How about a few words for our patrons? All right. >> Thank you, Chairman Ridley.
>> It still fits, which is nice. I uh my parting message last year was I could come back next year and put the green myself. I wasn't quite correct.
The chairman did it, but um I did I did want to back here and and prove last wasn't a fluke. Um this is it is an absolutely incredible tournament. Um it's so in so many ways.
Uh there's a few people I want to thank first most. Um to Chairman Ridley and everyone at Augusta National Golf Club. Um not not just since last year but since I've started started the tournament back in 2009.
Um you made me feel like one of your own in club and for that I I say thank you. Um felt welcome here. I've built up such a great rapport with not only the members but with the staff um and everyone on site this experience just absolutely so so thank you everyone involved uh to the volunteers um I've I made you over time this week I needed to hear a lot of patrons I hit it in a lot of pine straw uh so you for thank you for thank you for that.
Um, thank you for your continued support of the MA tournament. Uh, this tournament wouldn't wouldn't be uh the tournament it is without you guys. So, thank you very much.
and to all the patrons. Um, you know, the the support that I that I feel out there and the atmosphere that you all provide for for all the players to play in. Um, it truly is a one-of-a-kind golf tournament.
Um, everyone, I said this last year, but everyone is so present. Um, everyone is so engaged in what's going on on the golf course and um, as a player, it's a real privilege to play in an atmosphere like that. So, thank you so much for that and for all of your support.
They have to put up with me at home and trust me sometimes that's a that's a tough thing to do. Um but they have been my biggest orders and um you know this this has definitely turned into Poppy's favorite week of the year. Um, I don't know if it's because of the par three tournament or it's all you can eat ice cream in the player services building, but uh and also I want to thank uh not thank jeez I I my mom and dad um they weren't here last year to celebrate with us.
Um and surprisingly I had to convince them to come this year um because they thought that the reason that I won was because they weren't here. Um, so I'm glad that we uh glad that we proved that wrong. But um, Mom and Dad, I I owe everything to you.
You are um you you you're the most wonderful parents. And if I can be half the parent to Poppy as you were to me, then I know I've done a good job. Thank you.
>> Uh to my Caddy Harry. Um that number one on the Boiler still looked pretty good. I think you should keep it for next year.
Um, my team, Sean, Nile, Ro, uh, Fox, Dr Bob, Michael Bannon back home. Um, you know, it's it's I'm out there and Harry's with me on the golf course, but it's a it's a huge team effort to to get to this place and, um, everyone knows how important they are to me and um, I can't wait to celebrate with you all tonight. Thank you.
And yeah, look, the Masters Tournament continues to be the the shining light of um of tournament golf, of of the majors. It is it's absolutely incredible. I'm so honored and so thrilled to be able to win this tournament for a second time.
