is Satan in your life how would you know do you know what Satan is who he is what he does how he operates is there really such a thing I'm Rabbi Abe welcome I'm going to be giving some secrets about this Force we can call it named Satan actually in the Hebrew Satan and what the Satan actually is how he or it operates and what we can do in other words how we deal with that and how we can use that to our benefit so let's go into it and this is a really juicy topic

no mistakes Satan has a very definite purpose in this creative process in fact without the Satan we would have no purpose here on earth now I know that might sound strange uh uh but let's let's go to some basic ideas is Satan human answer no Satan is not human neither is the force of the Creator force of Creator or God is Not certainly not anything physical uh uh what does he or it do and it is a he actually there is a he and the she like everything else in this world there are polarities of
a positive and a negative uh he has a name and so is she have also a name you've probably heard them somewhere before in fact the names I have uh the the man the male name is here I didn't actually think to write the female because you know the force is the same except one is more extreme than the other and they do different things so this is the Hebrew name of what we call the Satan Satan is a general term it doesn't really refer to anything specific there is a name of the actual Angelic
Force the force itself and angels are spiritual forces that make connections between the physical and spiritual world and while I don't want to pronounce his name in completeness uh uh it's uh three syllables and it would be sum and then ah and then l so we don't like to say it because we call energies when we use the names of angels uh and you'll see over here I have the same word in the Hebrew letters but it's missing one letter we'll get to that this is a negative Force this is an extremely positive force we'll
get to that so I want to just give you a couple of references as to how and why this exists so you know right in the beginning of the Bible and again we know the Bible is a code it's never meant to be taken literally even though there are literal stories uh but we know the rules of the Torah or the Bible is there's no chronological order uh and these these stories don't necessarily follow physically yes and no uh but there are secrets to give us insight into how this universe operates and how we can
take control over our life because we were not put here to be slaves to anything okay not to human beings and not to material things we were here to you know God gave us domain God gave adam domain over the physical world that's what the story says however we lost it at a certain point but let's not go there but let's talk about Genesis verse 4 uh I'm sorry Genesis chapter 4 verse 7. now this the stages Cain and Abel okay so most people know this very simple story that Cain killed Abel his brother Adam
and Eve's children why did he kill him well many people don't know this but he killed him over the jealousy of his sister meaning what well in the secret books it explains that you know um that these soul mates of the ancient biblical Figures were not like today they were born together with their soul mates and they were born actually adult there was no gestation period I know difficult to understand so Kane was born together with his sister his twin and that was his soul mate Abel was born with two twin sisters and those were
his so he had two basically and a below a Cain rather only had one he killed him because he was jealous and didn't understand why he does how he has to and I only have one all right without going into the deeper details of that but then again you know there was no such thing as death yet and when he hit him he hit him with a rock in the head uh he didn't understand why he didn't wake up you know he sort of sat next to him waiting for him to wake up and he
didn't wake up and then you know God talked to him and said you know the blood of your brother and so on so uh it says like this in Genesis again chapter 4 verse 7 God is speaking to Cain and it says like this interesting if you do what is right will you not be accepted accepted to what we don't know but if you do what's right so he didn't do what was right but if you do what's right will you not be accepted meaning his offerings were not accepted also Abel's offerings were accepted but
if you do not do what is right and this is diverse this is important sin is crouching at your door vets in Hebrew sin crouches at the door or at the opening now what does that mean sin is crouching or waiting we could say it simply and more literally sin weights at the opening sin Waits at the opening please keep that in mind sin Waits at the opening now a little bit later in Genesis chapter 8 verse 21 it says yes the inclination of man is RA evil bad from his youth now I don't a
lot of people don't like this and they maybe like to change the meaning but it says what it says the inclination of man meaning children from his youth now from his youth means below 13 years old in a boy or 12 years old in a girl is called ra evil that's what the word is translated to ramenura from his youth meaning from his from the time that he's born until 13 and a boy 12 and a girl 13 and one day twelve in one day actually we're going to be technical about it it's evil can
you say that children are evil of course not of course not but the Bible is saying so but again we have to remember this is the code we must understand this code and understanding this code will help us to understand a lot of things and why sometimes things don't go many times don't go the way we think they should go how to make them go more in the direction that we would like them to go and maybe even how to create Miracles More abundance more more light more blessing in life because it's all really about
this once it's really well understood so in the creative process we have to understand the scriptures tell us the Creator made everything in equal opposites okay equal opposites meaning for every plus there's a minus for every minus there's a plus it's a little bit like saying for every entrance there's an exit for every exit has to be an entrance this plus and minus and everything you know there's a way to go in there's a way to go out okay and that's only natural and practical in the physical world but in the spiritual world it also
operates this way on a spiritual level what does that mean actually that there is a principle simple principles of giving and receiving we know these are the two fundamental principles in life plus and minus proton electron all have the same connotation because they eliminate from the same energy the universal energy of giving and receiving simple and think about it is there anything else anything more that exists then or you're on the giving end of something or you're on the receiving end of something that's life or you're giving or you're receiving doesn't matter what doesn't matter
what you're talking someone else is listening you're on the giving end they're on the receiving end when they talk they're on the giving end you're on the receiving end you're going to buy something you're going to give your money you're going to be on the giving end and you're going to receive then you're going to receive you know whatever you're buying and so on everything that's everything everything is you're on the giving end or on the receiving end but of course in life it's not necessarily that simple because spiritually we get into or the reasoning
as to why you're giving or why you're receiving something so what do we you know how do we understand principles of good and bad right when do you say when do you say someone is good or or an action rather not a person but a person is judged by their actions this is good action or this is a bad action this is a positive action or this is a negative action how do we judge well there are General parameters okay for good and evil Good and Evil so let's say a person does an action and
the action is a pre-meditated murder is that good or evil well most people would consider that evil dead that's an evil act premeditated murder very very evil okay the action of killing someone is it good or bad well we said premeditated murder is obviously an evil Act it's bad but not always is killing someone necessarily a bit because it really depends on the reason now self-defense there's a concept of self-defense if you kill someone who's killing others it's considered that you've done a positive action by saving the lives of others and killing the would-be murder
right so it's not the killing as much as it is the reason why the killing is taking place when killing is for a selfish self-serving purpose we call it murder when the act of intercourse is for the sake of that comes from Love and consent and all the other things that go into a relationship we call it love making when it's without consent we call it rape but let's think about it for a moment it's the same exact physical action but it is the intention that is completely different so we see clearly that it is
intention that generally generally it is the intention that constitutes how we would judge something whether it's considered good or bad good or evil so the kabbalists and the teachings of the Kabbalah actually break it down to a simple idea of how we can determine at least for ourselves with ourselves what is good or evil good is when something is for the sake of sharing or helping others period I mean it's very general but that's a general criteria if it's truly good for truly good for me I don't mean good for me for selfish reasons so
we're getting there for a second in a second when when something is only self-serving selfish and selfish behavior you know goes into all types of explanations of the ego and uh uh you know all the things that emanate from that ego self-serving selfish behavior that is considered Evil Dead how do we know that the secret here is in the word evil in Hebrew when it says the inclination of man is evil from his youth so how does the bible or the Kabbalah truly Define evil the word RA in Hebrew which I unfortunately didn't write down
I'm gonna have a white board shortly that will make things maybe a bit more clearer the two letters in Hebrew which is like the r and a that spell ra which is incidentally was incidentally also the name of the god of Egypt in the Bible so RA in Hebrew stands for two words in Hebrew like the initials it's an acronym the desire only for myself and that is a code so what the Bible and the Kabbalah explains is what is this concept of evil evil is when we have only only a desire for myself now
the word evil in English is a very strong word I mean I can be afraid of something whether it's reasonable or not reasonable I'm really scared of something now this is really a desire for myself would you call a person who worries too much evil of course not that's ridiculous but there is a balance of energies that must take place what causes us to be overly worried Beyond reasonable of course that person will suffer right when a person you know let's say a person loves control and obviously you can't control everything now let's say you're
on an airplane I used to be a pilot and sometimes the person will get on the airplane and you know we used to call them white knucklers meaning to grab the seat and the knuckles you know so tightly that their Knuckles would turn white and someone told me they're actually trying to control the airplane can you control the airplane obviously not so control so is that person suffering yes because every bump they go to suffer through that scenario now that's not an evil person but somewhere in that idea of control which of course has to
affect other things is a self-desire again and I don't want to make it sound bad because we all have self-desires but when it crosses align to be selfish truly a selfish thing not only I suffer from it but everyone else who's connected to me in that thing will also suffer from it so let's let's again now this can go on to a lot of different areas and this is more of a class rather than that so I I hope you have the patience and the you know the concentration to keep going until the end of
this class this is probably you know should have been two or three classes but be that as it may watch it in sections if you really want to understand so this is the meaning when the inclination of man was evil I mean children are constantly in the framework says the Zohar of in other words the basis of why they do things is a desire of themselves even though they can be sharing and lovely children they don't have the chip yet that enables them to be able to go outside of their nature and have free will
to choose something else from free will now that free will also needs to be explained not here though will take too long but the point is that it's a it's a robotic Consciousness now 13 years in one day in a boy 12 years and one day in a girl the opportunity for free will enters says the Zohar okay what does that mean well how does the Satan play into all of this now so what is this what is this counter force and that's what it is it is a counter Force account of force to the
endless light of the universe the light of the universe or The Godly force is a pure sharing Force positive force endless Force emanation of light now that doesn't mean that we are endlessly receiving that light why not because we have blockages the major blockage that we have is our desire for ourself because if we go into the deeper teachings we can only connect truly with something when we have an affinity with it when we have something in common you can only connect with another person truly if you have something in common if you have zero
to talk about you have zero in common you don't really have anything to say to each other I mean who you're going to go out with on a date who you're going to enjoy speaking to someone who has completely opposite opinions than you you know I could say today you know I definitely don't want to get political because we should all be able to speak but you know I I don't want to get political but you understand already what I'm saying if someone has an a a completely different opinion to you see people are complete
in a complete divide today so when you really have something in common and this the same is true with us and the Creator when we are having something when we're truly in a sharing space a caring space compassionate space if we're really in that moment in that energy in that head space we can have a real connection to the divine it's one of the methodologies is achieving the commonality but what what happens when we're not because the truth is it is not our nature we are creatures of Desire what do we do then well and
therefore we have now the reason why there is this Force called Satan without this Satan there would be no concept of earning challenge because we only enjoy something truly that we've earned I mean that's that's very clear you know if you're going to play tennis if you're an adult and a tennis pro and you're going to play with a six-year-old who doesn't know anything about tennis and you're gonna sit there you know slamming the balls at him and say oh wow I won and you're very proud of yourself are you really proud you did nothing
right you didn't do anything but if you're up against another Pro and it's a challenge for you and you win then we know you're gonna feel great you you receive the light because it requires overcoming anything that requires us to overcome a challenge and earning uh uh you know whatever a difficulty and we overcome it even though we think in our logical mind we would like everything to be easy a everything should be our desire whatever I desire should come to me immediately actually if that would be the reality for more than a week we'd
be suicidal after that okay we would not be able to survive we thrive on the energy that we create we create not from what's given to us nobody is proud to go bragging about what was given to them by whoever listen you know I have money because I was given by my parents is anyone really going to brag about it I mean it happens obviously but everyone's happy to talk about their accomplishments that's not necessarily an accomplishment it happens which is okay that's fine but you're not going to go bragging about what you received for
free right what you received without the earning doesn't really you don't feel the blessing of that which we do feel the blessing of is the things that we that we accomplish through difficulty we may not feel great in the middle of it but after the fact if we were successful we feel amazing who causes us to feel that way well the Satan the Satan is the force that causes us to think only about ourself even in the good things we do even in you know is giving charity a good thing can you think of anything
better helping helping maybe the unfortunate or giving to a you know a worthy cause what probably one of the highest things that the person can do yeah but why are you doing it do you are you doing it truly to help or are there people who might be doing it for recognition to get their name on the wall to get elected to uh you know office of some sort to whatever are there other agendas yes and this is the job of the Satan to take away from us to give us the thoughts to because it's
a it's a it's a metaphysical Force like our thoughts to give us that that opportunity to overcome yeah I'd like to do it for that reason but no I'm willing to let go of that Satan thought let's say and do it for the right reasons sometimes we have to fight hard sometimes a little sometimes not at all but again you know our thoughts emanate from somewhere but the reason and what we come to you know we eat the wrong things when we know better I mean what what causes that what causes that truth is the
Satan now I'm not saying that this is something we can blame it's part of us Satan is not you know on the outside with the Pitchfork in a way yes but again where does he get the energy to do that oh so according to the Kabbalah this this Force of Satan only exists in potential almost non-existent until when until we feed him in other words the Satan is a little bit like the Moon the moon not that the Moon is Satan no not at all but it is giving us an Insight the moon has no
energy of its own it only reflects what it receives from the Sun and that's how Satan operates Satan can only receive is only as strong is only as influential as to the degree that we feed it with our energy so if we act in a negative and selfish way there is a term okay and there are more than one term I I didn't want to get into more detail but you know the term for a transgression or sin in Hebrew there's one umbrella term and then there are many subdivisions it's Avera aveira what is aveira
a transgression and then there's there's others I don't want to get into it they all have different connotations one is intentional one is unintentional one has to do with uh maybe you know the reflection that you create on other things anyway without getting into all of it but the umbrella term is called Avera what is this meaning of a ra and Hebrew again the beautiful language because we can derive the root meanings and get the secret meaning through the root of the of the word Avera comes from the word lavir which means to transfer to
Trent Passover to Passover what does that mean s when we have a desire we have an opportunity to receive the Creator's light to do something to create but if we're reactive you know let's say we go into our own selfish agenda what do we do that light that the Creator wants to give us the endless blessing what do we do we take that energy and pass it over we transfer it over to who to this metaphysical Force this entity which only was existing in potential we transferred over now to Satan now Satan has fuel now
he has gas now Satan has ability to what is called prosecute what does that mean prosecute can push us give us thoughts in a negative Direction you you're gonna do this but do itself do it from your ego do it from your own selfish desire don't do it from a compassionate sharing place don't restrict yourself altogether you are going to yell at your kids or you were gonna you know act nastily to your friend because they didn't maybe treat you so right you you don't and you wanna you know maybe no Let It Go let
me give them the benefit of the doubt or whatever maybe I really should do what is the Satan say no they smacked you smack them back don't talk why talk that's the consciousness of Satan Satan means go into your selfish desire selfish reactive mode why because we already fed it and therefore there's it says in the scriptures a positive action will lead to more positive actions because when you get energy you feed the light you know you you create a circuitry with the light this blessing this positive energy and the reward of sorts is more
positive energy more you get to do more positive actions because you have strength of consciousness but the opposite is also true when you create negativity it leads to more negativity why because you create a blockage for yourself and you make yours your Satan your negative Force more strong to influence you which means you're less susceptible you can't see light now you have a blockage you can't see light so clearly you can't see the positive path as clearly and it can become a vicious cycle and by the way it's it can eventually become a bottomless pit
by the way it's also the root of every addiction which I won't go into but it means it's like a black hole endless constantly needs to be fed it's never happy only momentarily happy so it's a lot of information it's a lot of information but there's one more thing and I want to end on a positive note you know a lot of people talk about end of days or not end of days necessarily but coming to higher Consciousness and there is a principle of this in Kabbalah uh there are different names for it uh uh
Messianic era or Global Consciousness or Awakening it really doesn't matter what you want to call it but there is it's sort of a punch line to you know our existence in other words we will eventually reach a time where there is a global Consciousness and that Global consciences means there is awareness there's a global awareness and This Global wisdom may seem extremely far off at the moment but you know what they say the darkest time is just before the dawn and things will switch when there's a there'll be enough there'll be knowledge there'll be Global
Knowledge there'll be Global wisdom there'll be wisdom of everything wisdom of healing this there will be no need for doctors there'll be that you know again a global Consciousness everyone will be able because where does wisdom come from it comes from the air right that's all the I the Right ideas the right so and that's when the capitalists explained that the force of death will also be removed the force of death will also be removed however that's done spiritually physically through Medical Science maybe it even exists already who knows we don't know but what we
do know according to the ancient sages that eventually this is actually a goal because the the force of death also belongs to this Satan in fact the capitalist explained that it's not the disease or it's not the heart attack it's not the accident that kills the person death kills the person contemplate that for a moment of course this is the physical vehicle but we know it's not constant right to find truth truth has to be an absolute so I I mean obviously not every accident uh kills a person you know I know people have been
in terrible terrible accidents and they still walk away happen to me and then I know someone who just hit their head a little bit funny and they were going very slow you know the driver was going very slow and they just died same thing you know the people who get sick I you know I know one person who had 80 times in the hospital from different cancers still going still going I mean you know God bless him the point is that it's there's a time and there's a moment where death kills the person through whichever
means but according to the sages that force of death will eventually be removed now the force of death is represented by this letter the letter mem in Hebrew men stands for the word mavet which means death so this letter in the name of the Satan this is the actual name oh the female by the way is l-i-l-i-t I told you that I would tell you that and again most of you have heard that is the female aspect it's kind of a couple right they're a couple Sam and Lil let's call them that Sam and Lil
so this is Sam now the m in the name is standing for death but in the time when there is that Consciousness stays hold the force of death will be removed what will remain is these three letters this this and this these three letters now these three letters are a secret name in the Kabbalah part of what we call the 72 names of God which represents not only sustenance abundance of all times it represents life sustenance abundance every form of abundance which we currently use now but we also know that that Force exists creating blockages
the negative Force but again what it's saying is what will remain from within the death force is only sustenance so the endless you know the endless uh like we said the black hole the endless uh desire that fed the negativity will be transformed completely to something only positive and it's very interesting I remember my teacher many many years ago cited an article from Time magazine in which they had a cancer cell on the cover I don't remember what year it was unfortunately maybe someone out there knows was a long time ago and the title of
the article was the immortality Gene immortality Gene which they said was where in the cancer cell immortality Gene in the cancer cell now how does that make any sense well let's think about it the nature of the cancer cell is its it's constantly consuming until it even consumes itself which means it constantly constantly it's like an endless force of mutation which is why it's so negative right but the endless force is not negative the mutation is negative right well it's an interesting idea meaning what if we could transform if there was a way to transform
and as I said who knows maybe that exists to transform and constantly reproduce positive cells not mutated cells just a constant replacement of perfected cells I mean our body is doing that in a way except it degrades over time which is why there's aging you know in different people age at different rates because anyway whatever the DNA of that person the genetic makeup of that person but the general idea would be an amazing thing what if it endedly produces healthy cells and immediately replaces anything that's damaged with brand new pristine healthy cells then there's no
death right at least not from disease not from disease anyway true or not this is the principle and it's important that we understand the methodology of the Satan why because the whole purpose as to why we're here is to overcome that Satan which basically means overcoming our own reactivity overcoming our own selfishness overcoming our own ego however we do that of course there are tools there's Consciousness there's many many things in the teachings to help us but when we do that we tap into the Creator's light because it just can't come I mean yes let's
say we're 99.9 percent fulfilled all the time we don't even realize it but that you know small one percent where we're not where maybe we're missing money God or health God forbid or a relationship or whatever is missing or lacking in our life that we would like to make better in the scheme of things it's a very small percentage of what's not going right but that's what we focus on and that's what's important for us we need to know how to complete it and that's what the overcoming of that force is all about it's learning
it's a learning process and using tools because it's a strong force we fed it a lot it's very strong because of how much we feed it remember we're feeding it from 0 to 13 or 0 to 12 we're feeding it in fact the Zohar says that good in our life especially when we're young is a little bit strange because it's against our old friend our old friend is the negative inclination our old friend is kind of the Satan that we grow with as children right we're all we need to do all we need is to
