hi I'm Grant okay so today I'm going to talk about Mars not Mars bar man I can see you're getting slightly over excited there oh Mars pass no I'm actually going to talk about the planet Mars m a r s m stands for majority the majority of our parents and grandparents who sold out the ones who didn't have the courage to go after their dreams often they sold out for us so we could go after our dreams so now is our time I wonder though how many of us will have the tenacity and the audacity
to go after our dreams or how many of us will fall the ble tradition and Salam for the safer option A it's for ambition in these changing and turbulent times ambition can easily be dampened but my generation you've seen tonight we have more ambition and determination than any generation gone before us oh it's for reality the reality is the one out of nine needs not in education employment or training ends up dead Society has filled a lot of us schooling has given some people opportunity but others a feeling of hopelessness it costs £99,000 per year
to go to university nine grand for what an experience don't get me wrong I love the university but I often sit in my lectures thinking that time is the most precious thing in the world and I could learn this stuff a lot faster by watching videos on YouTube iTunes you the K Academy the possibilities are endless s it's for social media the social media Revolution started years ago the platform with unlimited potential yet all I hear is the negative side of it Troll and Bully and stalk and come on give me something positive please no
wonder depression is R we've created a media that thrives of negative news stories yet we constantly and consistently live like we're on M wake up or should I say sleep for when we sleep we dream and when we dream we can be anything be anyone do anything maybe the only way to live like we're truly awake is to live like we're asleep let our minds live let them wonder I believe in the next decade or so we're going to see a revolution something far greater than the social media Revolution a revolution led by young people
because quite frankly we need to take our planet back we've been sucked into systems broken systems put in place by Generations gone before us Oscar wild once said to live is the rarest thing in the world most people just exist that's all and that is part of the problem we're just existing students and institutions across the planet need to speak up and act to create the education we want for our future activists need to persist in fighting peacefully for change entrepreneurs need to continue to think different our parents and our grandparents need to wake up
stop just drifting on by encourage your children to live encourage them to dream encourage them to act upon their thoughts and their feelings and more importantly encourage them to have fun now is our time so listen please to the young people with the crazy ideas to the unemployed youth who could quite frankly do a lot of jobs much better than the currently being done in companies across the planet settle take notice because if you don't I truly believe the very future of our planet will fall apart the millennial Revolution is coming be ready thank you
