show you that you will be able to scale your business and scale the growth of your company faster than anybody else out there and it will set you apart and you will truly create what we call a walk away residual income automated pain you know pain pain business right okay so let me move on here now I think I showed you this slide towards the end of the last webinar and I was I had
them all and I was going through different ones in this one what I want to cover is I want to cover traffic and I want to identify your cost per customer and ROI I was only going to do traffic but when I got to my case study it kind of fell in line with the cost per customer ROI alright so here we are this is where I wanted to get to to get you up to speed and here and we're going to go through this all right now where do we start how many times have
you joined a business or you're in networking or whatever and typically you're told to go make your list of your warm market friends and family right and you know and then you go through five or six they've all heard your deal ten times from the last ten deals that you never made any money in and here you here you sit there are millions and millions of people just in the US along low on the billions you know scattered throughout the globe and if you're looking at this picture here with all these masses of people how
do you go and identify who you could talk to who do you get in front of the message fastest okay who do you know right there would raise their hand if I yelled out who wants an opportunity wouldn't it be cool in fact let me let me throw this out you if I was standing on top of a legend and I had a bullhorn and all these people were looking up at me and I yelled out who wants to earn XYZ in X ABC company and I could see those people raise their hand would that
give give a you know give you an advantage absolutely right what I'm going to show you how to find those people right out of the gates okay so first off we're going to talk about this now this is called we call your avatar it's just a marketing term you know like that what is my target market that's all avatar means target market your kind of your identified entity identical person you would like to copy that you would be perfect for your business okay I've learned to use and not again I always talk about data-driven decisions
quit using my opinion from regurgitated people saying stuff and what I regurgitated in some cases to learn to be more data-driven and I learned to track where I can find those people quicker and faster so that I know I'm on track okay so if I asked you the question you know I said what is your what's your avatar here and you said I think they are there between I want to talk to anybody between 18 and 65 okay I think there are female they might like sales they might like MLM I think there's a single
they probably just need to be high school graduates you know they may read you know success magazine and they probably only need to have a salary of twenty thousand dollars a year because those are the people that want to make money okay that is typically how a brand-new person in this kind of business or becoming an entrepreneur thinks i want to show you how to find the exact I first off what if you don't know i'm going to show you how to identify that and then i'm going to show you how to get go after
those people ok so here we go now warning right now well you're about to see can't be unseen I thought about this yesterday when i was putting this power finishing the power point about the the scene in the matrix okay i use movie references obviously where you can take the red pill or the blue pill one's going to give you a different reality the other one's going to keep you you know kind of in the same plane what you're going to see here are things that if you learn just a few of them they will
set give you a significant advantage that most people don't have especially in the networking space where I know that I know that I know from being in at 21 years being a top producer top minor or all that kind of stuff that most people don't know these things okay let alone utilize them properly alright so let's say where does my avatar hang out since I obviously my audience that I'm talking to you right now is probably predominantly network marketers i'm going to show you something here okay now what if you could have eric worre who's
a great great network marketing trainer out there he's been doing it for years and years and years it's you know 10,000 plus people to these events what if you could get your message in front of those people same all raising their ends right there was those people right there that are raising their hand believe it or not if you shout it out hooman who here would like to have a residual income every one hundred percent of those people raise their hand because collectively over a period of time they have learned about networking and they've gone
to this now I'm going to show you something pretty strategic if you'll notice down here there's eight hundred and forty-six thousand people plus it like his page okay these are all people that have identified themselves excuse me with liking network marketing specifically araguari network marketing pro how can we get our message of our company or our product or our service that might be a benefit to those people in front of those specific people alright let me show you what we've got here and it's called with with running ads on Facebook and i will show you
and I do have a social media training course out there that's that's pretty cheap that if you want to get that if you've never done any of this stuff that you can learn from but I'm just going to talk to you just briefly here I want to show you how to identify an audience in facebook I don't want you to think about Facebook as a social media platform I want you to think of it is the largest database in the world that you can find exactly the right person who wants your offer every single time
practically okay faster than anybody else out there have done properly now what you do is you just go in and you set up an ad account and understand that spending money on Facebook is so cheap to learn it okay and I'm going to show you i will show you this stuff here probably in another another video but i'm going to get more detailed but i want to show you this for this stuff first is when you set up your ad account you can you can literally run and get some attention using five bucks to have
people look at your you know whatever you're trying to market and so on and i'll show you the correct ways to do that and so on well you can go in here and you can go in the thing in the back office of your ad network and you can click on something that says audience insights okay and what it does is it clicks on it says everyone on facebook and when you click there you would just click on it the other thing is is if you have page already you can click connect to your page
or you can do a customized but I want to just talk about everyone on facebook so if I was to click on this it would take me to this page right here and it will default this 20 on the left-hand side you're going to see where you could add you can check a custom audience location I'm only using the United States here okay just the United States understand that it's not a worldwide thing for Eric worry all right is a worldwide Ferreira Tory but I'm only targeting the United States because that's where my current let's
say product will will be able to be marketed in down here in additional entries under interests i would type in network marketing pro the power of what will now happen is this is anybody that has ever liked network marketing pro is in a massive massive analytical super metric you know case study of you know pay database of facebook and what happens is will automatically show you exactly the demographics page likes location what they do how they purchase everything you don't think this data is just spectacular for choosing your target market or marketing them to them
it is it's everything you ever wanted in business okay so watch this now network marketing pro so I wanted to know remember I said 18 to 65 everybody needs my product well based on the people that like his page and those are probably the higher higher level professionals that are going to his events and stuff my target market to really narrow it down would be between 25 and 55 or 65 right maybe even 25 to 50 in fact i would probably target 25 to 55 to narrow my numbers down it's fairly even you can see
on facebook it's a little dominated by women thirty-five percent men i would not necessarily guess that but it is what it is now if will cut down here fifty-six percent of those people that like that are married that's some data you might want to when I went to top tap into this one down here is college educated 71 percent of the people that have liked his page have some type of college education all right now let me move on the other thing is if you clicked on so we were looking at demographics I like to
find out what kind of places my ideal target market is also frequenting like page likes now on page likes when it when you first click on it it's going to come up and it's going to show you these top categories communities magazines businesses you know maybe there's education out there and all these are hyperlink so you click on them go straight to what they are and who they who they you know what they do below that if you scroll down a little bit farther under page likes this is some insanely awesome data this is called
an affinity I look for an infinite affinity rating means most likely to be like is really what you know easy it's like a relevant to who these are with affinity I would look and say okay looking at these pages who else is there Oh smarter networker smarter networkers Danny Johnson okay spectacular woman out there she's really got a great cause and she's been doing this for years Kate mcshay is a good networker ray higdon a lot of you guys probably know who Ray Higdon is great networkers got some stuff out here now what I do
is if I was to run some type of AD or go after a target market I always look for a higher than and higher than the mid-teens of an affinity rating to believe that that would be something I would target so i would probably target ray higdon i love network marketing and kate makes you move Kate mcshay in either a group setting or or singular okay so let me keep going here this is also really really awesome is if you clicked on the next one over here is called activity and in the last 30 days
this shows you their average frequency of activities by these people who have liked we're still only on the group of the network marketing pro or going to you know protein that it shows that they over that period of time over a lifetime they've like 56 pages so these people are pretty active in the last 30 days they've liked you know like to make comments shared and here's the one I was looking for ads clipped wow these are people that are hyper targeted or they want data they want information they want stuff okay this is gold
right here knowing that this is the perfect target market for who I'm looking for today I know the age group I need to run an ad to and more importantly I know that they're hyper Toria hypersensitive and engaged in ads okay so all that gave me a better understanding of maybe who my target market really was it was between 25 and 55 male and female or interested in sales if I wanted to target my hometown I could they were college degree you know people and most of them had larger salaries okay and I didn't go
through all that and so on so this was audience insights as to where you can find who your target market might be if you don't know okay down here is another thing that are called audiences that I think I think between that one and that one year your the sky's the limit let me talk to you about audiences audiences is basically another place that you could go in and you could find you you can actually add your own lists of people you can do retargeting and so on and I'm not going to get into that
one on this one because i want to show you the case study now but i'm going to show you in probably the next video of how audiences work and how to really do this okay so anyhow let me go to i want to go to my case study on some data alright so this is my ad account in the back and i pulled up some ads that i had running and I wanted to give you some some results on these okay now i have a have a website after the training website that i have is
called grow grow your check com okay it's what's for and what I did is you can go in and you can choose what if you if you click on and create an ad you can go and pick what kind of thing you wanted to get done whether it's a you know increase your post engagement clicks to your website video views and so on and i'm going to show you that here later but with website clicks basically you can see what i did is i spent a total of seven hundred eighty dollars which generated from directly
from that 2658 direct links but because there were post shares one generation to generation of post shares of that add other people clicked on a to which showed you a hot with shows that's the difference in the world why the click rates went through and ice and it so it only cost me twenty nine dollars per person to go visit that site and when i ran that ad i was actually using that same training training video training series that i have that i offer on my website now for free that was a whole paid program
and so you can see that it did that now i have some other ones on here you can see that i spent some money on some of these but again it's all data that I'm that I'm looking for that's what's so nice about this is you can go in here and spend five bucks on something and track the numbers I need to know how many people went here what they did did was it worth spending the money on okay the other thing i love i love and facebook is the mother lode right now because they're
trying to compete with youtube or what we call video video views okay you've probably seen them especially on mobile devices they feed these things up like crazy but with what i do is a lot of times I'll run i'll make a video whether it's a video commercial or just a statement or maybe something that's coming up that's interesting that i want to run an ad to now here's the thing if you go to my facebook page a lot of times you won't see some of these ads because they're what we call dark posts so i'm
not posting them publicly on my page per se but i might be running a video ad or a promotion or a website click campaign outside of this so that only the people that I've targeted or seeing it not just everybody that's liked my page before okay so that's that's kind of cool that you can do that too but anyhow let me show you this and then I'm going to nuts and bolts here so of here as an example to get somebody to look at my video view on in this one on one of these videos
was was this okay they watch the video and in the information on the video or at the end of the video you can add a link it will automatically once the video is done playing it will say click here for more info you can see that it generated 462 clicks to the site that I was driving that that videos was purposed to drive to right this one you can see it was 23 cents per video view and it was actually a pretty good return on investment here because i only spent sixty four bucks on it
and at 347 clicks and I know when I have these clicks I know how many people have on average get to the site and what they do so I run multiple ads targeting multiple things and I track all the data remember data-driven decisions not opinion how many times have you ever made a video or saw a video and everybody goes all it's awesome video it's a flash video or it's it's amazing and it's all informative and everything and doesn't do anything or more importantly you've been sending it to people that you know Senate you sent
the video to a thousand people and you have no idea if anybody watched it you have no idea they're telling you the truth that you liked it if they did say they clicked on it and started watching you don't know if they watch it for a second two seconds or whatever okay I've learned to track all this stuff and that's why I'm doing these videos because i want to show you how to do this okay now i do want to point something out because i think this is gonna this is going to be something that'll
be eye-opening to you and i want to point this one out to you right here okay you can see that right here was the on this category this group right here i spent five hundred and ninety to ninety two dollars on this video series right this video it generated a lot of video views which was basically the ad at six cents per video view this many but here's my number that i was looking for right i need i'm trying to get this video out so that i can get traffic to the you know to the
right people at the right time okay Mike arget market now I want to go back and i want to show you this if you remember the slide that i did--like at the very beginning there and i did it in the last video and so on was this one you know I did this was the math okay and you couldn't even read it yourself I'm not gonna read it for you but here's what that ad just showed that you add i just showed you i want you to break this down and think about this so I
had 9229 add video views which totaled 933 clicks to my website all right now if you remember I showed you so that's about a ten percent conversion that a hundred taught if I could get a hundred people to watch my sizzle video they typically went the rest of the course through what we called the funnel you know the next step the next step the next step that's what did we call a marketing funnel it usually came out on average 29 reps and i remember i showed you that the per rep average paid me seven seventy
bucks annually based on the customer that that was i was generating so check this out so if i just had 900 plus clicks from that video ad at a ten percent funnel conversion rate that's 90 new reps if I spent 592 dollars on that ad that would mean 90 x 70 is six thousand three hundred dollars an annual added income okay I want to do it again so you catch it because it because if you can learn this stuff sky's the limit right we have now officially a legal license to print money if I can
show you how to spend a dollar and you can make a dollar ten how many dollars would you get it because you're in profit right if you can spend doll or make two how many of those would you get nine thousand add video views which converted in a 933 clicks to my website and I showed you the you know averages I was running of the targeted traffic that were relevant to the information it's real important as why we create the avatar that it would pay me that once someone said I'm in that 900 plus clicks
using the right ad for the right market created a ten percent funnel conversion rate 90 new reps five hundred ninety dollars 90 times seventy six thousand three hundred dollars annual added income think about that for a moment okay right now there are many many many many many top money earners out there that have massive organizations and cannot tell you for one second how many presentations were given in their business they can't tell you how many people are actually doing something in our organization you know how about how many of them are telling the truth they
can't really tell which tools are doing the best for them they don't know if it's the brochure that's working for them they don't know if it's the sizzle call that's going for I've learned that just about everything I do now in business is tracked I use data to make my decisions I quit using my own opinion in a lot of cases and use data to drive my decisions now here's what I'm going to tell you in the next video that I cover I want to go through and show you we're going to work on automated
marketing funnel and show you what these things were i'm going to show you probably what my newest one is because i think this one is going to crush it because one I know the process is to put in place now I've tracked all my data from the years I've done this and I probably will show you scaling at that same thing there when i say scare your competition the best part about the stuff that i'm going to defeat continue to teach you is there won't be any competition people can't compete once you know this stuff
back to you can't unlearn it once you know it and you know exactly what it is you can sit in any room regardless of who you are what you've been through and if you know some of these things you can outwork you can out leverage everybody in a capacity that is just is just insane okay so i think guy was that think i'm done here so yeah let me let me just finish up by saying thanks you can you can obviously go to my website here who is mike healy calm I think I'm gonna have
