I want to call attention to aspirin ibuprofen Motrin takers of the world if you're using an NSAID even if it's occasional I want to show you that might be a bad idea but give you the research to show exactly doing one dose of this natural substance replaces all of those NSAIDs significantly reduces the toxicity and actually gets better results surprising stuff here let me dive in now why would I say don't use those well NSAIDs right whether it's ibuprofen aspirin we even talk about Tylenol a little bit which is not an NSAID but these pain
relievers are popped like crazy in our world women do you know this is out of the National Journal of cancer research taking one ibuprofen a day for five years increases your risk of breast cancer by 50 one aspirin a day for five years increases your breast cancer risk by 80 percent I know there's some research that says hey well taking this would actually thin the blood and it can help out the cancer no putting a drug in is always putting a drug in putting in a toxin then is always putting the toxin in increasing that
taking acetaminophen Tylenol most common cause of the liver failure in the United States is taking Tylenol it can happen after one large dose heavier long-term use of ibuprofen or other NSAIDs are the number one cause of kidney disease so it's destroying kidneys it's destroying livers it's increasing risk of cancers well if I have your attention here if this is a simple thing that we can get out of our Lives why are we using them pain and discomfort most common or we have you know some kind of headache something we've done to ourselves how do we
undo this are there better options out there and the research is overwhelmingly yes but let me tie this in immune related because the only time I used to as a kid take these type of things is when I was having a cold flu outside of the fatigue I was you know hurting headachy snotty that's what my mom would pull these out when I was a kid here's a direct correlation what's go what's going on with the immune system right heart health makes it huge impact for the virus for the pandemic the main comorbidities cardiovascular disease
diabetes chronic respiratory blood pressure being high and Cancers these are the people that lose their life and get hospitalized from having a virus hit their system circulatory diseases inflammation in the system the reason a lot of us are taking aspirin taking ibuprofen taking Tylenol whether it's a heart related condition or we just have inflammation in the body that's what we're using them for we're trying to prevent clotting we're trying to prevent inflammation buildup Time Magazine calls it a secret killer this develops in the arteries can create lots of problems and blockages so we're using this
stuff to try to combat inflammation try to relieve pain try to prevent heart related and clot and stroke related risks to measure whether you have these issues going on before I show you the solution this is a number you've got to be looking at C reactive protein is a blood test it is a big predictor of inflammation especially attacking the heart and the arteries it is a very very big predictor of your risk of immune related problems and outcomes specifically when it comes to the virus so just measuring this number it's also a huge number
for determining if you actually have a cholesterol related problem with your heart so there are some of the back story on why this matters so much for your cancer risk your heart disease risk your aches and your pain returning to these drugs it's creating more damage in our liver and our kidneys long term it's increasing our cancer risk but we don't want to give them up because we want to prevent heart related problems or when we do run into a virus we're trying to prevent clotting so it gets a little convoluted I get a lot
of questions on this let me cut through it and show you some really good natural solutions without all the toxic side effects here's a really cool study on omega-3 fatty acids fish oil going head to head with the ibuprofen with the aspirin on the impact it has on pain and inflammation in the body very powerful study now here's the abstract okay if we cut through it they they gave amounts 1200 milligrams 2 400 milligrams and their conclusion mirrored other controlled studies so this is not the only one of its type that compared to ibuprofen omega-3
fish oil just demonstrated equivalent effect in reducing arthritic pain discogenic pain that would be pain in your lower back ouch right back pain fish oil made a massive difference in that so the study was showing that if you take up to 1200 to 2400 milligrams you're getting the impact that you would get with an ibuprofen or an aspirin to lower the inflammation and reduce your pain but you're not getting any of the side effects those don't shut down your liver those don't damage your kidney those don't increase your cancer risk in fact they reduce all
of that they help those organs so 750 milligrams is what I would recommend of Omega-3 fish oils that would be EPA and DHA fish based now plant-based would be ala but EPA and DHA is what they studied I would take that daily and what that does is like your daily aspirin keeping your inflammation lower it does have some impact on the thinning of your blood I'm not saying it's a replacement for the prescribed one your doctor gave you but I would be talking to your doctor to say hey what blood work number are you looking
at to measure my inflammation to determine that I need a daily aspirin and can I try a fish oil to see if it'll have the same impact that's the combo I would have test your CRP level to see if there's any damage going on to the muscles of your heart to help protect that then if you need the pain relief simply double that dose and you'll be getting 1500 milligrams which is right in the middle of what the study showed at relieving better than Ibuprofen so you can use that occasionally you just don't have to
take it every single day you could take that much each day but that's the one I love and then I like to pair it with turmeric so Omega plus turmeric 750 milligrams of Omega plus a dose of turmeric 200 to 500 milligrams of that it needs to be emulsified really good one-two punch against inflammation now what about women with certain pains like menstrual pains check out this study that also showed some interesting research again taking a look at the comparison of fish oil against NSAIDs ibuprofen for the treatment of severe pain during your menstrual cycle
dysmenorrhea right so if we scroll down we go down to the results here okay they gave each of them results show that the efficacy of fish oil is better than Ibuprofen at relieving that pain and they were only using a thousand milligrams a day so this is an easy safe option to replace your medicine cabinet of ibuprofen Tylenol aspirin and put in a natural one and I use this every single day because I want that gentle blood thinning effect but more so I want to make sure I'm combating this the inflammation that builds up in
the body The Secret Killer the 98 cause of all disease the clotting and the health and the oxidation inside the arteries how do we lower that without something that's going to poke holes in the stomach aspirin calls ulcers aspirin and that actually reduces inflammation it helps with pain overwhelmingly is fish oil but I see that kind of stuff I get very excited about it I think it should go in your regimen each day you can eat fish to get it in if you are a vegetarian and you can't take in actual fish oil or you're
allergic to it then you could go flax or Chia you have to really pay attention that it's kept well and it's not oxidized so using the whole flax is a good option you could put some inside of your smoothie that is high in ALA which is not which was researched in the study but still is a decent source of Omega-3s so that may be an option for you if you can't do the fish oil but I would highly recommend eating fish a lot of us don't eat enough of it especially in the living good household
so taking fish oil 750 milligrams a day combining it with turmeric is a great one-two punch for inflammation and if you need to double it to get pain relief whether it's your cycle women or whether it's just pain in general men or women then 1500 to 2400 milligrams will get you that effect and for those of you that are heart patients this would be a conversation to have with your doctor to find out hey could I try this route instead of using a toxic drug that might increase my cancer risk or cause other problems now
that's got to be paired with a good lifestyle and for some of these pain problems like knees or low backs or necks you also want to rehab them and take care of the frame that God gave you because if you wear that thing out you can't get dentures for your spine or your knee or it's just never going to be right again so I put together a playlist of rehab exercises that pair nicely with using this omega-3 with using some turmeric and you can rehab those joints to relieve that pain and so I put that
play list right here for you so you can pick your joint and get specific help with it I'll be back with you soon
