coffee shop. It might make somebody who triggers you hit you up. It Will seem to get you at precise moments because what it's trying to do is siphon your energy. Now, you can't particularly kill it, but what you can do is make sure that you're conscious about it trying to siphon energy back to itself. So, anything that represents energy of the old frequency is what you need to be looking out for. And the way that it can do that is by you coming to the understanding of what was I like in that reality that I

was trying to leave away From. Were you reactive? Were you angry? Were you unnecessarily irritated? Frustrated? If so, then those are things that you need to begin to deprive yourself of. Well, the thing that you have to understand about depression is that it is an entity in of itself. Now you can conceptualize this as an agree which is a bit more collective and I guess at this moment in time depression probably is. Depression arises due to an overidentification with your thoughts. No thoughts are real except the ones that you choose. But when you begin to have and experience thoughts like most People do and you begin to identify with a particular

thought consistent and resonant of a negative frequency that's when you begin to identify and that's when it begins to identify with you. You don't have depression. Depression has you. And I say that through understanding that like many other beliefs or ideas, right? We have this idea that we have ideas, but ideas have us. And I say that because they're living entities. And when they take root In your mind, it's very difficult to get rid of them. Hence why you have to struggle to get rid of an idea. What would you have to struggle against? When

you're struggling against something, that implies a particular degree of resistance. And in order for it to have resistance, it has to have energy. And if it has energy, it's alive. So what I would say that it's over identification with your thoughts. Once you understand that no thoughts are real except the Ones that you choose and you can disconnect and also decide not to identify with a particular line of thinking internally in the same way that if you're given a meal you don't like you can be like no thank you. You can do the same thing

mentally and spiritually but you have to come to the authority of the understanding that you have that can you manifest physical changes? I mean the easier thing would and I get this question all the time, right? I Think I say this in my book which you see right there. Let me actually let me uh let me get it. Number one seller on Amazon. Best seller on Amazon. So um one thing that I consistently say anytime people ask me how do I manifest um appearance changes? I get people asking how can I grow taller? I get

But anyways, I always say that the easier thing to do would come to the understanding that your desire for an external change is actually an indication of an internal insecurity. what do you think you need to manifest More height for? How would you feel if you had more height? That's what you're missing. So the feeling that you'd get from looking different is actually the internal emotion that you're feeling. And the irony is even if the external change, your internal wouldn't change. And I know this because there's been studies done on this. There's a book called Cyber Psychocybernetics where a plastic surgeon would literally people would come to him with insecurities. He Would alter their face and they'd still have the same internal problems. Nothing internal can

be solved externally. Like it says in the sopranos, there isn't you can't have a chemical solution to a spiritual problem. And it's due to the understanding that if you think that you'd be different upon looking different, then you need to come to the understanding that you need to transcend the requirement of that change and be different now. All you need to do I mean maintaining inner peace puts you in a good state because when you're in a state of inner peace and you can dwell from that state it makes it much easier for you to be able to reach your subconscious mind Because what we conceptualize as peace if we're looking at it from a point of brain waves it's associated in synonymous with theta and alpha theta and alpha are deep states of relaxation meditative and even unconscious right states and the more

you can dwell in relaxation the easier it is for you to be able to get an idea into your subconscious mind because those are the prerequisites to entering the subconious ious mind. When we're talking about Beta, which is conscious and alert, which is exactly what I am right now when I'm answering these questions, what AJ is when he's doing his camera stuff and he's editing so on and so forth. When you're in that state of alertness, your brain is producing waves called beta, which are moving very, very fast. And because they're moving fast, it's hard

for your subconscious mind to latch onto an idea. But when you're in a state of relaxation, as it says in John 3:27, A man cannot receive unless it is first given to him from heaven. When you're in that state of relaxation, makes everything much easier to flow, which is really messed up. Cuz if you think about it, let's say you grow up in the ends. Let's say you grow up in the ends and you're consciously on high alert. You know the mandamar on the block over there. You might even hear gunshots in your ends. So

on and so forth. Somebody who lives in that particular environment Is consciously alert all the time. And because they're consciously alert all the time, they really relax. And because they really relax, they can really get an idea into their subconscious mind. And because they can't get an idea into their subconscious mind, they can't change their realities. That's messed up, isn't it? That's messed up still. You know you're in the ends when you can't walk around with like headphones on. One's got to be off. There was a brother who once got robbed of AirPods. He got

robbed by two guys. One ran with one AirPod when the other ran without AirPods. See what I'm saying? Uh uh. What's the best way to collapse time and surrender? To collapse time is to operate transcendent of time internally. So a lot of people make the mistake of operating third dimensionally when they're trying to materialize their desired reality. They have this idea That good things take time. Good things don't take time. You make time. You make time by your adherence to time as a thirddimensional construct internally. Internally is an aspect that is void and transcendent of

the thirddimensional realm. When you go within, you're not confined anymore. But when you confine yourself within, you can find yourself without. And so long as you're operating from the standpoint of I'm going to get to that reality. I'm going to one day Soon. Then you're still thinking within the constraints of the threedimensional realm, which means you're projecting your reality into a future that doesn't exist because the future doesn't exist. And in order for you to materialize your desired reality, you need to transcend reality to draw from it. But so long as you're confined within reality,

you can't go outside of reality. So you can't materialize your desired reality. Yo, this thing's moving quick, isn't it? Man needs to slow it down. And you still got big super chats to read. But if in accordance to religious doctrine, the most religious people and the most people who adhere to the word of God, it should be some type of reflection onto that. And there wasn't

there's not any Reflection onto that. And then people often say Christianity was in Africa and um you know before colonialism and it was in Ethiopia. It was brought to Ethiopia by Greek missionary and Ethiopia is in the east part of Africa. there's still the west, north, south, east to account for that still became religious under colonialistic rule. And for me, it's just questions like, you know, when my ancestors were being colonized and they would pray to Jesus And then the the colonialist would pray to Jesus, whose prayers would be answered? When a slave would pray

and a slave master would pray to the same God, whose prayers are answered? You know what I mean? And then because I've seen the actual detriments of religion, you know, firsthand when I see my people. So I I just can't be. It just doesn't suffice. You know, if religion was treated to the degree of truth that And this isn't me bashing religion, by the Way. I don't mind if you're religious. You know, I've got Muslim friends, Christian friends, and I make my content very kind of open. I try not to impose my own beliefs too

much cuz I still want people to understand the spiritual science and the metaphysics of things so they can use it in their life. Because I don't care what you are. H how did your family handle leaving Christianity? Well, I had read the Bible when I was 16. I've got the missing gospels from the Bible. I've got the Nagamadi text. I've got preachers in my family. And I was arguing with pastors from young. Like my mom would literally got to a point my mom's like, "Okay, that's enough now." Because I was quite well

versed. I could articulate myself well. So, when you can do that and you Leave people speechless at a young age, they kind of just leave you alone. Uh, I want to oil you up. Okay. Focus. Young thug or future? Future. Um, do you believe in ancestors? They're not something to believe in. They're literal beings that walked um that planet. They exist physically, mentally, and spiritually. I mean, if you look at epigenetics, you can have up to 14 generations of ancestral memory hidden hidden in your DNA that unlocks itself As gene expression. So, you can experience

the moods, thoughts of your ancestors without even realizing. And that's genetically. I mean, biologically, you are a product of your ancestors. They literally walked so you can survive unconsciously and spiritually they dwell within you. So they're not something to believe in. Do I worship them? No. They're nothing to be woripped because unfortunately the same state of consciousness that you Dwell with here is the same state of consciousness that you take over here. So if your ancestor was silly here, there's chances are they're quite silly in the next plane of existence. You understand? So it's nothing

to worship. It's just something to have reverence for. I have reverence for my ancestors because I am them and they are me. I'm in alignment with myself. But a lot of people will be religious, which is fine, but then they will discredit their Ancestors and talk bad about their ancestors without realizing that you're just talking bad and discrediting and misaligning from yourself. Uh, how do you program your subconscious mind? The subconscious mind is programmed through emotional charge. Now, often times people say, uh, Nero, Ethiopia was never colonized. Yeah, it definitely wasn't. That's why I said

it was brought by Greek missionary. Ethiopia is the only country in Africa That's never been colonized. Italy tried, but they failed. You can see Hell Salassie over there. You can see Hell Salassie over there. So, believe me, I'm quite well aware. Um, missionary isn't the same as colonialism. Just to put that out there. But to program the subconscious mind, the subconscious mind is, you have to understand that most people perceive the language of the subconscious mind to be repetition. And it can be, but that's Very long-winded. Programming of the subconscious mind primarily is emotion. Because

somebody only has to go through a traumatizing experience once in order for their subconscious mind to be completely altered. their perception on the world to be completely altered. So to that same energetic complimentary polarity, you can use it positively. So to program the subconscious mind, all you need to do is generate an intense emotional charge within. And you do that By constructing a vivid internal scene that would mean a lot to you beyond what it is that you want by tapping into what I call the desire of your desires. Now I'll actually read you a

chapter. I'll read you part of the chapter, the desire of your desires, 122. This is actually my favorite chapter of the book, too. It's actually my favorite part of the book. Uh, so cool. It's easier to make a cheetah Come to you than it is to chase a cheetah. It's easier to make a butterfly come to you than it is to chase a butterfly. It's easier to make a fish come to you than it is to chase a fish. You're focusing on the wrong thing. You don't want what you think you want. You don't want

that person. You don't want that amount of money. You don't want that house. You don't want that trip. You don't want that career. Big or small, you don't want anything that you Think you want. But because you think you do, that's where all your energy is focused and as a result wasted. For anything you ever want in life, remember this. You don't want what you desire, but the internal state you believe it would put you in. You don't want a toothpick for the sake of wanting a toothpick. You want to be in comfort. You don't

want to drink for the sake of wanting a drink. You want to quench your thirst or feel satisfied. You don't want A person for the sake of wanting a person. You want to feel appreciated, seen, loved, cherished, or sexually satisfied. You don't want a house for the sake of wanting a house. else. You want to feel accomplished, secure, and proud. You don't want money for the sake of wanting more money. You want to feel secure, free, and relieved. You don't want the things themselves. You want how those things would make you feel. If they didn't

change how you felt, you Wouldn't want them. Whether that feeling is mild or strong, we want it. If you dig deep enough at the root of everything, you will find a frequency that you believe you are missing. All we want in life is frequency. We were once interconnected and part of the infinite, but through materializing ourselves on the physical plane, we separated to a degree. And so every desire we have is nothing more than a feeble attempt to feel whole Again. That's a bar. Write that down. Eric said you purposely wear do wife beater dark

It also says in Matthew do not pray as the heathens do vain repetition. So a lot of people pray and pray and pray

and pray without coming to the understanding that they're praying while in direct contradiction to the state of consciousness or whatever it is They're praying for. You can't pray for wealth and be in a state of poverty and think that you're going to materialize poverty.
