I came with other questions, but you have answered each and every one of them. But what I have always been curious about is: did we really choose our parents? Yes, we did.
Yes, it wasn't foolish either, and it wasn't from a place of stupidity either. It really wasn't, because I thought it was. We know you do.
Here's the thing: from your now perspective, many of you think that a more feathered nest would have been a better platform from which to create. But from your non-physical perspective, who loves contrast because it produces desire, and from that knowledge place that desire summons life, many of you said, "I would like to early on get clarity and have reason to focus. " Now, let us put it into an even easier way to hear.
Imagine that you are really good at playing chess, better than anyone you've ever met. Do you enjoy the games where beginners come and play with you? Sure, well, the teacher in you would enjoy watching them expand.
But let's say that you are really determined to improve the clarity of your mind and your ability to play chess. If that were your determination, would you want a beginner or an intermediary, or would you want the best of all chess players to parade through your board so that you could be stimulated to the new leading-edge experience? So, from that perspective of being this genius creator, you didn't say, "Feather my nest so that all I have to do is observe and offer a vibration that will perpetuate more.
" You said, "Give me variety that makes me think," in the same way that we encourage you here and now to deliberately offer thought that will affect your future experience. Here in this body, who you are as non-physical energy has been launching determination and rockets of desire. So when you got here, there was a long stream of energy that preceded you, that played out in the precise unfolding.
That's why we're just trying to get you to look at it from a different vantage point. We've been doing that all day here with people. It has come up over and over again with employment and with relationships and different things, where we say: if you can stand where you are and look for reasons to love where you are, then from where you are, you feel absolute freedom to go anywhere else.
But look at someone who has been provided a very feathered nest. Would you not find yourself then desiring that every nest ahead of you be equally feathered? Would you not become then reluctant or even afraid to move forward?
Freedom only comes in understanding your power to make it all right no matter what. And if somebody else seems to have made it right before you got there, that breeds a sense of powerlessness because that implies that somebody else figured it out for you. If there's one person in your life, if Esther were to say to Jerry, "You are the reason for my progress.
You are the reason for my happiness," then immediately she must begin fearing Jerry not being there, something happening to Jerry, or Jerry not wanting to be with her, which is bondage, you see. But when Esther understands she is the creator of her own reality, she is the one who offers the vibration, and Law of Attraction responds to her vibration. Now she's free to enjoy all of the benefits of being with Jerry or being with you.
You see what we are getting at. It isn't until you acknowledge that you can take any situation and approach it with your mindset, by paying attention to the way it feels and bringing it into alignment with who you are, that you really understand your power. When we hear tales, or when Esther tells of Jerry's beginning experience, there are many things that she thinks should not have been.
His parents would be in jail for abuse and mistreatment. In other words, in today's society, the way they lived and the way they treated Jerry could not be. And yet, as Jerry is now in his today, and Esther beholds who he has become, she feels nothing but gratitude for every part of every part of that that caused whatever it caused to happen in the vibration of this person that brought him to the place of clarity that he had achieved at the point that she rendezvoused with him.
Now he could go back and retrace his steps through that and pinpoint things that felt inappropriate or that should not have been and activate the things, as you are doing here and now, that cause you to not feel good in the now. Or he can do, as he's been doing for years, feeling only appreciation, trying to find understanding, trying to see what life must have looked like through the eyes of his mother, who was doing her best. As they drove across the desert yesterday, Jerry said, "I remember driving in an old car.
My mother had so much guts. She took off with three kids, two of us had measles, across the desert in a car that was going to take a long time to do it, and in a car that did not have enough gasoline. She ran out of gas, walked for miles, siphoned gas out of some farmer's tractor, brought it back, and off we went again.
And then the wheel on the old car came off, and we were poking holes in the pavement as we were going. A policeman stopped and said, 'You can't drive on this road; you're tearing it up. ' She said, 'I can't not drive on this road; I will drive on this road.
What are you going to do? '" The policeman left. She drove on the road into a ditch; she could not get out.
The Cowboys came on their horses. Jerry still remembers them with their lassos, lassoing the bumper and dragging them back out on the road—a long, hard journey they had together; a mother determined to do what she had to do. Certainly not a feathered nest, but Jerry wouldn't give any of it up because he sees it all as the fiber that caused the desire within him that has erupted in the most magnificent of lives that anyone has ever lived.
From that broader non-physical view, who sees everything, you not only see the early beginnings—which you now reflect on as being inappropriate—but you see what those early beginnings produced in terms of wanting, and what those early beginnings produced in terms of wanting, which brought answers to. And you see the future experience; you see the whole experience; you see the benefit of all of it. And that's why you say, "Yeah, I could do that.
I might like that beginning if it leads to that middle and to that part and to that part and to that part. " You see, all of those not-good-feeling thoughts in your now are muting your ability to connect with who you really are. Now you see, "Yes, well, I'm curious also about the family clusters you spoke of, or the kind of magnetic attraction, or what you can interpret just through energy rather than physical.
" As the law of attraction is always sorting all of that out, Jerry and Esther were reading the material, and Seth spoke of families of consciousness. So when Esther and Jerry made this verbal connection with us, they badgered us relentlessly, wanting us to proclaim this person of their family or that person not of their family. And it wasn't until we said, "They're all in your family," that they left us alone about that.
The reason that we were not too eager to talk about families of consciousness is because it becomes just another thing that physicals do to try to exclude the unwanted from their club. You see, but I remember the tape about John Adams and how visiting Esther and Jerry—and how all of a sudden they related. It felt like, “Oh,” when they stood before the statue of Samuel Adams.
Oh, was it Samuel? Tracy and Esther and Jerry all proclaimed at once, "I was Samuel Adams! " Oh, they were going to Boston, and we were teasing Esther because she was thinking, as so many people are thinking, that there is this linear transference of passing off the baton from physical life to physical life.
We were wanting to broaden her awareness to understand that this soul is a stream of consciousness; it's a stream of understanding. You see yourselves in these physical bodies, and you think that there must be non-physical clumps somewhere to match the physical clumps, and we want you to understand that it is a stream. It is a wireless stream of consciousness that reaches all of you.
So as they were landing in Boston, we said to Esther, "You will like it here; you have had physical experience here. " And then Esther announced to Jerry and Tracy, "Oh, I was here! " And we said, "All of you.
" And Esther said, "Oh, we were all here. " And they said, "Well, who were we? " And we said, "When you stand before the statue, that is you.
" You will know. Now they are very excited—oh, we were famous; there are statues for us! It was 1:00 in the morning; they dropped their things off at the hotel and began walking all over Boston, standing in front of statues.
When they stood before the statue of Samuel Adams, all of them proclaimed with one voice at one time, in unison, "I was Samuel Adams! " And then they all looked at each other—"No, not you; me! Not you; me!
"—all equally sure that they had felt and heard correctly. And then we said, "Yes, all three. The energy that now is recognized in the three of you was at that time.
" "How can that be? How can we all be assigned the same clump of flesh? " And we say, "Because you do not understand consciousness; you do not understand non-physical intent.
" Then you come into a physical body, and then you worry, "What would it be like for the non-physical spirit of me if I did not have this one physical body? " And we say, "There are plenty of physical bodies through which you can explore, and dream, and imagine, and create, and love, and live. " You see, I guess I heard a lot of trials and tribulations.
I think, "How come I lucked out from the beginning? I mean, I really think I chose well. " We think they all did okay, but okay.
And it's those like you who want to run around making comparisons between your life and everybody else's that makes everybody question about where—just playing with you. It's wonderful that you love your life, but from a non-physical perspective, sometimes physical friends will say to us, "Abraham, I've been in this body, and it's been great," or "It's not been so great," but they often will say, "When I leave, I'm not coming back, so tell anyone who needs to know. " And we say, "We will carry your message.
" And then we say, "Fortunately, you do not make those decisions from your physical perspective, but from this broader non-physical perspective that understands the value in coming forth in the dramatic variety. " Are we sometimes kind of given a shove to come back, or is it—um, that implies assertion. There is none of that; you come out of wanting; you come out of vibrational desire.
Often interesting as we see you, and sometimes you've worked your way into living a wonderful life. Often you say, "I'm not sure I want to start over again," and we say, "We're sure you do. " You say, "No, you must be thinking of someone else.
I'm sure that I'm really not wanting to start over again," and we say, "Oh, from a non-physical perspective, we adore the newness; we adore the new insights; we adore the new ways of looking at things; we adore another opportunity to have another experience with the guidance system that always keeps us in alignment with who we are. " We know there are a lot of physical beings that have managed to get themselves pretty well disconnected from their awareness of their connection to Source energy, but even out of all of that comes powerful contrasting desire that is part of what makes the world go round. You see, do we surprise you?
Is there such a thing as that? It’s hard to surprise us because as you launch your rockets of desires incrementally, bit by bit, emotional experience by emotional experience, we are aware of every amendment to every desire in the incremental fashion in which it is offered. Not only do we feel it as it swells and builds and is offered singularly and then recognized collectively, but we are aware of the way Law of Attraction then plays on it and the unfolding of it.
So we have advanced awareness of where things are going long before they begin to manifest. Your manifestations never surprise us because we have been riding the rockets of your dreams. That's why your manifestations do occur in the way they do.
In other words, the non-physical part of you is carrying the rocket; it's all part of the continuing creative process. You see, physical man wants to describe an entity such as God as the one who creates the Earth, and we want to say to you, yes, this Earth was thought into being from a non-physical perspective. If man wants to call that consciousness God, that is all well and good, but we want to say that the consciousness of man, as he specifically walks upon the Earth and has his experiences, is contributing to the evolution and the continuation of the Earth's experience far more than the thoughts that were originally set into motion, which caused it to be created to begin with.
In other words, you cannot separate Earth from heaven, and you cannot separate God from you, and you cannot separate the physical part of you from the non-physical part of you. We are all in this together.
