hello everyone welcome to module 2 personalizing your highle account in this video we're really just going to be putting the final touch to your highle account to really um make it fit your business um and really just personalize it to suit you um your schedule times your you know just everything that's part of your business and after this video really your high level account and your appointment booking machine is completely finished after that it's done we've basically changed everything that we needed to change um and it should be up and rolling and ready for database reactivation and also New Leads that are going to be coming in um in the future so without further Ado let's get into it so here's what we're going to cover um so we're going to be personalizing our high level account so it suits your business um and these are really the steps uh that we're going to follow these are the things that we're going to change up and after that we've got some it action items so we're going to add a deployment value um so it fits your lead value and your lifetime value of a an average customer we're going to change sales appointment time slots to fit your calendar set up how many appointments you can handle at one specific time um a day or or not actually how many appointments you can handle at one specific time so some of you might be uh might have multiple sales people at in place so you can handle more than one sales appointment at a time right so you can handle five two three appointments um at one specific time because you have multiple people for that we're going to see uh we're going to set up how many appointments you can handle per day or how many appointments you really want per day and we're going to add location specific details to your to the reminder messages um if necessary and then we're going to create our own custom schedule which will um be part of one of the um messages in the campaigns okay so without further Ado let's do that so we're going to edit appointment value so I'm going to exit out of this PowerPoint and move in to high level okay so we're going to move into high level and we're going to change the lead value so you can see right here for example you've got pipeline value and what I'm what what we're going to change here is we're going to set this up so uh it fits your lifetime value of a customer and what that really means is just say for example you're charging a 100 bucks a month and your average retention of a customer is say just for example 10 months or 9 months let's just do 9 months your lifetime value of a lead of a customer is $900 so every lead every lead will have a pipeline value of $900 and if they add a Buddy it'll be $1,800 if that makes sense okay so because why we do this is because first of all it's good to see really what you have like the the exact amount of money that's really just um that really is at your disposal and is you know the opportunity you can get that money but it's good to kind of know um exactly what you're working for here because you know you'll be uh for most of you you'll be charging monthly and obviously if you're doing oneoff programs um where they pay once and that's it you're obviously going to change that um your lead value to just the oneoff program price say that's 1,000 bucks you're obviously going to change it to 1,000 bucks so right now I'm going to show you where you can change that and um change it so it suits your business so let's do it you're going to go into triggers and you're going to go into Drappointment first okay um as that will be where one of the appointment values will be set okay so this is for database reactivation and this will be the value of one appointment okay so let's just change that to 900 okay that's just the example I'm going to be using for this video after that that's really it and you should be done and that's really it so just change that to 900 just going to check one more time that it actually does change bam 900 move on all right um so also body added so say people add a body which is an extra lead which is an extra possible customer so you're going to change that to if it's 900 you know whatever whatever your lifetime value of a customer is you're just going to double that okay so for me it's 900 so I'm just going to put 1,800 right here okay bam just going to move off from Drbody added um there won't be any Drcancellation Drcancellation you can keep at zero as you know the person canceled and it'll move back to you know the its original value if it reschedules same for noell it'll go to zero until they reschedule to an appointment again um and the Droptin you don't need to change anything there all right now FB appointment which're just going to do the same exact thing change that to 900 right um and the way this works is you can also say say maybe in the future you're using different offers and you know different lead values will apply or different you know you're promoting different classes anything you know anything that will you know that is part of your business that changes this then you can do that um in the future as well but it's just just a good thing to kind of keep that in mind so change it to 900 here all right um and same for Buddy added we'll just going to going to double our lead value to 1,800 bam you're good to go uh cancellation you won't have to do that no show either and ifb opt in if I'm pretty sure you don't have to change anything either all right okay let's move back to the PowerPoint so we've changed that up and that's really the only thing you need to do as you this the triggers is really what triggers these lead values um and you'll see that actually um there won't be anything like that in the campaigns right so um yeah okay the second thing that we're going to do is sales appointment time slots so you know everyone's calendar for a business is different so we're just going to set that up to suit you okay um so we're going to go into scheduling and then we're going to go and now actually we're not going to go that we're going to go to settings and then we're going to go to calendars so if everything if you set up everything correctly you should have two calendars and we're going to edit these both to suit your business Okay so the first thing we're going to be doing is edit sales appointment time slots so we've set up pretty standard business our times but you know this is this can be different for any business so for me um I've set it up to 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p.
m. but a lot of you open up at 6:00 a. m.
right open up at 6: a. m. um 6 a.
m. to I don't know 7 right um and you're just going to want to change this around so it fits your business so um say you guys are also open on Saturday you're just going to want to press add Saturday and just you know change it up to suit your business I know a lot of you are open up Saturday but different times so just set that up click here and just change that around right okay and some of you are even open on Sunday so you're just going to press that and change that around too um I do know that some of you will have you know say you're open from 6:00 a. m.
to 12:00 p. m. and then you're closed for two hours that's completely fine right um because the way that we do this is say you'll open from 6:00 a.
m. to uh let's just set that up right here 12:00 p. m.
and then you guys have a little break um just see where that 12:00 p. m. is actually at there we go right in the middle and then you guys have a little 2hour break um I know that a lot of schedules of you guys are structured like that you're just going to want to add hours and very simply continue that um when you guys are actually open so say you close at 12:00 p.
m.
