hello everyone and welcome to running your first database reactivation campaign module 2 in this video it isn't going to be the longest video ever we are going to actually launch our Dr campaign and after this you know um depending on the size of your list depending on the results you might have a couple of weeks of work and a couple of weeks of just full um you know fully booked calendars ahead of you um but this is really just kind of the last video before you really just start actually you know ex actually getting results
actually getting real appointments with real people and having real sales appointments with people and actually closing members right this is where we actually finally start making some money um and this is what we've been working towards um for this entirety of this program right so um without further Ado let's get into it I don't want to make this video too long as we're really just going to talk about um two things and I'll show you exactly what you need to do um to launch so here's what we're going to cover so we're going to cover
requirements so basically sort of just a checklist um what do you need for um for database activation and it's actually pretty simple if you followed every single video in the right order up till this video you should be fine if you follow all the steps you've you know used support you've got gone uh Gone on to coaching calls when things didn't you know make sense um you should be fine but I'm just going to go over that list one more time just to make sure that you really are ready and if you see one of
these things um not actually um you know if you if you see a thing that you haven't actually done done you know get that done watch the video that um that covers that or you know let us know in the Facebook group and we help you out and then we're going to launch our no then we're going to launch our first database reactivation and uh yeah I'll jump into high level and show you that how to do that step by step all right so requirements so you're going to need a high LEL account and make
sure that you've used our link so you know we covered this in module one you need a high LEL account you know you need your marketing account if you have multiple locations you know you're going to have multiple marketing accounts um and you need to make sure that you've used our link because you do not want your account to be deleted right as this software is for agencies and marketing agencies unless you're connected to us right um so you want to make sure that you've done that you want to have make sure that you've got
your campaigns are proprietary campaigns integrated into your high level right you want to make sure that the triggers are there the opportunities are there you want to make sure that all the text campaigns are there you want to make sure that they're all published and active and you want to make sure that you've tested the system and campaign flow you want to make sure that all the text and all the opportunities and all the automations all work you want to make sure that texts actually go straight to your phone and that you um and that
when a customer replies it actually goes straight to high level you just want to make sure everything works as you do not want to mess this up when you're actually talking to real people and you do not want this broken when it's actually for real right so you want to make sure that everything is tested and working uh you should have customized the offer in the campaigns and also in the email notifications if you changed it obviously I don't recommend changing it 10day free trial is the best value you can give out but say you
know you're doing personal training or it just doesn't fit your business or your franchise you know you must you should have changed up those offers and there's a video to that as well you should have customer at high level to suit your business we covered that in this module as well um in module two it should be you know the all the time should be uh should fit your business um you should have customize your own schedule in the uh in the uh the you know in the text campaigns you should have uploaded them and
removed the dummy schedules um we cover guys all this we cover in a bunch of the uh we we've covered um in all the videos so if if something you know doesn't make sense you've probably not watched one of the videos or followed the steps right so you just want to make sure you've customized high level to suit your business your calendar um integrated it with your own Google Calendar you know just all the things that you know are going to are going to be specific to your business alone right um and we showed you
how to do that in um uh a couple videos ago uh you want to make sure that you know your numbers what numbers should you be looking for what numberb should you be working towards what numbers can you be expecting and how and also how to improve if you aren't the numbers and we cover that in key performance indicators also in this module um just so you really because the number numbers grow businesses guys we want to know our numbers always um analytics is such a big part of this um and you want to make
sure that you're hitting your numbers you're hitting your hitting the numbers that are supposed to happen right so a 3 to 10% appointment booking rate you know around a 70% show up rate all these sort of things you know you need to know and we cover that in another video so if you don't know those go back into um that video you should all understand everything you should understand how high level works it shouldn't be something that is still kind of like a some sort of fan you know some sort of Phantom Ghost it kind
of just doesn't make sense you should understand why we've got triggers you should understand the campaigns and the opportunities and the appointments and you should just basically understand and should be able to explain to other people what high level is what it does what all these triggers are meant to do and you should be able to if you would want you should be able to set up your own triggers in your own campaigns it should just all make sense right um and then the daily how of workflow we covered that in the last video we
have a cheat sheet for this basically just a step-by-step and how to handle certain um certain actions that Prospect might take you know no shows cancellations you know sales all that we have that we have an amazing Chi-Chi for that they'll show you exactly step by step on how to handle all these things but you should understand you know every single day you need to check high level before 10:30 a.m. because you know um if you understand everything that all followup messages are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and you should also be a know that you
should check high level in the evening as well um you should understand the workflow that comes with that you should understand what is manual um you should understand that um how to handle cancellations right you should understand just this system where you should be able to um just be ready for you know actual high level workflow when it's with real people right then uh one of the last things is database should be formatted correctly we cover this in this module as well you should have tags formatted properly you should have phone numbers all correctly in
there first names Etc we've covered this in the last video and they should be uploaded to high level which we showed in the last video as well the list should be in there so you can have a th people 500 people 5,000 people it doesn't matter should be uploaded in there and and formatted properly right so you should have those tags those dr1 dr2 dr3 all properly tagged to certain amounts of people right as this is going to be crucial to um for your database to actually run correctly right um and you should be confident
that you understand the software and this campaigns like guys this is going to be a massive thing if you don't feel confident if you don't feel confident that you are that you understand how this works that that you're going to get results once you finally sent out the Dr offer right then you're going to want to rewatch some campaigns jump on some coaching calls ask some more question until you really feel confident that you're going to get results with this okay and your team should know if you have a team or you know you you
know that that can be a thing your team should know exactly what's going to be happening you should you should have told them hey we're going to run a Dr campaign you know appointments can um go up massively you and maybe you're letting your team run high level they should should have watched these videos you shouldn't just give them high level and told them hey figure it out no they should know exactly what they what uh what should be going on okay um as transparency with your team is going to make you a lot of
money you do not want to leave them in the dark all right and that's really it so go over this let's make sure that you've got all these things checked off and without further Ado let's launch our first database reactivation all right so I'm going to hop out of this PowerPoint right right here and so and you're going to go into high level so what we did in one of the last videos is we went to contacts and we added our list so I've added a dummy list you know Tomo Tomo at gmail a dummy
list they're all the same phone number but this should all you should have an you know when you go to contact you should have an a massive amount of people um you know um individual people and they should all be tagged with something like this dr3 dr2 dr1 so I've got an example that base right here so you should have a first name with all you know all your prospects names last name isn't necessary but it's nice to have should be in that this this line emails is also not necessary but it's nice to have
phone numbers should all be in there correctly there should be you know no blanks in there no letters just nice and easy just phone numbers and they should all be Tagged so we've got it a couple tags so depending on your business size and the size of your list the why we tag them um is very simple as you know we want we want database reactivation to be contained so we don't send out a massive Text Blast to your entire list immediately they're going to be um organized through these tags so say you've got um
say you've tagged basically Dr say you've done it through um per 100 people right so dr1 is 100 people dr2 um is T is tagged for 100 people dr3 is tagged for 100 people so you have 3,000 people you should have Dr you should have um dr30 tags right you should have tags until the Dr 30 right so 100 people um per basically individual Dr and then number right if that makes sense so it's pretty simple I might be over complicating this dr1 should be tagged for 100 people dr2 should be tagged for 100 people
dr3 should be tagged for another 100 people right until it goes to the size of your list right and why we do that is because we send out we send out sort of text campaigns to a specific tag so instead of us blasting it to 3,000 people in the media we're going to send it out to 100 people and wait for the results for that once you once you're confident and you feel like you can get some more um more appointments in and when you know dr1 is kind of dried out you're going to send
them to dr2 send it to another 100 people then dr3 to another 100 people to dr4 and this is up to you and this is up to you you you know your business the best so you know say you've sent out five five um five blasts to 500 people um you can you know do uh two you know you can send it out to dr6 and dr7 at the same time that's fine if you feel like oh I can easily manage 200 um 200 text campaigns because you know you know what the result will be
kind of because you've um done this right so um this can be per 100 people or can also be per 250 people I do not recommend 250 people um sending out you know Dr um basically Dr offers per 250 people unless you have a big company or unless you have a team in place or you can really take a lot of appointments or you have salespeople as 250 people you know you know say you get a 10% appointment booking rate right that's 25 appointments bam right there you know say in the first couple days like
you might not be able to handle that if you're oneman team so I recommend if you're very small um or just really your calendar just can't be filled up to them uh to a massive extent I recommend um tagging it per 50 people that's the lowest I I recommend going or 100 which most of you will be doing 100 some of you will be doing 250 some of you will be doing 50 right um and this all also depends on how small list is right if it's a very very small list you know why not
do the 50 um because this is in your control right you can send out you can send out a th000 text in in a day um but this is up to you right we don't want that to sort of automatically just happen like you you can you can contain the flow right um and sort of the pipeline so without further Ado you should have this and you should have downloaded this into a uh comma separated value so CSV you should have gone to contact right you should have done all this already so this should all
be familiar you should have pressed UT contacts uploaded the CSV right uh and then let me just do that right now just for example just going to download that right now I already did this with this list but just for example and this should all be uh formatted correctly so you should have tags on tags phone on phone right this should all be like it should all make it should all be you know make sense with these like you should these should all be tagged correctly um then you just press continue and you're just going
to make sure that that all these are you know you can just press this until you feel confident that it's properly integrated right I use the dummy list so they're all going to have the same Lane but you really want to make sure that the tags definitely change and for you you want to make sure that the emails and the phone and the names change whatever with every click right you just want to make sure that's it's properly integraded and then you want to press continue you want to press don't modify them and you want
to add a tag and you just want to add the date and then you know Dr Dr upload something like that okay I'm not going to do that because I already did that um so without further Ado I've been dragging on a little bit let's launch so you're going to go to bul request you're going to create a bul request and you're going to be um tagging this per Dr so this is why we've tagged this right so you're going to start with sending out the Dr offer to the first 100 people or 250 people
basically just to the people who have been tagged by dr1 so you're going to just name this dr1 okay um the name must always be similar to the tag okay so say you're going to do like a multiple say you feel confident sending out 300 it's sending a Dr offer to 300 people in one day you're going to do dr1 dr2 Dr three I wouldn't recommend that doing that right now but this can be in the future when you're say say you're already on dr5 you know you can D do Dr 16 and Dr but
you just want to properly make sure that the tag the name is always selected to the tag so we're going to start with dl1 and with the this means is we're going to send it out to the people who've been tagged you know with dr1 and same goes if say we're doing dr2 and say we're doing dr3 and that's what who we're actually going to be sending out the offer to right so we're not going to be sending out I just want to make this clear we're not going to be sending out the database re
activation um offer to every single person immediately we're going to do this step by step because we want to contain this right so you're going to press campaign super important that you press Dr offer and Dr offer alone okay Dr offer nothing else we don't want them to be sending out Dr lead nurturing already Dr offer okay you're going to press a date very simple you're just going to press the date and then just now which basically just means it will be sent out the second I press add you're going to pick a type leads
they're not customers they're not all they're leads right they're not actually they're me not members and this is important you just going to and this is basically the step you're going to be doing every time you're going to send out a new Dr offer to a new group you're going to press dr1 and you're going to press add and Bam okay so you're going to press play as well that's what you're going to do so first uh first say for you the first 100 text will be sent out to the D people who have been
tagged with dr1 right it's cued right now so it isn't actually it isn't actually in play right okay so I'm just going to refresh it one time this might take a second um so I'm just going to wait for that to happen um yes so text haven't been sent out yet oh actually yeah all right cued okay so I made a mistake that all right just going to wait for it this is going to take a second and maybe because um you know this list is the same but for you it should um should go
to play or I don't really know what this I forgot what the status is you know specifically called but oh there we go finished okay so usually it sends out text um text of 15 so um I think it's not going to send that for me because you know it is still a um so let me just quickly check let me just do a real quick refresh here all right um um yeah okay so oh there we go bam so this should happen and it should uh probably send out like 15 texts like uh a
minute or like 15 text like every 10 seconds um and you just want to make sure that all these texts are sent out properly bam and you want to make sure that the leads that you're sending it out to look hey Tom it's Ashley at NC Fitness today we're giving out 10 freeay passes reply with yes please right um and you're just going to make sure that you know know they've been tagged properly and you're sending out you know correct um messages and this is just going to happen for all the people who've been tagged
by dr1 um and I've only tag 10 people so this is actually finished but this is how it works and now it's just you're in action right this is this is where you know is it'll actually happen people will start replying with you know unsubscribes yes please people will start asking questions this where you know this is where your work starts and this is how you're going to be doing it so say 2 days from now you've really you feel like this list has kind of run dry right this these people and you're not really
getting more responses you've booked say 5 10 20 appointments um right with this list and you feel like it's kind of run dry and you feel like you're ready for dr2 or you feel like you're ready for a new bulk that's what you're going to do you're just going to call a dr2 select campaign select date right just going to press now again pick type leads tags dr2 and this is what you're going to do until your list runs dry so say you have 30 tags for 3,000 people or 20 tags for 2000 people or
five tax for 500 people or however you formatted this that's how you're going to do it so this is up to you and this is how we contain the flow so say two weeks from now we're at D 17 all right um I've actually not tagged it till D 17 so let's just say D5 a week from now dl5 all right next the other 100 people so say we're at 500 people now you've already booked like 50 appointments you know it's going great and now you're just ready for another bulk going to press dl5 now
and this is how you're going to be doing it until you've basically sent text to everyone right and this is going to be look this is what it's going to be looking like so in the future you're going to have a long list from dr1 to you know dr10 dr15 you're going to make sure once you once it's once this says finished that the text is sending out and after that it's just waiting for responses and those responses can come in really quick but they can also be dragged out over the day that's why you
want to especially check this out um a little bit you know once things are sending out so um other than that let's get back into the PowerPoint right so you know that's really it if you don't understand this if this doesn't make any sense um just let us know on the Facebook group and will help you out so I'm just going to hop back into the PowerPoint as that's really how what we're going to be doing all right so you should be uh you should have launched your first Dr campaign or you can do this
after that video or whenever you feel like you're ready right um but that's how it works if it doesn't make any sense it is pretty pretty straightforward um and you're ready this is ready and then you know just use the daily workflow cheat sheat to handle these leads and now it really starts you know start making sales start getting appointments that should be your number one Focus after this all right so action items launch your first Dr campaign nothing else after that get to work guys and I can't wait to see your results in the
