[Music] you really amazed me Cynthia you're never sad or tired you always look so happy what's your secret well I do feel tired or sad from time to time but I generally try to stay positive and healthy and see the bright side of everything that's very good are you a morning person oh yes I'm an early bird I wake up at 6:00 every day even though I start work at 9:00 a. m. at work I'm often the person who gets to the office first and opens it up for the day why do you wake up so early because I generally hate feeling rushed and waking up early prevents that I like to take my time getting things done I usually read the news and catch up on email really I never have time for that in the morning what do you usually have for breakfast I usually have a smoothie first thing then I eat a sandwich what about you I seldom have breakfast at home because I hardly ever have enough time to cook it I wake up rush to the bathroom grab a snack on my way out and hurry to work I often get to the office in the nick of time I'm a night owl I always go to bed late I suppose you go to bed early right I normally go to bed at 10:00 I try to maintain the same bedtime schedule every day but sometimes I find myself crawling into bed around midnight but I still get up at 6:00 the next day aren't you sleepy during the day in that case I do feel sleepy every now and then but I usually drink a coffee and keep going on anyway I am more productive at work in the morning rather than in the afternoon my 2/3 peak hours are between 9:00 a.
m. and 12:00 noon and then I choose to do the hardest tasks I generally can't focus well in the afternoon and evening I'd rather just relax I am exactly the opposite I am more productive in the afternoon and evening my peak hours are usually between 2 & 6 p. m.
I frequently work late into the night too do you ever take a nap in the afternoon I really like to take a nap every now and then especially if I have to stay up late we have special rooms where the employees can enjoy a nap during the lunch break you're really lucky then do you keep the same schedule on the weekends - on the weekends I normally wake up between 10:00 a. m.
