so a next big part of our lecture uh when we can understand what does it mean personality of course second thing what we can do with our personality and we must speak about self-regulation self-regulation its ability to monitoring our uh our emotions our thoughts to monitoring our behavior every time uh do something for our well beginning for our new knowledges and relationship self-regulation its ability when we can regulate ourselves to uh to for not for best communication for best life uh self-regulation um have um four uh steps um for aspects like that uh first of
all it's a physical aspect it's our biology uh it's our body it's our genes it's our brain uh and our t prime because temperament belongs to our brain it's a process in our brain uh next it's a emotional aspect it's our personality what kind of personality we have uh its ability with our impulses with our habits of course our habits it's part of our um behavior and our habits of course create our behavior create our behavior create our life and when we can understand what kind of habits we have we can we can change it
or we can uh do something new uh next it's a mental aspect mental aspect focusing on uh control on uh management mental uh um aspect focusing on social area how can be a social men or women in this area yeah and next it's a social aspect social aspect it's about rules values uh empathy and of course uh everything what we can with what we can work what can create our life if we can understand these aspects what kind of biological uh part patterns in uh in my life i have what kind of temperament i have
uh how can uh how can underst how can i understand my emotion how can uh i use my emotion uh what what kind of importance i have in my uh in my life and how can i use this importance uh what kind of values in my life and how can i communicate with people okay can i show the empathy for us and the what kind of role other people have in my life all these questions it's about our self-regulation aspects uh next what we can do for self-regulation of course we we must understand our our
values uh we must every time breathe correctly we must uh seeing the goods in our life all of us we are have goods and we must understand these goods we must control our talking we must uh every time uh answer for questions like who i am why i do something and uh what i want to do in my life uh next thing what kind of methods uh can help us to uh just to regulation yeah it's a first full it's a planning every time you have you must have a plan uh it's a fro it
it came from time management yeah time management have three parts it's a life management day management and time management yeah uh from life management came a planning because we we must have a plan for five years for one year uh for four months for a day and the planning can help you to see your goals to understand your wants and to open for you for you tasks uh next part it's a monitoring every time you must understand what kind of stage you you have in your life what kind of problems you have what you can
do for these problems what kind of best in your life and how can you use this best for uh for achieving your goals and next it's a reflection reflection it's about what you do what you will do what you do just now uh and what you need for uh for your life uh it's every time to give you information about yourself about your action about your communication uh next it's uh uh it's a very important uh methods it's a use feedback every time you must understand what you want or need just now what you want
