presentation for this it was simply since I spoke at black site we didn't get a whole lot of Q&A time so the idea that guys had were for blackside and for 100 million Mastermind was to announce a zoom call so we could do kind of an ask me anything session for the Q&A that we didn't get to do when I spoke so I guess I'm all yours if you guys have thoughts questions anything I can weigh in on in general could be helpful this is Rich lre again Welter I had asked you at the at
the black site um about the dementia you know how you're saying how people are going to be able to could you just elaborate on that a little bit more that blew me away so much I just didn't fully grasp exactly what that is in you know what that entails sure so our memory right now or stored like everything else is electronic signals in 100 million neurons in our brain and collectively our entire memory is two and a half pedabytes of storage is the best estimate um well now that's a reasonable amount of storage we can
have that buy that or have that in in the cloud but we wouldn't have had that much storage years ago um and we can build neural networks that have 100 million components I mean the chat gp4 is 100 trillion connections I don't know how many neural pieces that is though that could be less actual neurons and more to combinatorial but we're getting there basically now each of our brains evolve differently over time due to PL to due to brain plasticity so if you took your ability to look at a you went into a room and
looked at a triangle and I captured either the memory of that or the electrical signals that pass through your visual cortex and I take that signal and put it into my brain it'll actually come across as garbage to me because the way you represent a triangle is going to be a different language than the way I represent a triangle but if I took the signal and rebroadcast it into your brain then you'll be like oh I see a triangle so while there's no Universal decoder yet to translate your thoughts into my format my thoughts into
your format otherwise we can make a phone call without speaking there be telepathy what we can do is if I back up all of your memories and then you needed them and I I retransmit them back to you they'll still make sense to the person who created them because they're in your format so this is called prosthetic memory that if I backed up your memory and then stored it on silicone or silicon instead of storing it on wetwear biology then ultimately you'd never lose it and now all you need is an interface an ability to
remember or think hey I want to remember you know my grandkid name and if the neural network structure in the cloud is similar to neural network structure in your brain then the part of your brain that seeks that that knows where to go to look for it would know where to go to look for it in on the web neural link that Elon Musk funds has put together probes that go into the brain they can read those signals and know what your request is what you're looking for what your query is and Ted burger at
USC has done this with mice so you'll take a mouse store its brain then train it to run through a maze hitting red and green buttons in a certain order to get to water after he FedEd peanuts to make it thirsty then he'll back up that brain Delta it so he can see where's the the part of the brain where you learned about the Maze and then store that info then he can put the mouse in there and by leaving a switch turned off cutting it off from the memory the mouse doesn't know what to
do just stands there kind of confused by switching it on the mouse immediately runs through the maze hitting the red and green buttons in exactly the right sequence to get straight to the water and then you can turn it off again and the Mouse will sit there with dementia not knowing what to do so he's done that as a repeatable experiment got 200 million in funding from DARPA and that's the prosthetic memory part and most of that's public or published in the American scientific journal so you can read about this so if you extend that
to human brains then you'd be able to back up your brain and at least you could read your memories even though others can't yet but there is systems working on you Universal decoders to figure that out because there's only a limited number of ways our brain plasticity could represent it so probably a machine learning algorithm if if we backed up 10,000 of us would eventually figure out enough patterns to be able to decode it where anyone could read anyone's memory does that help understand it yeah it does yeah that's a a definitely a more detailed
explanation it just blows my mind but yes I appreciate appreciate that Clarity when you do the same with Consciousness it starts getting interesting a bet is that's just another part of the brain unreal hi Jeffrey looks like Jeffrey joined us and Mike and Jared anyone want to go next with any any question about anything Walter you know I'm gonna annoy you with this one because I tried to get it out of you at blacksite but I mean I it's fascinating to me about my place in the world and I've been on this for lack of
a better word self-development Journey uh for three years and I feel like I'm hitting the upper limits of myself and it has me questioning you know like what's next what's bigger um so I always go to God religion and also aliens or things of you know that we don't know about what is your perspective on on some of those things if you don't mind me asking I mean not to get too personal dig down the rabbit hole but someone with your critical thinking that just operates on this whole another level than us what does your
gut intuition tell you about aliens about God and and things we just don't understand now um sure yeah like I said you can ask me anything you can't hurt the feelings I don't have so um on and I think you've heard me speak before about the definition of reality which is very important how do you know when anything is real for sure and ultimately how do you know when something's reliable and in science that's when you can do it 32 times in a row on demand under observation because that defeats all definitions of delusion so
and it's statistically relevant if I could do it 32 times in a row then it's probably going to work the 33rd time so my life is is extremely simple everything that meets that definition is real and reliable and everything that doesn't meet that definition is not reliable I won't piss people off by going it's not real but it's certainly not reliable even if it's religion etc etc it's like you can't make it happen 32 times in a row on demand under observation every time you pray and there's a million excuses then as to why that
doesn't work but I just choose that I don't want my life and belief system to be built on stuff that's some of it's reliable some of it's not because that makes me unreliable and I don't like being unreliable when people depend on me to fix stuff so based on that if you take aliens well we haven't met them encountered them or interacted with them 32 times in a row on demand so therefore in my view it's unreliable now statistically numbers wise they should exist because there's no other re no reason to believe we're so special
that we're the only accident in the universe and if they do exist statistically we should be at a random point in our Evolution meaning some half of them could be behind us and half of them could be ahead of us no reason to believe we're the most sophisticated or the least sophisticated all we know that's a reasonable argument is if they visit us before we visit them then they're probably more sophisticated than us because they managed to figure out how to get here um so the other thing is I only worry about the things I
can control that impact my belief system which is to do the most good gather resources and do the most good so me spending any time at all worried about aliens is a complete waste of time and not in service of the greater good and when they're here and they're real then I'll figure out what to do with them religion falls in the similar category it's not reliable I can't prove it works every time but my understand understanding of the general purpose behind most religions is to try and do good and make people behave themselves well
I believe in the greater good and I've done more good than any individual in any religion statistically so because of that my getto of jail card if you like is if I spent my life using the gifts and skills I have to do the most good for society but I wasn't religious and then I die and I get judged if someone punish es me for just not believing in them that's their problem because that's the sin of ego wasn't it more important that I just did good than which God I picked so I think the
planet would be better off and more people just focused on get off your ass and spend all Sunday doing good for others as opposed to spend all Sunday donating to a church for a tax-free scheme so that's my personal opinion on on that um so I only worry about the things I can control and I only believe in things that are reliable I think religion can be comforting it's also a mixture of guilt and brainwashing when you work on immortality and you think there's at this point maybe a 70 80% chance I won't die totally
changes how do you think about religion because you're never going to meet him there is no judgment day it's never over so you kind of control your own destiny from that point of view and I think for weak-minded people not all but for the majority of weak-minded people it actually disables them or enables bad habits in them I had one woman talk to me who niece needed I think it was a liver transport transfer uh and couldn't find a donor and it was going to run out where she was going to die before the the
donor appeared I can't remember was liver or kidney um and we were at an event and she said she was going to spend all morning on the Sunday praying and I said why don't you spend all morning at this event which is a family office where everyone here is over100 million and get on stage and tell the story and ask who knows who who can bump your niece up on the kidney list half these people are probably donated to hospitals and have their freaking name on it pull some strings and she did that and by
the next week she' managed to get near the top of a list where she was able to save her niece and it by pushing her on that I was like you could have spent that morning praying or you could have spent that morning doing [ __ ] which one do you think really would have saved your niece appreciate it so for me pray is something you do after there's nothing else you can possibly do tangibly and you just do it to make yourself feel better fair enough thank you anyone else got a question about anything
otherwise I'm going to start calling people out Byron you're there you turned you turned your camera on hit me with up happening how you doing Walter how are you I'm doing pretty good sir how about you I'm wondering what is hidden in the case behind you which which weapons do you have in the flag oh there's nothing in the flag no yeah there should be but um because I'm still foreign I'm technically not allowed to have a gun so I just have knives and um axes kicking around everywhere just in case cuz they make one
of those that's a fake gun vault looks exactly like so that's why it's a nice TP definitely should get that um I don't know I I I obviously I jumped in a little bit late so I'm guessing it's just this is just like a Q&A format yeah it's basically I didn't get much Q&A after my speech so this was to make it up to whoever want do Q&A and there was kind of a screw up on the texting texting system to war tell everyone I was on here so we have a smaller attendance than usual
but I don't want to flake on you guys so I'm here let me answer whatever you want we may or may not do another day then um so I mean I know you're not the the biggest um the biggest crypto fan and you stated why computer science to you wise um but I mean we had a we had a Dan came out and talked to a lot of the project guys about a weekend before um we all came out to black site and he was talking about like his his um I think it's 40 4020
rule where he does like 4 40 medium 20% like shoot for the moon type stuff and he was still talking about things like Bitcoin and things as like a viable option so that's almost like a direct um contradiction of what you believe in terms of the crypto space so would you then say that in terms of that 20% risk that he's talking about taking would you divert it elsewhere and if so what kind of places would you go with it rather than the crypto space if you don't think that the crypto is really as good
an option as um it's being portrayed to the rest of us right well look Dan and I well we're friends that have a huge amount of respect for each other we are different creatures I am obviously very risk averse so I'll look at a thousand deals and then choose five to invest heavily into whereas Dan might look at a thousand deals and throw some money at a hundred of them those are just two different approaches and you know you never know till you look at it 10 years later who who's doing better on average or
consistently over time yes sir um so and he's a poker player so then by definition is more of a gambler than I am I'm not a gambler now it's not that I'm against crypto the concept of crypto I actually think is inevitable I'm against what the word crypto refers to which is cryptography because this technology is using an old cryptography that can be cracked by Quantum Computing yes sir and that's a single point of failure in all of it the blockchain nft Bitcoin everything uses a blockchain when they have postquantum cryptography which is what's being
worked on and published Now by nist standards then I'm all on board because that's the only flaw I have with it is that plus the fact that it's unregulated and highly emotional which you know wall Street's highly emotional too but crypto puts it on steroids so um as long as you allow for the fact that okay it's highly volatile but at least it can't be zeroed out overnight when it's Quantum resistant and then I'm willing to play now I've made money of crypto but I've made it by Arbitrage and now machine learning to detect patterns
like pump and dumps but it means I'm only in it for five minutes while I see a pattern and then back out I'm not buying it and holding it um so I absolutely and I've done extensive am of Finance stuff over the years I absolutely agree with Dan's 40 4020 I preach it as well I think it's from all the different versions I've heard throughout the years it's about right in terms of the mixture especially since most of you guys are like 30ish to 40ish you know if you're 70 years old you might want to
steady up a little bit and how much you're not going to be liquid but between now and then you can gamble at least 20% um so I'd say gamble to 20% you could gamble it in crypto to if it's post Quantum if you're gambling in crypto before then you want to be um you know I wouldn't gamble all of it and you really your your real gamble is cryptos is is a is good until it isn't because when it gets hacked it'll be like zeroed overnight but if it doesn't get hacked for the next two
years you might make money between now and then so that's it's kind of like s it's risky anyway but it's also risky with the single point of failure hanging out there and there'll be no real warning when that hits so if you do it I would recommend running Dynamic stop losses where if it ever drops below its 52- we moving average for volatility that even if you're asleep it'll sell itself automatically that way at least you're limiting your downside when a catastrophic event happens you have some way of getting out of it now what else
to put the 20% into that's the million dollar question or billion dollar question right now because of just everything going on with the economy I've I've been sitting on a lot of dry powder frankly since Trump got elected I'm like okay this is just crazy now and I'm still waiting and I I could be wrong because I thought well all mathematics and economics indicate that this is all bogus and we're living in a bubble and it's going to burst however if everyone's delusional in every country and they all agree to be delusional and everyone's scared
to not be delusional and all we do is keep printing a bit more money and pretending nobody noticed and every other country is like well if the US goes bust we'll all go bust six months later and then China is like we're not ready yet to take over because we're not a consumerism Society then everybody keeps the bubble going while we all get slowly deflated that's what's been happening and I can't J how long that keeps happening I keep thinking the bubble should have burst yesterday because there's there's no logic there's no science there's no
math there's no economics there's nothing that would support or Justify where we're at other than we're scared to not justify it so we just stay in the bubble so the delusion can continue longer than than I can remain liquid so all I can do is find Niche areas that are uh re Cession resistant so if that's things like air conditioning renovation because if everyone's living at home unemployed in the universe or in the metaverse they still need air conditioning I can't see a reason why that would go down sure so I I forget about making
money and focus on not losing money if I see the US is dropping like we took a 2008 mutual fund some of them dropped 34 to 40% so if I cannot lose money and the economy drops that much then I look at it as I made 40% because I avoid losing it relative to everyone else so if I can look at stuff critically and go you know cemetery plots is another one I use an example of there's no reason to believe less people will suddenly die maybe more will if we have more kind of a
pandemic and depression and everything else but certainly there's no reason to believe less people will die when we have a recession then that might be another one that won't will either stay the same or go up but it's not going to go down um so but it's all kind of obscure Niche like Waste Management maybe in residential areas again because people are staying home but I would be careful about people assuming that past results indicate future performance because real estate has made the most money for the most people over the longest period of time absolutely
no question on that but nothing is a good investment forever and in real estate depending on where you're at 30% of it is the cost of replacement that's what the land's actually worth that's what building a house actually costs the other 66% of it is fluff it's it's a good neighborhood it's a good school District it has a good view I'm near a beach it's a good commute and all that [ __ ] could be [ __ ] that could all go away that's all inflationary okay so if I was buying real estate apartment complexes
whatever I would buy at the lowend shitty end of it where I'm basically paying for the cost of building it or the cost of replacing it so there's no fluff in it so there's nothing to go down but I'm not going to base it on location location location or commute or being close to a city when technolog is replacing the need for all of that so be very very very practical and focus on the essentials that people might need and that's why Bill Gates and Buffett and others are just buying up huge chunks of Farmland
because they're like well at least the land will be worth what it's worth even if and if they actually Farm stuff then people were food and stuff is going to get more expensive as Supply chains reduce but it's not like they're going to make a THX their money they're just not going to lose 40% and that's what they're focused on okay that makes sense so in terms of things like um where where where guys are talking about like um investing in certain situations because of potential uprise and stuff like that of that area that is
again subjective to the fact that they're assuming that people are going to want to live there but if the technology goes the way that you're saying that it's going to go you could literally live in the middle of a desert somewhere and still and still get what you want out of this game called life because ultimately everything's going to be remote correct and also the other way around so let's say you have a Furniture Factory yeah you could have your factory be in the middle of [ __ ] nowhere in the desert with no air
conditioning or roads or accommodations or Plumbing or toilets or anything and that factory is just full of robots but those robots are just the arms legs and eyes of your remote workers who dial into them every day from home so they're at home with their Oculus Rift helmet on plugging into their gloves from 9 to5 everything they see is what the robot sees everything they move is what the robot moves and they're just you know P packing Frozen tacos into a box or screwing together Ikea f whatever they're doing at the factory but now you
have no labor cost health care cost unions um air conditioning food cens Transportation all your overhead is cut out no injuries Etc and the work is getting done and you don't have to wait a 100 years for robots to get sophisticated enough with artificial intelligence to do it you can do it today because all it is is like a remote control toy so all the intelligence is in the person but if all you need is the intelligence the person doesn't have to freaking drive out to the warehouse and sit there to do it it's an
uncomfortable environment and I mean they can do heart surgery now from 3,000 miles away you think they can't put tacos in a box and and tape up the box so so just look at the latest DARPA robots if you want to see how mobile and fluid and quick and easy they are to move there's absolutely no reason a human can't control that remotely so this whole concept of working remotely working from home meta I don't think people are all going to dial into the metaverse to live beside Snoop Dogg and go to Virtual discos together
but I certainly think they prefer to dial in and operate a robot I mean now now there's a company that puts remote equipment into Quarry trucks you know the big Caterpillar trucks and things in a quarry oh you sir where they retrofit the old equipment to be fully drivable remotely well nobody wants to [ __ ] work in a quar quarry all day operating a a Tonka dump truck so now the the truck the Digger the the the the um the loader all of it the back actor all of them are controlled remotely and there's
nobody in the Quarry which is a lot safer and cheaper and good as well and if you have that three shifts where you're out switching at 8:00 pm to a bunch of guys in the Philippines you can have three shifts of production work there and nobody's tired and nobody needs a lunch break and eventually those trucks will get cheaper because the re a big chunk or a third of the cost of those trucks is building the cabin radio air conditioning steps steering wheel and all the ergonomics for the human you can throw all that away
if they're just dialing in directly and you can just operate the Hydraulics you don't need the top half of the truck becomes like yeah it just becomes a sh and then basically everyone just stays home and they play fing simulator and it's [ __ ] job done we've been training them for that for the last couple of decades with PlayStation they'll use a PlayStation controller it's nice okay so think about what does that do to real estate roads Transportation buses and all the other crap that comes we're trying to shift people out to a factory
and back again every day becomes unnecessary it's goodness yeah all righty thank you you're welcome um Zoom user number one any questions I see you on there but there's no name under your thing just says Zoom user I have a question sure go for it hi hi Walter I'm here with my father he wasn't able to make it to black site a few weeks ago so he missed your your uh presentation but uh could you go into a little bit more detail about how basically uh mortality will be a thing of the past and how
uh there's technology coming out uh to upload our Consciousness and that basically our bodies will be B not obsolete but kind of useless in the sense of if we get sick then we will be able to change our bodies through I can I did Cover a lot of this at the beginning of the call did you guys no we we missed that ah okay no problem um but I can give you the nutshell version of it um we are not our fingers and our toes and our arms and our legs we are our Consciousness and
our memories that's two and a half pedabytes of data stored on 100 million neurons so that's software and we have that much software and storage now in technology we can easily get two and a half babyt of storage and represent 100 million neurons and MRI scans are getting down to the molecular level where we could actually scan each person's individual brain plasticity and replicate that so if I can back up your brain and your memories and your Consciousness then I have a virtual copy of you now if I simulate that in a metaverse where everything
you eat drink touch now the sensations the electrical signals you get from that or simulated you couldn't tell the difference between this reality and that one when I shake your hand you don't feel it in your hand the nerves in your hand will generate electrical signals go up your arm to your through your spine to your brain stem and in your hippocampus you'll recognize a handshape that's why amputees will still feel like they have an arm there and it can actually generate the electrical signals as if they were shaking a hand even if it's prosthetic
they'll feel like they feel it now if I do stem cell cloning which unofficially has been done on chimpanzees officially has been done on humans successfully I can take your DNA clone it adjust your telr level and grow you a 20-year-old twin brother in four years in embryonic state if I can upload your brain I can eventually download your brain into that clone so you're now 20 again with your 70-year old brain and I do that again every time you hit 30 it's exactly the same process you go through now for every three years you
go to the iPhone store throw away your old iPhone get a new one sync it up to the cloud and it's its back your brain is the software your body is the iPhone now there side effects of that besides not dying if you have cancer HIV ALS Ms we've had 40 years to try and cure these in incurable diseases and we haven't done much success in doing that but why cure them if you could throw them away with the old body if we back up your memories and you able to access them by thinking about
them but they're stored on Silicon then that cures dementia and Alzheimer's if your brain is software and you have trauma we can delete the trauma and the memories your personality will still be the same you just won't remember why for transportation you could email your brain file to New York call Herz rent a body rent the George Clooney or Angelina Jolie special and use that meat vehicle while you're in New York your brain file will travel at the speed of light because it's going through fiber optic lines if I took your brain file and deleted
your memories is that your daughter or your son if I upload you once and I downloaded you to five clones 10 minutes later which one's the real you the shorter version of this to more temporary workarounds is head transplants where you cut the neck put it on a new body and then refuse the spine we used to think that the spine once it's severed could never grow back it's not true if the spine is put in traction and electrically stimulated it'll grow back over three nanometers but there is a 1 neter laser now so that's
the definition of cutting it close and if you look up head transplants there's 10,000 volunteers but everything from ALS to spinabifida who want to do this and be and even if they die they're like I want to be like the first Mana walks on the moon I want to do the head transplant 29 head transplants have been done successfully on animals dogs and chimpanzees the first human corpse was done as a practice for over a 36-hour operation two Christmases ago so this is something that is happening and being practiced and figured out and obviously this
the nerves in the spine don't refuse quite right so you have to go through um Physical Therapy again cuz now your little finger is your big toe etc etc and you have to relearn but relearning to walk and move which you can do pretty quickly actually um is better than being dead so you can either have an old head where you keep doing body body uh transfers or you can simply say screw the body part I'm just going to upload into my own metaverse and live there now lastly you know why would I work on
this I believe in the greater good part of that is using the gifts and skills you have to do the most good for society before you die so logically if I cure death then I have more time to do good and if I did this where the metaverse was a Federated model where you're in charge of your universe and you're in charge of your Universe you can change anything you want or kick anyone out you want then what happens is I've cured every other problem known to mankind I'll run through them really fast if we're
all living in a cloud animal rights we give them back the planet because we're not using it global warming we're not using fossil fuels to travel overpopulation trillion people can live on a server because of software and we don't have to have babies by 35 because there's no rush poverty and starvation don't exist in a virtual world because Pure Energy doesn't need to eat you can have as much money or as little money as you decide you want because you're in charge of your Universe War over nepotism politics bribery borders territory of land doesn't happen
when it's all virtual and you're in charge War over religion which is all of them except the recent Ukraine war you're less worried about God if you're never going to meet him ever and finally because we like to think ahead these servers will be backed up to a machine on Mars like the Mars rover that's currently there it takes seven minutes now for a server here to synchronize with a server on Mars and by backing it up it means if this planet inevitably gets hit by another asteroid we don't want to go to way of
the dinosaurs we're backed up off planet and we can use nanotech to come back and rebuild here even if there's no atmosphere we don't need atmosphere but we do need solar power that makes us an interplanetary species and we don't have to wait seven years to get the Mars we can beam ourselves over at the speed of light in seven minutes so that's some of the thought process on it it's called The 2045 project made the cover of Time Magazine twice 42,000 scientists uh following it 600 universities working on it including USC um I'm I'm
just one of the people I donated the never down platform and I'm the architect some of the architect of a mixture of the security on it is you don't want people to affect each other's Universe you don't want it to be hacked go down broken or have to reboot at any time and that's kind of what my forte is I make sure [ __ ] don't break but I'm not a doctor so I have to wait on them to do that part of it and then neural link for reading the brain Pro waves is what
Elon Musk is funding it was also funded by China the had transplants are being done in Beijing and it was a significant amount of funding by Putin until till the recent War situation so he's not focused on this anymore and honestly I don't care who who funds it as long as it gets built um because money won't matter afterwards anyway what does your dad think of that pretty interesting right not the answer you're expecting no no it's a great answer app you're welcome what's what's your background what did you what did you do in your
lifetime I don't know what you studyed print film and medical and now look something else all right well you might find this fun to look into thank you very much I can't think of anything else that does the greater more good than this in terms of solving all problems with one Silver Bullet and yeah there's there's a million philosophical side effects and one of them is you know if you know you're going to live forever then that does not remove the motivation for life itself you know the idea of you know you only live once
the YOLO um but we solved that as well so we have a bunch of people working up to 2045 and then I have a department working on after 2045 um so we solved the philosophical issues of boredom and uh lack of motivation and all of that as well well um it's a project called true free will the short version of it is every time you're reincarnated you can decide to live a life where you do where you are aware that it's all a simulation or you can choose to not be aware it's all simulation till
the next time you die in which case you can re live a real life in a universe that's just like this one where you think you're going to die and you start with no money and you have all the struggles of trying to make it but you could decide during all that I'd prefer not to have any terminal disease in the middle of all that i' prefer to just enjoy just the challenge of being a self-made person so and then the next time you die you can say h this time I want to do it
all again but this time I do want to be aware it's a simulation and I want to change my mind while I'm running it through Freedom means you alsoo have the freedom to choose that you don't know you have the freedom yeah all righty um I have a question and I apologize I got on late so this may have been covered but I kind of jumped in um and you're going through which was really cool kind of a mega mega Trend analysis um so my first so just kind of my own selfish perspective I'm in
Investments I work at RBC Wealth Management uh I manage money for uh family offices institutions High net worth individuals um and I really liked what you were saying in terms of the trends and the dire arrows in terms of where we're going first of all do you have like a newsletter or a book where you kind of go into greater detail on those and two second part of that question is in terms of actionable U not kind of like you know for like lower barrier to entry ways to get into these things without going directly
into buying you know Farmland in Wyoming um are there any like specific vehicles or or avenues that that that you can get into shortcut kind of the you know most people probably don't have $100 million dollar of of cash laying around to go in and and do direct Investments with Carl or whoever you're suggesting for example so those are kind of the two parts of the same question um so on the newsletter side no because our clients it's all kind of a private family within scorpion people retain us in their life to be their outsourced
R&D Department gotcha for and that's the hardest part to wrap your head around for everything M you're thinking of getting divorced in two years and you don't know if you transfer all your assets to your brother will the judge uh redact that or not your daughter has anorexia and you want to know what's the best therapy solution that'll fix that the fastest you're you have a crazy idea that if you do statistical regression on the the DNA of racehorses that they um will they um will you be able to win uh in terms of U
choose winning race horses so literally people hire us for any crazy idea that they willing to fund and we'll put a bunch of geniuses on figuring it out um so we don't do newsletters we engage with the clients who are smart enough to hire us and we work like a law firm so they put down a retainer of 10 grand or more and that opens up the conversations and then obviously the project is whatever the project costs give me one second guys my laptop's low on battery I just got to plug it in it's there
we go sorry I'm not in my home office today um second question you had was is there more entry level Investments so um yes uh what we're doing is we defined a criteria for what we call dumb businesses and it was based on the philosophy that often smart people end up running smart businesses that are really really complicated and suck up all their time sometimes dumb people run dumb businesses and they kick our ass make more money because they they're the vending machine King of the West or whatever it is Candy Crush so my theory
was what if smart people run dumb businesses um and I Define that business as something where I don't have to explain it sell it Market it I don't have to work there nobody's going to wake me up at two in the morning with it with some crisis that I can't solve at a coin operated lre or a cemetery or something where nothing's a rush and it's reasonably liquid and it's Recession Proof so we are actively have a group researching that and we're actually using autog GPT now to come up with those what we call Money
printer ideas Auto GPT is an extensive version where GPT spawns off child gpts to do research and then manages them and then reports back up to you like a army of surplus uh virtual assistants so we're putting that infrastructure in place um but we're actively researching dumb businesses now and some of those are 50 Grand some of those are little franchises could you tokenize that I didn't think of tokenizing because I'm not a registered investment brokerage house I don't want to be because I have to disclose all the [ __ ] that I do then
which would be a lot of paperwork um and generally I found that if someone's tokenizing or selling shares in something it's often because it's not very good so like I've been doing for years I was doing 8% a day on my crypto ARB Arbitrage and when I say it to people they're like can you manage my money and I'm like no why would I do that because it works if if I was selling you a system to manage your money at 8% a day then it must be a scam because if it worked why the
hell would I sell it to you so it may not fail yeah so no that's a good point yeah yeah so the good stuff never gets sold to others because they'll you know I'll suck up all the liquidity and if I can't afford it I'll just wait eight days and I'll double my money so um so with that I the general public doesn't really understand us and the the perfect case in point if the general public were on this call they would be all trying to shoot me right now based on what I talked about
with upload the universe uh you know the impact on religion and guilt and everything I can't talk freely about intelligent things this is only for the 5% of us that are actually can still have some brain plasticity left and learn evolve grow be logical do our own homework and look into stuff and go yeah it's weird but he's also right so um so yeah I mean that's why clients engage with us you're orbc you know Capital group The American Funds yes yes I spent seven years managing risk for them across seven platforms oh wow when
we went from 500 billion to 1.9 trillion moving 8 and a half billion a day losing a million a minute if the systems went down so that's my that's my uh finishing school and if you if you look at my LinkedIn you'll see like 29 references or recommendations and endorsements from managers over there yeah no no thank you and no but you're you know what you what you've said is uh has given me a lot to think about so thank you for that know was really really smart really insightful I try to give food for
thought and uh yeah if you have clients that have problems to keep awake at night that you don't do those are the ones that come to us I've been the keynote speaker in the family office circuit for 15 years yeah all across all of them and I and I do and especially I get I got some very Eccentric Family office types who who have very bizarre problems and and queries that you just that you brought up not the exact ones but you know tangentially very similar so yeah yeah typically family offices they got problems and
money isn't one of them well said so um Steve Smith what have you got for me sorry I had to unmute my phone here um I'm listening to you really good information here so one thing that pops in my mind and I don't know if you have an answer for is the current state of our country like we talk about the real estate we talk about business AI all the different things there's a um discussion of your media a lot of propaganda as you're watching this you know you said that you got alarmed right when
Trump got elected and you kind of held your money back and you've been kind of watching this chaos and still uncertainty do you have any solutions in mind or what do you think we need or would be good for our country to make a shift that it in the right direction um okay well unfortunately I think it's unlikely my Solutions will happen until there's a collapse and a rebuild um but ultimately what would need to happen is they would need to change the voting system so that when people go to vote they go into a
little booth firstly they're quized with the same Civics questions that are given to every immigrant who comes to this country like I did to prove they speak English and they understand basically how the government works and functions it's like a 100 multiple choice questions anyone who can't answer that loses their right to vote till the next election because if they got don't understand the government or don't understand English they probably shouldn't be voting the second thing is then the voting keos just ask them where they stand on the platform questions where do you stand on
pro choice where do you stand on tax the rich blah blah blah so you say whatever you believe in then the computer will choose who you voted for based on who most closely matches your preferences of what you believe in that simple action removes the $130 million of bribery money that every president has to borrow beut to run a campaign of name recognition so that they can shoot down all their competition imagine if we didn't know who was running for president we just voted for what we believe in and it matched it to whoever the
a most compatible candidate is then anyone could run for president without having to borrow 13 million for PR once they get voted in instead of spending four years in a popularity contest to get the second four years and the second four years in the popularity contest so they can get retirement on a board of some military contractor we just give them eight years period impeach them if you want to but give them eight years where they don't have to worry about being popular they can worry about being right and at the end of it give
them a billion dollar retirement bonus which is nothing compared to what we waste on spending otherwise that way someone intelligent might want the job or take the job instead of 400k of bad press and then paying back everyone who paid for your PR campaign the largest off Department of the government is the office of government accountability in 20 years years they've never found a problem but then again they're paid by the government to audit the government price water has deoe are auditing Wall Street and in 20 years they've never removed a trading license but they're
paid by Wall Street if we crisscross those two or Wall Street audits the government and the government audits Wall Street now you finally have governance with Consequences part of what they audit is that the person who got voted into the office has to be operating on the platform they chose to get in on so they can't just tell everyone what they want to hear going yeah I'll tax the rich and I'll be pro-life and I'll be this I'll be that and then get in there and do none of it or do the opposite they'll be
fired because they would fail the office of accountability when they're audited by Wall Street and then lastly 70% of the billionaires in this country are all immigrants that were educated in other countries and came over and worked really hard so I'd say if you've been here 20 years you're probably not a British spy trying to disrupt the United States you probably love the United States more than the people who are born here so allow people who've been here long enough to run for presidential candidate rather than they can't because they weren't born here it's an
old rule it's time to rewrite the rules and update them a bit so if we made those fundamental changes you'd have governance consequences audit intelligence and someone voted into office who's allowed to actually do eight years of damage to make different make changes rather than someone who's just trying to work nice enough not to get fired and that's the beginning of changing things the problem is nobody who got voted in using the current system is then going to get in there and change the system that got them voted in and that's a huge flaw in
the current system the best answer I've ever heard so thanks for sharing that um the scary part is is I agree every time I try to analyze this or come up with any conclusion it's always a matter of everything's going to have to fail completely and be rebuilt in order to get there sorry you C you cut out at the beginning that you said one of the very best I said I said that was the best answer I've ever heard oh thank you for it yeah but you it's scary because you've come to the same
conclusion as me is that there's no chain to get bu it completely gets destroyed got to be rebuilt yep you gotta burn it down rebuild it unfortunately I wish I wish people were smart enough on the Mass to say you know that sounds like a better answer let's just do that but there's nobody in power who will say that and one thing I mean that's I mean I I Echo the gentleman's remarks this is extremely valuable and insightful my the part I struggle with is if we look at a bell curve distribution of the population
we're like three standard deviations away from that fat part of the bell curve that's probably not going to understand or go for this so how do you you know how do you get to a situation where they're convinced and they're on board because numerically we're inferior well that's what capitalism is for once you get to the 1% because you worked hard for it and you evolved and changed and grew then one of the benefits is you write your own rules you make your own countries you decide your own citizenship you move to where you need
to move and you're not brainwashed into thinking that your whole life is affected by which piece of dirt you were born on I mean all of this is nonsense we should have one smart Council that looks after Humanity as a whole and figures out how this planet survives the next hundred years instead of a bunch of fractured ones all arguing with each other based on patriotism about which piece of dirt they were randomly born on why does why does it matter which which island we were born on what matters is what's going to happen to
humanity overall in the next 100 years and nobody's in charge of that and that's the problem not one person is in charge of humanity and what's happens to them all too busy being in charge of their country I agree so unfortunately um I I do have a hard stop at 4 but I'm glad you guys logged on here I know I'm speaking again at The Mastermind Avengers version of this ask me anything which I think is tomorrow at 4: if I'm right yeah um so anyone who didn't get to ask me a question on here
if you're member of either of those things uh maybe you can attend that one tomorrow or just contact Ray because uh uh if we if we didn't get through it here and I'm going to do the same thing there I'm just like ask me anything and I'll try to give you a thorough answer um if that works for you guys thank you Walter appreciate it very much thank you Walter and in terms of my business then you can see why people who hire us for 3 months generally keep us for seven years or more because
they like having me on speed dial as they go through life when anything pops up that keep them keeps them awake at night they give us a call and most of the time we have an answer a solution we know the guy that call we know the lawyer we have a template we have a checklist because we've already done it five times for somebody else awesome so
