BIT OFF MORE THAN I CAN CHEW

all right guys good morning in the gym now um basically the plan for today is I'm with a friend uh basically I was like doing deadlifts the other day I was going for my one rep max it's like the Lost episode um I was going for 185 and like you know like I'm I'm grunting and then like I slam the weight down that didn't phase him at all basically uh he came up and said hello so he's got a YouTube as well but uh you know I'll link that at the end I really just can't

be bothered right now so I want to film I want to do some videography for him so this edit is going to be all him we're going to do some uh deadlifts I think um some chain deadlifts and then move on to some other exercises so edit coming your way there's none of me in it but uh hopefully you enjoy it let me know if my videography is any decent let's hop into this in three walk away don't walk away I love don't [Music] [Music] be [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I all right guys all done

stuff but uh oh well you know what can you do yeah I don't know I think I may have chewed off a little bit more than or a bit off more than I can chew this year um but only time will tell and you know it'll be interesting to learn how to seriously manage my time cuz I'd say I'm good at managing my time but managing my time to every second like every minute is going to be interesting exciting but challenging times ahead so guys did some work now I'm off to my friend's house super

nice and sunny on London no matter what my schedule looks like when this guy messages me I always meet him uh yeah off to Jose's house I don't think he's actually been on the Vlog yet so you get to see him for the first time now when I get like two months DJ C I got I got I got I got I know the I'm shoot [Music] all right guys so I've just been working um I've been scheduling a lot of Facebook ads now I don't use Facebook with my you know my own personal brand

but uh I've been having to do it for the club so scheduling quite a few Facebook posts in advance uh scheduling some Instagram posts which brings me to my point guys I schedule my Instagram posts Maybe two weeks in advance it's two maybe even three weeks in advance I take photos um you know when inspiration comes to mind I'll write a caption and then I'll edit the photos put the caption put it in an app and then that app reminds me whenever I need to post it and I just click two buttons and it's up

so I thought I'd take a second to show you first of all the app I use to edit photos uh and then second of all the app I use to schedule photos so guys I using an app called face tun now um I mean it's pretty much just the editor of choice I I was thinking of you know getting into editing using Final Cut um not Final Cut uh you know Photoshop because you can do a bunch of cool stuff with that in terms of Graphics um but this is sort of what I stick to

I mean really all I go ahead and use is like their filter section there's you know okay no that's frames um but yeah on filters you can do some cool stuff change up the filter like the filter options are a lot better than um Instagrams yeah there's some cool stuff on here but um okay let's just go for gold yeah but then there's also like these lens options like it's called chromatic which I always like to you know try out I'm not sure if you can tell right there um you can have different textures and

stuff like that so I keep my editing pretty minimal but um you know this a cool little tool to have so guys the next app I use is this app called laterr so you can see I have three post scheduled for this week and I'm also going to post a video I have it all written out everything like that literally this app just reminds me and all I have to hit is post now and then actually post it so everything's pretty automated I don't have to go through the hassle of thinking of something and then

writing out a caption and editing the photo like on the spot I do it well in advance and then that keeps things easier I want a br new I want a br new house I want a little [ __ ] she put itar them mouth I want it so I'm going go get it I want it so I'm
