front numbers in a minute. Just got to about 10 seconds. So, we're now going to go just want to kind of test my test where I'm at.
Did 10 seconds. So, we're going to do about one/ird of that. So, about 3 seconds.
3 seconds. And then I'm going to also probably hold that same position since we did 10 seconds. I'm going to do just keep adding sets of 3 second front lever holds.
And we'll just keep adding sets. Probably like 90 uh second rest. With uh static skills, I've learned adding sets is a lot more beneficial than actually adding seconds cuz eventually it's not realistic to keep adding a second every [ __ ] session.
So go ahead and add set. So we'll get our break and then we'll get right into it. Short three minute sets that'll allow our body to recover.
So, by the time we hit our next session, which isn't until Monday, uh maybe on the weekend I'll do a little skill session or so, depending on how I feel. But as of right now, probably I need to recover till Monday because I went a little too hard. [Music] Let's try a little split stance.
This Okay. [Applause] [Applause] Thanks. [Music] [Music] We struggle a lot with the goddamn goddamn kick up and underbalance.
Oh [ __ ] that light is blue. Let's get right into the horn lever. [Music] This kind of sucks.
I'll just leave it wherever you feel. I'll see as many as I can. Yeah.
So we could test it out. [Music] did seven. I ignored the rule of doing the 3 seconds, but we'll probably do one less set.
So, we'll do 3 seconds now. 90 90 second break and then go into the next one. So, kind of in a time crunch.
Came in with my brother today. Look at him working hard. He's getting it.
What you got to say? How you feeling? Oh, we're breaking a sweat.
We've been coming to the gym this week, so he's getting back in it. But we are in a time crunch. So, an easy way to finish a workout a lot faster is just super set.
Super set everything, bro. Super say you're pushing with your pulling exercises and you'll be straight. All right, let's get into the next one.
[Applause] [Music] [Music] Yeah, custom session wasn't too bad, but my holds definitely sucked. I done them this whole [ __ ] week. So, they're pretty trash.
But, uh, probably next session we'll go back to the wall, regress it a little bit, get a little more straighter. Man, handstands once you stop doing them, broke. You're [ __ ] Gotta do them at least three times a week.
God damn it. So, let's go ahead and front liver and we'll stop the skill work and go right into the strength work. This angle probably sucks to hit those rolls or super setting.
Yeah, this one. I didn't see you do those. No, you weren't recording me.
Oh, yeah. Yeah. [Laughter] You're lucky you have the camera on your side.
[Applause] So, since that was my last hit, I ignored my rule again, but I'm short nonsense. I'm kind of rushing through which is not ideal. We got here a little late, but uh that's a story for another day.
Having some car trouble. Sis having some car trouble. So, she has the ride and a bunch of stuff going on behind the scenes, but I'm still trying to get these videos out to you guys cuz I was slacking on them.
We got the new mic as you can see. We're back in it. Getting back in the groove.
We slacked on it a little bit. Life got in the way, but we got to overcome those hurdles. went ahead and just did a a more intense uh set.
Since I took off a set, we'll get right into strength work, isolation work, and we're getting the [ __ ] out. Now, let's get into these green push-ups. Do them a little weighted.
Got to get that chest bumping. Lord have mercy. We do want it close to our chest.
So, usually I do a double loop here on the weight. Just going to be closer to my chest and it doesn't it minimizes the swing. Where you at?
Keep an eye on my brother. Make sure he's getting his sets done. He's getting going a little too fast.
man. All right, 50 sets. [Music] I'm done those in a minute.
Feel pretty good. But I did [ __ ] up not raising the belt a little higher. Ideally, you don't want it on your lower back cuz then it's going to have your hips sagged down.
You got to raise it up to like midback, mid upper back. I like midback. It's not ideal because then it'll just fold you backwards.
We don't want that. So, obviously, I did not do that, but you'll learn from my mistakes. God damn it, that's the point of this.
So, we're going to do that. And what are we going to do? Super [ __ ] We'll do this into some unilateral rows, some marcher rows.
[Applause] [Music] Good girl. [Music] for Huh? I can't see it.
on one leg day a week cuz they they don't train it. They they they literally don't train it. The [ __ ] that I'm doing, the handstands, all this [ __ ] in that community, they intentionally don't train it, which it makes sense because they're trying to compete and stuff because it makes the skills easier.
Like if you're doing a handstand and your legs are bulky as [ __ ] it's harder. Me, I'm like, "Fuck that. " And I'll at least get one one a week.
Push-ups. This my second set. Curls.
I feel like we're at the job and you got me doing [ __ ] either push-ups or uh curls and biceps. Triceps and biceps way. But push-ups would be ideal.
All right. I don't know how this man finished the workout in 30 minutes. I keep my eye on them.
All right, let's get a set rings. Ideally, you want them equal to the box. Forgot I rose them for the rows.
And I'll probably make the rows a little bit harder even though they are unilateral. We'll figure it out right now. Ideally, I go on a machine and get a get uh some rows done that way, but for the sake of time, we're just going to do here improvising.
We'll keep the same weight. [Music] [Applause] What's going on? [Music] Push-ups.
So nice. Easy on the elbows. They're a little awkward to set up.
It does take a little more time to set up, but when you do, nice as [ __ ] cuz you get to turn them too. Next time instead of adding weight, I'll turn them out at the bottom or at the top and that'll make it a little harder. We're done with that.
We'll just get two sets done. What time is it? I'll get this lasset done and then go straight to our isolations.
Ideally, you want to do three, but our shoulder feels a little sore still. So, we'll just leave it there. Kind of regress a little bit and take it light so our body recovers cuz we did have that elbow pain did come back a little bit this week, which means I just went too hard like always.
So, we got to take a step back. just taking off a set or two and de load while you're in the middle of the workout. That's an easy way to do it.
Besides taking an entire week to de lo, you could do that, too. So, let's get into rows. Okay.
To slam on the ground, you can throw it at the wall, rotate. That's pretty good for like an ender. It's a good more like endurance.
It's okay. Done with the straight strength training portion of this. We're going to go to isolations and get the [ __ ] out.
Probably going to do some goddamn You already did. We're do I need to do lateral raises and rear delt. You come with me.
