okay so we're coming into unit 401 Furniture is not set up there's two reasons why I'm doing this video this is Cabo Costa and my guy Ken and Dawn got this this is really nice look at this view so this is a penthouse unit two bedroom you got the entrance right here you got phase two so this is also the one this is going to show them their unit they bought very well this is a nice size it's 401 you would have your fridge right here obviously right good size kitchen incredible View and you have
they got the furniture package so this is it's not set up obviously but it's good quality and it's not that expensive I like the natural light right here these slits you know so this is really good and then have a you know view inside of the arch as well Land End you come on back here and let's go into the master right here so very big this is king size right um once again from the master this is still construction right so you got a little paint on the windows and things like that but nice
view really nice view right here here and then you have your two sinks you got your shower you know you got your closet space right here uh toilet but really good feel and vibe to it and then you have your second bedroom right here right I like this and you can see phase two right here okay so they already doing the platforms it's coming along the Bonito the Bonito Tower is the one where you see the construction right there um they're going to have three pools in Phase 2 you can see another thing that's uh
I like a lot too is that c last antenna and you have a nice hike right there we come over here you got your second bathroom obviously still working on this you'll have glass right here this glass will shut um but a very simple two-bedroom two bath and I'm going to go up and I'm going to show you the rooftop now okay so this is the rooftop for unit 403 we were in 401 right uh you can see down there that is the amenity section coming along infinity pool gym that's the Duna Tower uh there
pen houses in that unit for sale two for sale there and then a bunch in the those are going to be resells um and then there's a obviously more inventory in Phase 2 Phase 2 has financing but check out these views each Penthouse has their own private rooftop this would be the rooftop for 402 right so check out this this view right and then I got to show my clients their you this is for like uh AC equipment and things like that and then you go right here and this is the rooftop I almost think
I might need to uh I might need to charge my clients more money cuz this came out better than I thought it was going to be but it doesn't work that way right that's that's why we do this anyway this is really nice um pretty simple you can add some sort of Grill uh maybe an upgraded like Grill if you really were depending a lot of people are going to use this as a uh rental unit this unit is going to rent really nice and you can see you could be up here I'm pretty sure
they got the heated pool right here as well so this going to be like a Jacuzzi that's an upgrade then we come over here and you got your pool equipment I think there's a a bathroom in there too if I'm not mistaken but as you can see Phase 2 right here looking really nice so we're going to go check out the ameni section which will be done at the end of the month for phase one phase three right here or sorry phase two is going to have three different pools and a lot of this stuff
changes from time to time just as the project gets going but this is a really nice project the thing I like about this project is the developer real solid anyway let's go take a look at the amenities and here are the amenities this is really putting a lot of work into this right now you turn around and you got boom nice little Ocean View that is going to be covered Palapa right there and then you have your infinity pool right here right jacuzzi right there this is going to be your gym area area uh bathrooms
back there and then it's kind of hard to get but that's going to be a little snack bar it's not going to be a full-on restaurant but you'll have food drinks this is going to be a swim up bar right here so that's probably what's most important for the people coming on vacation some of us have to work around here but hey I'm going head and enjoy the uh vacation here that's why you're here I like like this design too so and that is the coral Tower behind one more time let's check out the view
