we're able to find out that it's his car we find him we our whole plan the whole time was have a conversation with him because we ran him we know we had a FOID he's not a felon the issue was that it's in plain view which is you can't have right right so we were going to have a conversation with them just say hey this is how you need to transport it give him back his gun and it was all going to be done M got to the point where I'm telling him to unlock the
car so they can retrieve the gun or can run it make sure it's okay she took the keys wouldn't give it to us okay we finally able to get the keys and we got into the car we're opening the car door where there's a loaded gun and she's pushing past us towards inside the car we told her hey you need to back up that's a safety problem all he's getting in is a notice to appear okay and then you guys will be on your way okay can I can I get out yeah you can step
on let get you this okay all right all I'm doing is R you a City ticket okay no criminal charge just city ordinance violation for obstructing and resisting okay you are going to have to show up to a municipal hearing so if you fail to show up it's a civil thing so they can go after like your credit score and all that stuff so just show up talk to him be done with it okay like I said it's nothing criminal or anything like that I need you to sign saying that you received a copy it's
