The Story begins in an alternate universe where heroic versions of Lex Luther and Jester the alternate version of Joker break into a highly secured facility after hacking into the security systems Lex forcibly Pride open the vault through a secured room Jester uses acid to break through the inner Vault and obtain the quantum trigger together suddenly the alarms go off and Lex and Jester make their way to the exit when members of the crime syndicate evil versions of the Justice League chase after them when they reach the door Jester sacrifices himself to buy time for Lex
to escape when he is later confronted by Ultraman the evil version of Superman and the rest of the Syndicate cornered Lex activates an interdimensional device and escapes to a parallel Earth where the Justice League is Luther reappears in the middle of the road where he makes his way to a local police station in hopes of reaching the justice League Superman immediately recognizes Lex to be of the alternate universe seeing that his internal organs are reversed and given that Lex luor is still back in his cell in Striker's Island Lex returns to the Watchtower with the
Justice League who explains that he was the leader of the Justice League in their Universe albeit the only surviving member he explains that the appearance of a group of superpowered beings known as the crime syndicate has turned their their world into chaos he describes them as beings who like to rule through fear and even use their powers on the general populace to remind them of their control over them even the government turns a blind eye to them seeing they cannot deal with them even the police won't arrest them and the prosecutors wouldn't bother pressing charges
against them the only reason they have yet to dominate the world completely would be the government's overbearing threat of a nuclear response if they did after a quick deliberation the Justice League decided to help Lex except for Batman who stayed behind meanwhile at the parallel Justice League base Owlman the evil version of Batman and the rest of the Syndicate go through their stuff in search of the missing Quantum trigger Alman realizes that Lex has learned how to travel between parallel Earths out of nowhere Lex and the rest of the Justice League materialize before them Superwoman
the evil version of Wonder Woman immediately charges Lex while the others attack the rest of the Justice League although they were winning against The Syndicate Lex urges them to run for it as Superwoman has already called for reinforcements for three maid men who are known to be as tough as Superwoman Lex and the Justice League make it out of the Watchtower when owlan attacks them with his plane Superwoman and the maid men also arrive and join the fight the Justice League is being overwhelmed by The Syndicate Wonder Woman flies off to handle Owlman who manages
to throw him off the plane using the plane's cloaking system the Justice League escapes but not before the maid men try shooting down the plane they managed to create a powerful thunderstorm that fried the plains controls meanwhile the syndicates founding members debate over Jed juses an evil version of Martian Manhunter men in territories who previous died when Jester sacrificed himself taking him and Angelique an evil version of Hawk Girl out they later agree on having Alman handle Jed jus' men in the meantime Alman goes over the progress of the quantum igen State device QED for
short which gives them life and death power over the entire planet Ultram man worries that they have spent so much on bribes but they are determined to become the government itself this time power ring an evil version of Green Lantern wonders why the government decided to give what little power they have left Alman shares that with the device's Heisenberg uncertainty override they can tap into unlimited destructive energy that not even the government can turn a blind eye to Ultram man points out that there are only two choices either they bow down to them or die
after explaining to the Justice League who they they are dealing with Lex plans on hitting Syndicate operations to draw out the five family heads of the crime syndicate Ultraman Superwoman Owlman power ring and Johnny quick an evil version of The Flash Lex initially plans on hitting them one by one when Superman suggests simultaneously hitting them in pairs of two flash pairs up with Martian Manhunter Wonder Woman with Green Lantern and Superman and Lex team up together back at Gotham Superwoman meets with Owlman who informs her that he managed to replicate Lex's design and created a
device capable of moving to alternate worlds Superwoman tries to convince him that with it they would no longer need to bow down to The Syndicate and that they could conquer parallel worlds but Owlman rejects it clearly having plans of his own while the other raids are successful Superman and Lex confront Ultram man headon Lex initially gets beaten up by Ultram man until he Reveals His trump card a blue Kryptonite and manages to catch Ultraman and his henchmen just as they escort them to the back of the police van they are called in by the United
States president at the White House the president orders Lex and the Justice League to stand down and informs them that he has already called for the release of Ultraman Superman tries to convince the president that they they can end the rule of the crime syndicate but the president refuses their actions as War With The Syndicate will lead to losing millions of lives Rose the president's daughter walks in on their conversation and urges him to accept the Justice League's offer although the negotiations broke down Lex and the Justice League are still determined to stop The Syndicate
even if they must go alone at the syndicate's headquarters Alman Reveals His big plans to Superwoman he plans to use the QED to destroy the planet Superwoman wonders why bother if there are alternate worlds still out there Alman explains that no matter his decision it does not matter as it will just infinitely create alternate worlds somewhere in the Multiverse is Earth Prime where every other World Is A variation of this one which he calls the original destroying Earth Prime will create a chain reaction that will destroy all other parallel worlds Superwoman is baffled and thrilled
at the idea and agrees to help him he later tracks down the quantum trigger in an alternate world where Lex hid it in the Watchtower Superwoman with his maid men travels Dimensions to retrieve it when Batman tries to stop her and The Intruders outnumbered Batman calls in reinforcements and summons other members of the Justice League Aquaman Black Canary Red Tornado Black Lightning and Firestorm Superwoman managed to sneak away from the battle and found the quantum trigger Batman tried to stop her but was quickly overwhelmed by her strength when Superwoman returns to her world Batman jumps
at her and is teleported to her world Superwoman orders his maid men to bring the quantum trigger to Owlman while he deals with Batman Batman is outmatched by Superwoman's inhuman strength but he uses his wits and takes her out with anesthetic gas long enough to call in the Justice League meanwhile Martian Manhunter disguises himself as one of rose's bodyguards when Rose publicly speaks about revolting against the crime syndicate Scarlet Archer the evil version of Green Arrow tries to assassinate her when Martian Manhunter stops the arrow just in time he manages to capture Scarlet Archer and
sends him to the authorities later that night they fall in love with each other and in hopes of sharing a more profound connection they share memories to get to know each other believing that the Justice League is their savior Rose plans on checking where the crime syndicates base is so that the Justice League can beat them once and for all the Justice League makes its way to the crime syndicates Moonbase after The Syndicate completes the QED they decide to bring Superwoman fearing that she would manage to escape and inform her comrades an intense battle ensues
between the Justice League and the crime syndicate each hero battles with their alternate versions Superman versus Ultram man Wonder Woman versus Superwoman Green Lantern versus power ring Batman versus Owlman and the Flash versus Johnny quick just as the Justice League beat the crime syndicate Owlman activates the interdimensional device after getting a lock on Earth Prime and teleports the QED Batman tries to follow Owlman but the device is malfunctioning Lex reveals to The Syndicate that Owlman plans to destroy Earth Prime which would relatively destroy all alternate realities Lex suggests that with enough speed he could piggyback
on the carrier wave and open a portal to Earth Prime flash volunteers for the job but is talked down by Batman and Johnny quick proposes to do the job instead after reaching maximum speed Lex opens a portal that Batman enters alone Batman comes face to face with Alman who prepares the QED to explode Alman shares the secrets of the universe with him before anything else there was one Earth and one history until Humanity came along with the illusion of Free Will which led to chaos with every choice man makes they create two worlds one where
he made a choice and another where he didn't with billions of people making billions of choices gives birth to infinite realities Alman intends to remove the cataclysm source which has always been the same no matter where you go humankind Batman tries to convince Alman otherwise but he is already Beyond Reason Batman managed to distract Alman pretending to stop the QED when Alman grabbed him Batman managed to steal the interdimensional device and with it he transported Owlman and the QED to an alternate Earth where it destroyed it just before the explosion Alman accepted his fate and
believed further action didn't matter Batman returned to the others and asked Johnny to stop vibrating when everyone saw him much older Johnny caught on to Batman who pretended that flash wasn't fast enough seeing that he knew this would happen the strain of acting as a conduit to the portal has taken its toll on Johnny and he dies of old age the remaining members of The Syndicate plan on fighting for whatever is left when Martian Manhunter appears out of nowhere with the US Marines equipped with enough nuclear Firepower to take out the Syndicate after taking Ultraman
Superwoman and power ring into custody the president sincerely appreciates the Justice League for saving their world to fix their world the president has ordered the National Guard to support the local police force to gather the rest of the Syndicate members meanwhile Martian Manhunter also bids farewell to Rose who despite sharing feelings with her promised to protect his new home after losing his old one in their world at the Watchtower Wonder Woman brings back the owlman's invisible plane while Batman explains that he has accepted others into the Justice League that Superman approved the end thank you
