Today, let's see how much today we're up $500 only. But the point is, guys, you can make money. I have to show this in the beginning of the video because if normies don't see the that they can make money from something, they click off in 5 seconds.
So, now that you know that, let's teach you how to do it. So, if we come over to the Figma, we can look at my model right here, right? These are my models.
These are my two models. Uh, this one is public. And if you watch all my YouTube videos, you can see me build her from scratch over the past 2 months.
Literally started from scratch 2 months ago, and now I'm making $40,000. It's like, it's pretty simple. But this model is a private model that I'm making not so private by putting her in this video.
I just wanted to flex my image quality because I have the best quality in the game. If you look at all these other people, their models look like [ __ ] They don't look believable, right? I'm the best in the game.
You found the right video. But those are my models, right? I'm not going to share their Instagrams anymore because everyone copies me and I'm getting too big.
So, this is all you get for now. But you want to start. So, let's get right into it.
Let's get to the meat and potatoes, right? You need a reference photo, right? We have to create you a model first.
And to do that, you're going to need a reference photo. Now, there's many ways of going about getting one. One thing you could do is you can take two real girls faces and merge them in Photoshop and then get a reference image like this.
But honestly, what I recommend doing now is finding an AI girl with an AI face and screenshotting the highest quality picture like this and then face swapping it onto a real girl. And that will make you a reference photo of someone who doesn't exist. Or you could take a real girl's face and put on another real girl's face and that will kind of blend it.
But basically, you want to get this head shot like you see here. This is your first step. Get this head shot.
Right? Once you have one of these, you're going to be able to do a lot of things, right? The next goal is to get 20 character images.
Right? So, you want 20 images of your girl, right? These are going to be very useful because what you need to do is you need to make a model, right?
And to make a model, you need images. You need 20 images so that you can train these things called loras which I'll get to in a second or you can use the online tools which require pictures to generate the same person over and over again. So if you want a consistent character with consistent quality, you need 20 highquality photos.
How do you get those? Well, that's why I told you to get a reference image because you're going to take this reference image and you're going to go on Instagram and you're going to find a model, a real person, a real human with real high quality photos. This is important, guys.
If they're [ __ ] photos or if they're filtered or if they're, you know, all [ __ ] crazy looking, what's going to happen is you're going to generate [ __ ] photos. Like a lot of you guys, you're doing the right things, but you're just using [ __ ] photos, and that's why your model looks like [ __ ] right? It's not that it's a super complicated process.
It's not. You're using [ __ ] photos. And because of that, your output comes out like [ __ ] So, make sure you have a high quality face shop.
This is the most important part of the entire process. You're going to take this and you're going to go to Instagram and find a model's body. Then you're going to use either Clling or Picasso, right?
These are the the industry favorites, right? And we're getting to the point now, I'm going to cover a history lesson later in this video where these tools are getting so good. Before this was bad advice.
I [ __ ] on it all over my channel. I said this is horrible advice. Don't use these tools, guys.
Don't use these tools. AI is progressing so fast that these tools have kept up. They've improved their software and you can easily face swap on these and get high quality results.
I try not to over complicate things and I'm barely using these more complicated methods. Now, this is all you need and that's the truth. So, you're going to come to Cling or Picasso.
I'll show you these websites later in the video. And you're going to use their face swap tool. It's very simple, guys.
If you can't figure out how to use this, you're a [ __ ] idiot, right? Make sure you have a good face like this and make sure you're using a sim similar looking model. Otherwise, it's gonna come out like [ __ ] So, you're gonna take this, you're gonna face swap onto 20 images of this model.
So, you need to find an Instagram model with more than 20 images. And you're going to face swap your model's face onto the model for every photo, right? And you're going to come up with 20 images, right?
You're going to use the help of a Google extension called Mass Downloader. This will allow you to download every Instagram picture on the model's page very quickly and at high quality. Right?
Then you're going to build your 20 character image data set. Right? Once you have these, the rest is so easy.
Like the rest you're smooth sailing from there, right? So, this is going to be the hardest part. And most of you guys, let's be honest, will never get past this because most of you guys are idiots and lack brain cells.
But for those of you who do, the 20% of you who do make it past this part, you should have a decent model. Take your time, pay attention, get a good reference image, right? This is most important.
Get a good body model that looks like your reference image. And do the face swaps and make sure they look look and come out good. Right?
If you if you rush and you get shitty pictures, you're going to have a shitty you're going to be like, "Jimmy, what you tell me didn't work. " And I'm going to say, "Fuck you. Get away from me.
So once you have these, right? Garbage in, garbage out. That's my motto, right?
This is the one sentence you need to memorize right now. Garbage in equals garbage out. So memorize that.
So once you have these things, you're going to use these to create a Laura or you're going to upload these onto userfriendly tools that are very intuitive and easy like Higsfield. Right? This is a website called Higsfield AI.
It's one that I've been using more and more recently because they have this Higsfield soul which gives you a good Instagram aesthetics for certain types of pictures that you want to post on Instagram. And you can easily create a character. Right?
If I hit this create this character button, what's going to happen? Oh [ __ ] Holy [ __ ] Hold up. Is it's going to say upload 20 photos for the best results.
That's why I'm telling you to do 20 photos. You don't need more than that. You don't need less than that.
Get at least 20. If you can get 30 perfect pictures, that's better. If you can get 40, that's better.
But every time you add a [ __ ] picture to your data set, you're actually making your model worse, not better. So quality over quantity, but you need a decent amount of quantity for you to actually get decent results. So these tools, right, you have Picasso, you have Higsfield, you have Cling, right?
You can create characters on these tools. This is the easy way, but I also recommend training. What is a Laura?
ARA is a file that's going to take your model's information and produce a consistent character over and over again on more advanced content generation platforms. Now, the main one and the one that I use the most is called Comfy UI is a user interface that allows you to generate pictures at mass scale very quickly with high quality. Right now, I use both.
Right? I'm going to take you on a quick history lesson before I go into the content generation. All right, here we have some interesting stuff.
If you were to go watch the rest of my YouTube videos, you'd see me say, "Hey, these tools suck. " Right? Don't use these online tools.
They're all scams. And I was telling the truth right before in 2024 and early 2025, January, February, everyone was telling you to use Picasso, Influent AI, Open Art, Cling, and they were saying just generate pictures, generate videos. This is how you do it, guys.
You're going to make millions of dollars. And I came in at around March or April. I came in around April, and I was like, "Guys, everyone's model looks like [ __ ] These tools are [ __ ] These tools are expensive.
They're a [ __ ] waste of time. Why are we doing this? Let's take the time.
Let's focus and let's use Comfy UI. So, from about March to now, I was saying use Comfy UI, take the time, learn. But AI is moving so fast, guys.
AI is progressing so fast. And on the content generation side of things, things are changing so rapidly that these tools are getting better and better by the day. They're getting more realistic by the day.
And they're starting to get to the point where they can compete. and especially when you consider how easy they are to use compared to Comfy UI. So, they're starting to be able to compete with Comfy UI.
They're easier to use. However, Comfy UI is still better and it's better at generating tons and tons of images for cheap. So, right now, I'm using a hybrid model.
If you would have came to my channel 2 months ago, I would have said only learn Comfy UI. Go take the time. But now, I'm using both.
I'm using Comfy UI, which I'm going to teach you how to set up soon, and then these online models, which are like brain dead, guys. Like, if you if you can't figure out how to use these websites, you're a [ __ ] [ __ ] So, let's come over to the Comfy UI, right? So, I'll put all these in the description.
By the way, guys, I'm going to put every every website, every link in the description below. You'll have it. You can go check them all out.
So to use Comfy UI, what you're going to do, right, it is a graphics card intensive program, right? So what you're going to need to do is you're going to need to rent a GPU. You can do this for dirt [ __ ] cheap, right?
It's like 60 cents an hour. You can use this thing called RunPod. RunPod's great because you rent it.
It's cheap as [ __ ] You don't need a good computer. You get a better quality GPU so you can get faster image generation. And later when you want to hire employees or people to do the content generation for you and actually scale your business, you're going to be easily able to log them in and they're going to be able to log in to this whole setup without having to know or set any of this stuff up and they can just work on the prompting.
So you have to use RunPod, right? So I'll show you quickly. This is RunPod, right?
You just sign up, right? And you have to pay the 60 cents an hour. 60 cents an hour, guys.
I say this in all my videos. I have to say it in this one again. Guys, if you're going to complain about 69 cents an hour or even 20 bucks or 50 bucks a month for software, I don't know what to tell you.
You can't do anything for free. There's no free business model. Like, shut the [ __ ] up.
People started saying that because it gets views and there's so many brain dead idiots on the internet that are like, "Oh, how do I start from how do I start business from zero dollars? " It doesn't exist, guys. You can't even eat for free.
You can't even eat for free. So tell me the logic. If you can't eat for free, if it cost you, I don't know, 600 bucks a month minimum to eat, right?
You think you're going to be able to start a business for less than that? Are you a [ __ ] [ __ ] Do you even think about things? Do you have any critical thinking skills?
Probably not. If if that's what you want to do. Now, obviously, a lot of you guys watching this aren't going to be that [ __ ] but you'd be surprised how many retards.
Like, I deal with them every day. So, you're going to install Comfy UI. You're going to pay the 69 cents an hour.
You're going to pay the seven bucks a month for uh memory. Then, you're going to learn Comfy UI basics from Pixarroma or me. I have a group.
I teach everything. I give you uh the workflows, everything you need. It's in there, right?
I've been doing this for a few months. I made sure that I had the best [ __ ] right? So, I'll talk about that later, but I don't want to [ __ ] piss people off.
So, right, you're going to have to build a workflow and you're going to have to download the supporting lures. It's it's a much more complicated thing. I can't go into all the details in this.

So, now you have all this set up, right? You have Laura trained. You have a model on these websites like Higsfield.
You have Comfy UI on your runpod setup. You're good to go. It is time to generate pictures.
Right. Finally, don't worry about how do I generate nude photos? How do I generate nude pictures?
You don't yet. We'll get to that later. Don't geek out about that.
Don't be a [ __ ] nerd. Shut the [ __ ] up. It's not important.
Shut up. We'll talk about it later. Quick PSA, right?
When you're generating content, understand this. Your pictures are not going to be perfect. You're going to generate a bunch of pictures.
You're going to go, "Why aren't my pictures good? I did everything you said. " Guys, one pick out of every hundred generations is good.
and usable, right? And you still have to Photoshop it. You still have to fix it and do some editing, right?
We're not at the point where every picture comes out perfect. Now, as you get better, as you get more experienced, you can get this number down to about one in 50 or even one in like 25 I'm getting to, but even then, I still have to generate 25 pictures before I have one good enough to post, right? So, don't freak out if your first 10 pictures look like [ __ ] It doesn't mean your Laura's bad.
doesn't mean look for the quality. If the quality is good, then you're probably fine. But you will need to edit, which means you're going to need to know the Photoshop basics, right?
These are the three tools, right? Take a little screenshot and put it in your notebook that you want to research. The remove tool, fairly simple, liquify, generative fill, right?
These are all things you can use. You can also use clings image editing, right? This is pretty much all you need.
You have inpaint, this is for changing things in the photo. Expand, this is for zooming out. you can add uh more uh space.
I don't even know. [ __ ] I don't feel like explaining that. And then you have the remove tool, which is for removing jewelry or blemishes or anything that you can think of.
And it's so [ __ ] simple. Now, like if you were you don't need any skills to be able to edit pictures. It's so easy.
Now, when it comes to videos, you need to understand you cannot generate 3 minute long videos. It doesn't exist. All right?
You don't need to use Veil 3. You don't need to use any of these cinematic [ __ ] You need realistic [ __ ] The way you make money in this business right now is by looking like a real casual girl. And you need realistic [ __ ] So don't even bother with [ __ ] P3.
It's a waste of money. It's a waste of time. I don't use it.
[ __ ] it. You need reals. How do you make reels?
Well, conveniently, because you know, I make YouTube videos, there's a YouTube video, how to create realistic reels for your AI model, AIO FM. It got 6K views, so you know people [ __ ] with it. It's a great video.
Go watch that after this video. It'll teach you everything you need to know about making reels. So, now you have some videos, you have some pictures, you're able to generate images.
What is the next step? If you made it to this point, good job. you might have an IQ of over a hundred.
So, the first thing you need to do is you need to set up a fan view page. What about only fans? [ __ ] I just dropped my phone.
What about only fans? What if I set up only fans? Shut the [ __ ] up.
You're not going to set up only fans. Use fan view. They allow AI creators.
You're not him. Most of you aren't him. You cannot go around only fans metrics to to to get around the AI creator thing.
If there's a few of you in the audience that can, you know who you are and go ahead. Like, good for you. But most of you can't.
You're going to use some weird ugly model to to verify and then do some hybrid strat. It's like, what the [ __ ] You have to pay the model and it's like you're this is a disaster. So, use FanView.
Fanview. com if you're completely new, right? This is your platform.
This is where you're going to take money from people and set up your profile, right? When it comes to setting up the page, by the way, I have a whole video on this on my YouTube, so you can go check that out after this video as well for more detailed information. But here are the important parts.
Less is more, and you want high quality pictures. You don't want to give them any reason to believe you are AI. Let me get water.
So, you don't want to give them any reason to believe that you're AI, right? In my YouTube video, I actually said the opposite because I come from regular only fans management and I said you want to get 100 posts as quickly as possible because that was the common knowledge in OFFM. But now, I'm moving with AI.
I think less is more. You don't want to give away your AI. 20, 30 posts on the fan view feed.
No one cares what it looks like anyway because you're going to have a free page. Next key point, start with a free page, right? Most of you, unless you're a marketing genius, unless you're the marketing god, you're going to get no traffic and you're going to barely have any link clicks and the conversions are going to be low.
And if you start a paid page, you're going to get no [ __ ] money. You need to get some free page, free subs, and start chatting and start making some money. So, start a free page.
Don't worry about the price of your page. Then you're going to post a high quality intro vid, right? This is for uh the fan view internal boost or whatever the [ __ ] it's called, right?
Get one good highquality realistic intro vid and then you're good. Cater your strategy around the platform. I don't even know what I meant by that.
And then the don'ts, right? Don't waste time thinking about the platform. Use [ __ ] Fan View.
If you don't if you can't use Fan View for whatever reason, maybe your country doesn't allow it, try Fansley, try uh the other one like creator whatever the [ __ ] I don't even know what it is cuz it's so irrelevant. But just have a platform. You just need somewhere to take people's money.
You can even direct them directly from uh IG DMs to Telegram. Like there's ways around it. You can still do this even if you can't use a platform.
If you have access to Fan View, use that. And if you're somehow so goated and gangster that you can get a Only Fans approval, then use Only Fans. But most of you aren't going to do that.
And even then, Fan View is a [ __ ] great company. They actually help you if you if you start making a lot of money. So even then, I'm still um I would recommend using Fan View.
Now, we're covering everything, right? We're covering everything. So, so because we're covering everything, we want to talk about niches, right?
Niches are something that the other AIOM gurus love to talk about. They're like, everyone likes to pretend they're a marketing genius when they talk about niches. The money is in the niches, guys.
You got to focus on the niches. That's why I run 14 [ __ ] models that have a dick on their forehead, right? And they sound like a [ __ ] idiot because the more and more I do business and the better and better I get at it, the more I realize that the whole niche [ __ ] is something they just tell Norm used to distract them and [ __ ] get them all excited.
Oh, I'm a I'm going to run a a girl with no arms and and do great or I'm going to run a [ __ ] and I'm some marketing genius. Guys, you are not the only person thinking about this. You are not the only person who thought about running an AI trans model.
And the person who's running these AI trans models is doing much better than you and he's destroying that market. And you're going to get [ __ ] swamped. My niche is called the realistic hot girl, right?
The the reason this niche is good is because it's realistic. And when you're hot and a girl and people actually believe that you're real, they give you money. And you don't have to worry too much about the niche, right?
You have to understand if you're hot and you're a girl and you get in front of these men's eyes, you will make money. So, you should be more focused on your marketing systems than the niches. Now, obviously, if you can uh separate your model from the masses, right?
Like, don't just do a basic blonde hair, blue-eyed girls. Yes, I guess that's that's the advice. Try to separate a little bit.
Talk about [ __ ] sports or F1 is another thing people always say. Oh, F1 has rich male customers. That's a great niche.
Like, sure, go ahead. You know, do something. It will probably help.
But don't geek out about the niches, right? I'm running a model that's basic as [ __ ] and I'm making 40 grand a month and next month I'm going to do more and the month after that I'm going to do more and she's basic as [ __ ] So, shut the [ __ ] up about niches. I don't want to talk about them.
But that's your PSA because other people will pretend like they're a marketing genius because they they're doing they're selling [ __ ] [ __ ] porn and they have to look at [ __ ] porn. AI [ __ ] porn every day and they're, "Oh, look at me. I'm making so much money.
" Yeah, you're looking at AI train AI [ __ ] porn. This is some dystopian [ __ ] Who wants to sell AI [ __ ] porn? I barely even want to sell AI porn, but at least when I'm doing it, it's normal [ __ ] porn.
So that's what I have to say about that. So you've picked your niche, you've picked your model, you are ready to start marketing, right? So before you get lost in the sauce and you make a Twitter account and a Reddit account and an Instagram account and Tik Tok account, right?
A general advice for marketing that you'll hear people say is pick one strategy and stick to that. And I agree, it's a cliche thing to say, but it is completely true. And all of you guys hear this and then what you do is you go and you start 14 accounts because you ignore it.
Like I people actually don't take that advice and it's the simplest advice ever. Make an Instagram account and a Tik Tok account and do nothing else. Don't even [ __ ] try Reddit.
You're going to lose. Reddit's way more competitive. Some of you can like just the point is just [ __ ] pick one thing.
We're going to jump into marketing now, but don't [ __ ] do 40 things. you're one person and you probably don't have employees or the money. So, chill the [ __ ] out.
So, when it comes to marketing, marketing is a very complicated and uh it requires a lot of experience and knowledge, right? So, I've been doing business two and a half years and I've learned a lot of things and I tried to summarize most of that into this 11minute video. How to blow up your ad models the right way, right?
All right. So, you can go watch this as well after this video and it will tell you pretty much everything you need to know about marketing because there's no real secret sauce. Marketing is very difficult, right?
And you learn through experience. You learn through trial and error. So, you need to make your model now.
You need to go out there and start posting. You need to analyze. You need to get feedback.
This is how you blow up your model. You do this, right? You're not just going to watch a [ __ ] 20 minute or an hour long YouTube video and come across the secret sauce of the universe and then start getting millions of views.
That's not how it works, right? There's certain things, yes, there specific things you could do, but most of these things are gatekept and people charge you money for them like me, right? So, no one's going to give you free [ __ ] sauce on how to market.
So, go watch the other video that will sum up everything. It will get you on the right track for that. But for those of you who still want to learn how to market, I'm going to give you the basic rundown because a lot of you guys are very new.
And we have this separated into three different tiers, right? These tiers are tier one, right? This is when you're dirt [ __ ] poor, right?
And when you're dirt [ __ ] poor, you do you are not an entrepreneur. You do not run your own business. You are employing yourself to market, right?
Which means you are working for yourself and you have to do the job that people with money would usually pay a VA, right? That's how that works because you don't have money yet. You are doing a VA's job.
You are your own VA. So strategies like this, the best one is probably Tik Tok slideshow. But you can also open up one dating app, do it manually from your phone.
You shouldn't get have to get verified because it's your phone and you shouldn't do anything weird or freak out the phone. One dating app, one Hinge, one Tinder. It's very simple.
I don't know how you guys [ __ ] that up. And then you could just swipe and you can get a few subs that way. Or you can build your initial Instagram, right?
You could do Twitter comments and spam those. You could spam on Instagram. You could spam anywhere and try like you just kind of have to brute force if you're completely poor.
But what I will say is organic, right? If you have highquality stuff, you want to start organic, right? This is your only ticket out of the slums, right?
Because people like me who are actually making money, I'm dumping money into ads. I'm dumping money into promo. I'm dumping money all over the place.
And you don't have money. So, you can't do the things I'm doing. The things I'm doing are not the things you're going to do except for organic traffic, whether that's reals or Tik Tok.
Actually, let me show you guys. Let me show you this [ __ ] So this guy, this is one of the guys. He's one of the members of my group, right?
You can see that he joined my group about a month ago, right? He said, "Let's run it up. " I said, "What's up?
" He paid me. I invited him to the group. About a month later, he texts me this.
He says, "Starting to crack organic. " And by the way, here's the [ __ ] time stamp on that. June 22nd and now we are on 22nd of July.
And he says, "Starting to crack organic for real, right? " And I said, "That shit's dope. " And if you look at this 1.
3 mil uh 36 22 35, right? He's getting organic views, right? So, he didn't pay for this.
So, it is possible for you to make it out of your [ __ ] hole slums with zero dollars. But obviously, if you have money, you're going to want to invest in marketing. And that's what I'm going to cover.
And that's what I cover in my group. A lot of that is about how to boost and do paid promo. So, understand that you want to focus on high quality content.
go watch this video I have on my YouTube that will kind of explain how to go about thinking about these things, right? But that's your only ticket out of the slums. Now, once you get some money or if you already have money, maybe you have a highpaying job or whatever and you have more to invest, right?
You're going to look for tier two and tier three, which is promo ads, right? I already mentioned that. But also VA based traffic where you're managing people.
So, you can manage VAS to post on Tik Tok slideshow forums, right? where you get multiple phones and you make multiple accounts and this will allow you to, you know, get some decent traction. Now, of course, my [ __ ] hair, it's itching my face.
Of course, you know, there's a lot that more that goes into it. I'm not going to be able to explain everything in detail in this video. Like, nob brainer, right?
Actually, let me show you something else. So, here is a chart that I actually use in my actual business, right? And as you can see, there's so much [ __ ] on this page.
If I just zoom in on one little part, right? You can see outline system for real generation in bulk, right? Because the truth is, guys, if you want to make 100k a month, 50k a month, a million a month, right?
You're going to need to do real business. You're not supposed to watch YouTube videos, right? I'm on YouTube to educate the masses and show them about this opportunity.
I'm not here to save everyone, right? I'm here to make money. I'm here to sell my group.
I'm here to look for the people who will find value in my videos and understand the value of my group and pay to be in my group. I'm not here to, you know, help everyone because let's be honest, 80% of you are copying, imitating monkeys that are incapable of creative ideas and can never run your own business anyway. And those 80% should be working for someone.
They shouldn't be doing their own [ __ ] They shouldn't be running a business, right? Because they're incapable of doing that. So, I'm not talking to them.

It goes content generation, marketing, chatting, right? You need to get people in the door, right? This is why I was saying, why are you guys worrying about NSFW content?
Right? First of all, you need to have subs and traffic, right? You don't start selling ice cream cones, like the world's best ice cream cones, until you have decent [ __ ] ice cream and a [ __ ] stand to sell that ice cream in in the first place, right?
So, a lot of you guys are like, "How do I make nude content? " Bro, let's get an ice cream stand and let's get some ice cream and then we'll worry about the cones because that's all that is. You don't even need to make NSFW content to make money, right?
One of the things I teach is how it's all about perceived value, guys. You're working with hot AI models. They're attractive.
People give attractive girls money all the time for [ __ ] right? You don't need to sell nude content. And actually, you can make more money not selling nude content because nude content has a price ceiling and it's commoditized, right?
This is something you learn in Only Fans management, regular Only Fans Management, is that content is a commodity and it has a [ __ ] commodity price. But everything else, attention, relationship, experience that is infinite, right? And it scales with the bank accounts of your customers.
So this is your number one rule about chatting. Yes, if you can make NSFW content, it will help and you can make some more money with that. The way you make that is you use Comfy UI, you have to set that stuff up.
So, go back to that part of the video and go learn how to set up your Comfy UI on RunPod. You just need a few extra Loras, which I have in my group, ironically. Right?
So, that's how you're going to make NSFW content. But, let's be honest, you don't even need it. You don't even need it.
You can make $20,000 a month without it. You can make $40,000 a month without it because 80% of the money comes from the whales and the top spenders and the big clients. And this is even more true with AI because you cannot make three-minute videos.
You cannot make four-minute [ __ ] dildo up the ass videos. You can't do this, right? So there's no point in even going that route or overinvesting into that route, especially when marketing is by far the hardest part of the business and what you're going to spend most of your time doing for the rest of eternity.
So, just like marketing, chatting has three tiers as well. Tier one is the broki. This means you chat yourself.
You learn, you get to luckily keep all the commissions. You don't have to pay anyone, which is good. You'll learn and you'll be better at it, especially if you're American.
English is your first language. You'll have a very easy time doing this. Now, if you have money or you're experienced in business, you may not want to waste your time doing this.
Like, I don't want to [ __ ] chat, guys. Like, I'm not doing this. I'm hiring people.
So, you're going to need to hire people. So, the first thing you do is you hire one or two chatters. You train them.
They're going to suck. You're going to tell them to fix it. They're going to say, "Okay, sir.
They're not going to fix it. " You're going to yell at him again. You're going to fire them.
You're going to hire someone new. He's going to suck. And then you're just going to repeat this process for about 3 months.
And then you're going to want to kill yourself. And then eventually, you're going to pick up just a few good ones. And you're going to make one of them a manager.
And that's how you get to tier three, which is hiring a manager and building a hierarchy, right? And then you're going to say, "Hey, I'm not doing this [ __ ] anymore. Please hire people for me, please.
" And they're going to say, "All right. " And then you pay them, and then they take care of it for you. And that's how you do chatting in 2 minutes.
Now, obviously, of course, there's tons and tons of stuff that we go into in detail, and that's why I have a group, right? Marketing, chatting. These are the two parts of the business that never change, right?
These don't change. These are the same, right? These are the main focuses of my group.
Content generation is also in my group, but this is changing every day. It's changing rapidly. And this is why, right?
If we come back to this history lesson, you need to get the [ __ ] on this. Like, you need you guys need to stop [ __ ] around and you need to start a business. Start a business model because you're running out of time, guys.
AI is replacing people. It's replacing everything. I talk about it in all my YouTube videos.
You're running out of time. It's replacing accountants. There's no jobs left for you anymore.
There's nothing left for you to do anymore. You have to get a move on. Right?
In two months, the entire content generation system has changed. AI is moving so fast. You need to be able to adapt.
You need to stay on top of things. You need to get to these things first and take advantage of them while you have them. Right?
So, for the past three months, I had a huge, huge advantage with Comfy UI and I raped and I killed not past three months, [ __ ] past two months and I killed it. I killed it. I made a bunch of money and now I have a big advantage again.
I'm staying on top of things and I'm This is business now, guys. Get used to it. If you think there's any other business out there that's gonna move slower.
Oh, I don't want to go in this business because it changes so fast. Well, you're just an idiot, right? Go open a restaurant and see how that does for you, right?
Go open a restaurant and try making a million dollars with the restaurant, right? And move at snail space. If you're doing anything online, this is business.
This is how the world works now. So, get used to it and get going because it's not getting any easier. And your opportunity to provide values to others, which is what gives you money, is closing.
Your window to provide value is shrinking because AI is becoming better and better every single day. Chat GBT just released the agent model. In a year, it'll be some crazy [ __ ] and you're [ __ ] And then there's no making money.
And then there's no online business because AI does it all. And the people with money have maximized it. And they have hyperinflation of leverage for the people who know what they're doing and the people with the resources.
