Hello everyone and welcome to module 3 your ad hypothesis this is a very big one as we're going to be discussing really what it takes to run successful Facebook ad campaigns every single day without fail rules to keep in mind sort of the key components of a uh a successful Facebook ad and at the end we're going to create our own Facebook ads we're going to show you basically the the advertising Vault that you get With this program basically every single ad that we've ever run for clients in the past that were incredibly successful um
and it's really just an amazing video you want to stick all the way through we discussed such important Point as in this one um and yeah without further Ado let's just get into it so here's what we're going to cover we're going to cover the scientific method our approach to creating successful Facebook campaigns what is really the method um That we have to kind of approach daily with every single ad with every single campaign and how do we how do we split it in Key Parts to make sure that you can follow it um and
make sure that it's easy understandable right so we're also going to cover DNA components of a successful campaign right so the way we like to look at Facebook is that it requires certain pieces of DNA um it's just a kind of a a way that we like to phrase it as a Facebook campaign might be something vague for you but really it's only it's really only it's really just a string of DNA and once you hit every single point right once it's all done correctly you're going to have so many leads flooding in on a
daily basis um that you you know you want it it can come in as quick as you can even imagine so um then the third thing is we're going to extract the components from our proof of concept so most of you will have had uh 99% of you will have had successes in the past you'll probably have members um you know who've been with you guys for a long time um if you're starting out your gym that's completely fine um you might want to drop down in the Facebook group as well if uh if you
know the on this point you might have a little bit of issue um but you should be fine as well just because what we're doing here is we're really just kind of what is already working for our current members And we're putting that in the market and trying to get new prospective members right um and I'll uh I'll dive further into that in detail on that point um the fourth thing is how to survive in Facebook's natural selection machine right as Facebook is a machine it's an it's one of the most um complex algorithms in
the world and some people you know 99% of people will f with Facebook ads just because they don't approach it in the correct way um We found years of success with Facebook ads so we kind of know a thing or two about it um and we're going to show you what those things are um in that point as well then the fifth thing is the basics of copywriting and direct response so I'm going to discuss what copywriting really is what it means um what direct response really is in advertising terms um and you know how
you can Master it as you know we're going to give you ads and we're going to Help you along but eventually you want to be able to write your own copy in the future right as originality will always will always be um sort of the number one factor when it comes to really getting an edge um so you want to be you know you want to be able to do this stuff yourself as well in the future doesn't have to be right now we're going to provide you with a lot of tools and a lot
of help um but eventually you're want to be you're want to be become your Own advertising man that can just write copy um in 30 minutes and have it convert right so then the last thing is and this is a very exciting one is creating our first ad using our advertising Vault and vault is spelled wrong there I know um and with proven ad templates Okay so we've we've uh as we we do a program now but a lot of you may know is that beforehand we worked with a lot of large Fitness clients right
and we did the marketing for them so we Really have some key ad advertising campaigns that we know work as we've tested them with tens of thousands of dollars in ad spend we've spent over $500,000 in the fitness industry using ads right um and Those ads that we formed over those years and over that sort of money we're going to give to you so it's pretty amazing so the first thing is scientific method our approach to creating successful Facebook ads right so scientific method is used by Scientists to figure out how the universe works How
the Universe around us works it allows us to look at complex unknown things and determine the cause and effect variables all world was built using it right and we're going to use scientific method the way scientists use it but we're going to use it for Facebook advertising as if you as when you approach it through a scientific way you're going to be incredibly successful emotion is not allowed when running Facebook ads right so Facebook advertising requires you to test multiple variables to find something that clicks right something that just hits the spot for your for
your prospective clients right so we have to find the perfect balance between an audience the message and the image and I'm going to refer to this a lot as this is what we call the DNA components of a successful ad as well audience is really just the the amount of people just a Group of people that you're actually displaying your ad to right and for you most of you it will really simply just be your key demographic in a key sort of radius right around your location the message is the copy is the is the
sort of the ad text that we display really that displays everything about our offer everything about our gym and we need to make that hit and stick with people so really you know calls them to action and then the image is the Creative right it's the video or the image that we show on the ad to really grab attention and stop people from from neverend from that never- ending scrolling that youve probably used to right if you have kids you know between I don't know when you I don't know if if you have young kids
you might they might not have phone but if you have teenagers you know that people you know the sort of it's the scroll it's the scrolling age and how do we get people to stop Right and just take a little second for our ad right so we need to get attention and inquire customers through that success with Facebook requires a scientific approach that's disciplined methodical accurate and accurately measured and experimental right we there's no way for us to tell you yes this is going to work 100% face Facebook is all about testing different variables so
we need to give Facebook and the Facebook algorithm enough variables to Test as our work is only 5% of the advertising game Facebook as it's a $500 billion company when recording this Facebook knows everything about everyone all right so they know exactly which ad to show to which person how many times right our only job is to give them as much options as possible make sure that our copy is as good as possible and then let face Facebook do the rest Facebook isn't like original advertising where you just throw your ads onto some sort Of
tool and just hope it sticks now Facebook will do so much work for you and that's why it's such a successful company right so the best Facebook advertisers are a mix of science art sales and finance as you need to be smart with your money here when it comes to Facebook advertising as you can drain your funds faster than you can blink with Facebook you need to be smart with it you need to understand sales you need to understand what converts people to For your product as that's what we're going to be transferring over to
our ads you need to be able to be you know you need to understand the creative the as ads you know they need to grab attention and art does that and science is the way that we scale these ads is the way that we kill bad ads scale good ads right and this all combines into you know becoming one of the best Facebook advertis in your industry right we're not here to because what what we could have simply Done is you know giving you some and tell you now run it here now we want you
to really become an amazing Facebook Advertiser as that's what's going to grow your business to a million dollars yes you can get a couple of extra members with running a simple couple ads then go letting it go through high level right and getting some appointments but we're not here for that we're really for the we're we're trying to help you here build something so sustainable and so Longterm that it will be able to feed you for the rest of your life and that's why you know we really take our time with this okay and that's
why kind of take it from such a complicated approach as it is in a complicated system so we use scientific method to work through the Facebook advertising process and figure out combinations of variables that work for us and acquire us customers at a profit very important we want to acquire customers at a profit Here that's what we use Facebook for Facebook is a tool an amazing tool that will'll learn you how to use but then always focus on the end goal don't think about the flash okay traditional advertising is dead we're here to acquire customers
and I'll get into that in a little bit as well so scientific method can solve any problem and calm any chaos right as when you look at at things and especially when ads on running well from a scientific approach They're fixable they're always fixable when you look at it from an emotional approach everything can implode on you and it will feel so daunting that you won't be able to fix it right when you take it from a scientific approach and look at the numbers you'll be fine okay so scientific method workflow so before we touch
Facebook ads we must form a hypothesis about the results we expect to get and the combination of variables We expect to create those results right we discussed this in the last uh couple videos right the numbers that we're looking for here um so we can get a nice profit we must hypothesize this so we can really sort of Envision this before we even start it's a very important very important process of this and this uh scientific method workflow is available in the download section as well so we get initial Clues from our proof of concept
our previous successes right our Clients um then the second thing is results hypothesis we hypothesize about the results we expect to achieve with our experiment right as Facebook ads is an experiment that's why I keep referring to scientists as they experiment all the time and that's how we treat fa Facebook ads it's an experiment we make this ad we throw it into the market and we experiment and hope it works if it doesn't that's fine we'll try Again to help you understand the benchmarks and what to expect we've provided you with the funnel and AD
metrics in the last couple videos right and you and and you you know the metric you should be looking for right five to 10 five to $15 leads right and you know certain appointment booking rates certain show up rates certain cost per clicks that's how we look at it that's what it's the only things that we're going to care about okay and at the end Of the day you know you can get a $1,000 or $100 click but if you get a customer per click and you charge 200 bucks a month you're still making a
profit right that's eventually the end goal that's why I keep referring to doesn't matter what really happens as long as you acquire customers at a profit but usually you know those situations don't happen usually you know when you when you've when you're hitting your sort of key uh key key performance indicators Which we discussed in the last video so if you haven't watched those uh if you don't know what I'm talking about go back to the last videos last couple videos right so the third thing is that we go through is audience message image hypothesis
right so the audience that we're displaying our ads to the message that is in the ad and the creative that displays the ad right that grabs the attention as simple signs has shown that the first thing that people see is the Image right then they look at the headline and then they look at the top of the post that's sort of the that's how 99% of people will look at your ad that's why an image is so important and it really needs to Captivate right so we hypothesize hypothesize about the combination of audience message image
variables we we believe or work together to achieve the results hypothesis right because we don't know what's going to work in the market we don't know we've Got no clue so that's why we're hypothesizing here we're going to create ads and we don't know if they're working we're going to work they're going to work we're going to give Facebook enough options to play with right to let the algorithm do the do its thing and then hope one of them sticks and we're going to show you how you can increase those chances by 10-fold right as
there is a skill to this but eventually all we have to do is test this right as there's no That's the advertising game no Advertiser will know if something works you can have great ideas you can have a lot of experience but eventually the only thing to actually see if something's going to work is to test it in the market so the only way to do this is if you have an established proof of concept right previous successes your previous successes will give you valuable Clues right so the fourth thing is testing once we've performed
the Results hypothesis and the audience message image hypothesis it's time to submit it for real life testing on the Facebook ads platform and we launch our ads and then observe results that's all we're doing we're observers of our you know of our hypothesis and then it comes with iteration and that's the last thing is when you know the testing has actually happened and once we've observed the results of our test we collect feedback From that about what worked and what didn't work and then we iterate by adjusting hypothesis if hypothesis wasn't correct we change it
around until it is right and really I you know I might be using some big words here but really what it is is basically do more of what worked less of what didn't and Facebook and will give you and using our tracking system we'll see exactly what worked and what didn't okay so DNA components of a successful Facebook campaign right so DNA the fundamental and distinctive characteristics uh or qualities of someone or something right human beings have a unique DNA plants have a have a DNA companies have a DNA right products have a DNA and
Facebook campaigns have a DNA too and we're just trying to find the correct DNA here successful Facebook campaigns contain DNA variables that work well together to produce an outcom SL result unsuccessful campaigns contain DNA variables that didn't work well together to produce an outcome SL result and just to simplify this DNA variables is really just are you finding success with your current clients right now are they sticking around are they happy and then when it comes to DNA variables for an ad you know it's the audience message image that's the the DNA of an ad
right once we have those two things hon down right and we know they work we've got the perfect Facebook DNA right so what Does this DNA look like first of all there will be a true market need problem solution what you're doing there must actually be a need for it and you and an actual problem like people must be looking for this and you should be the solution the number one solution right and the second is the audience message image variables which will be correct that's that's that's so if there's a need and most of
you will have a need if you have current clients and they're Sticking around right then you have that hon down you have a need second is and this is what we're going to test there is really the ad because once we have those two things we know that there's a problem and a need in our market and then we just need to display that on our ads right so how do we find this DNA we start with our previous success SL proof concept and if we have a if we have paying and happy this means
something is working and our Product variables are good so if you have if you have high retention your your customers are happy they pay on time right that means your product is good and it's working so we don't want to touch that now we need to work from there forward to the determine our audience message image variables and then use scientific method to test an area iterate till we find a proven winner because once we found that and that's the most amazing way on Facebook Is once we found the proven winner it's it's just growing
growing growing spending more money growing growing growing and eventually Facebook will pay for itself tfold and it'll be super easy so DNA patterns in your proof of concept forming a proof of concept is mandatory before touching the Facebook ads platform because it forces you to figure the uh figure the variables and find something that the market wants right But you want you want to actually describe this and put this put this into words as when we put this into words we can use those words on our ads right and that's a smart thing so without
a proov of concept we're Flying Blind trying to Guess The crucial variables and then we cook up some delusional audience message image some delusional ad really you know derived from an already wrong guess and that's why we want to put this into words and that's why we have the Extracting DNA patterns worksheet so this worksheet helps us extract the essential information from our proof of concept so we can use it to create some very very powerful ads as we use this for our own ads as we know some of the problems that you guys are
facing as business owners right and that's what we translate into ads as that's what really sticks okay so I'm just going to open up that right here drag it over so pause this video well actually not Pause this video I'll go through it I'll go through it in a sec I'll go through all this sheet in a second but after that you want to pause this video and fill this out and then continue Okay so we're really just going to really just I'm in this sheet we're really just going to ask you questions you should
already know so how would you describe your Market Niche who are they what demographics are they in what do they call themselves and what would others Call them right as we're going to use this to create our audience in Facebook what is their current situation what is their situation what are they in and why is their current situation so painful as your product and you have to realize this a company is made to fix a problem of a large size of people that's the only thing a company is and the better it fixes that problem
and the larger that problem is for a lot of people the more successful that company will be Right so why is that why is that situation painful and how would they describe that current situation and you should know all these answers as if you have approved concept and you have previous successes and clients you should be able to write this down without a second of thought right and how would they describe that pain you should know this from previous sales Employments and how would others describe that current situation and pain Right how would you describe
it and what is their desired situation where do they want to be do they want to lose 20 do they want to get stronger do they want to get be more confident write it down you should know this why is their desired situation better than their current situation right what is the difference here and how would they describe the design situation what have you heard from your market and how would they describe the pleasure of being in Their situation right how do they visualize it how do they dream about it and how would others describe
their desire situation people are maybe already in that desired situation how would they describe it once they've gotten there and What's blocking them what do you think are the number number uh the couple of things from achieving their desired situation as once you know this we're going to put this in our ads as once we know what's Blocking them what we're going to put in our ads is basically that we fix those things that are blocking them right if that makes any sense so how would they describe the thing that's blocking them well how would
they describe it how have they described it and how would they describe the pain and frustration this block causes causes what lies are they believing why are they believing these lies right what are what is modern day advertising and you know modern day um Stigma why are they believing these lies right maybe it's like a some sort of diet right stuff like that so just fill this out and then move back to this video okay very important okay so how to survive in Facebook's natural selection machine as you have to understand that Facebook is some
sort of an it's an evolution machine right and Facebook will kill the bad advertisers and the good advertisers will thrive on that really it is like Darwin said the strong Will Survive and I don't I don't know the exact quote but you guys would you guys understand Evolution and that's how Facebook works as well so surviving in Facebook's ecosystem so we want to make sure because the only the way that we grow through Facebook ads is giving Facebook enough options right that's the only thing I see so many gym owners and business owners they use
one ad or they you know use the same Message what Facebook wants this is what will what will get you to thrive is use their power use their algorithm as many of you may know that Facebook has the most extensive extensive um amount of data on people they know everything about everything they know what you ate for lunch yeah they know what you ate for breakfast today they know what you you know they know who you talk to yesterday they know everything right um so Facebook the only thing they Want is give us the option
to display as many different variables to these people that you want to get as customers and we'll do the rest that's what will get you to survive and that's what we'll show you how to do which we call Facebook's golden mean which we'll discuss in a second so why do people feel with Facebook ads and this is what I discussed Facebook algorithm is a natural selection machine that's constantly optimizing right now this Over the last 20 minutes that I've been talking it's been optimized a billion times use over over over a million different ads okay
it's constantly testing and optimizing this is something that you can just not imagine you can't even you can't even put this into words the machine that Facebook is right so in order to optimize the algorithm it needs varation that's how we feed it that's how we feed the algorithm because without variation the algorithm will jam And your ads will stop getting traffic and feel faster than you can imagine right I've been I've launched so many ads and I can tell usually you guys won't have this skill just yet but you will in the future but
I can tell in really a matter of a day if an ad is gone that it's going to flop right and it can flop really fast and cost you a lot of money so this is why everyone feels with Facebook ads because they don't understand this and they aren't in A program like this they just try things they boost post they just you know just they just wing it right so we want to load up Facebook's algorithm with multiple ad angles ad angles I I'm going to refer to this as a bunch as well in
this module add angles is really just a message it's the copy right so it's an just a message of the ad it isn't the image it isn't the uh it is the headline I mean really just the text and multiple ad images so that it Can optimize to find the perfect combinations for the current environment because this is how Facebook Works Facebook wants multiple messages with multiple images so it just can can pick between so okay you've got me images there we'll test it with that we'll test it with that and it'll do that a
million times before you can even blink right because it's that fast and that's why it works so well and that's why we need to feed it with with variation multiple ad Angles multiple variations of ads and multiple images right so that's because the more you do that the more Facebook can optimize and find that perfect combination which is what we're looking for right The Proven winner and that's when we because that that'll that ad will survive for a very long time and grow your business and make you a lot of money so lot of you
might be thinking but how much variation and we've got the Answer for especially for this industry and we call this Facebook's golden mean Facebook's golden mean is a term we use to describe the perfect balance of variation required to launch a campaign in this industry and it starts with one audience one audience which is usually just your key demographic and the key radius around your facility it needs five add angles five messages five copies and it wants three to four Images per unique ad angle so we're going to Feed Facebook with if you do the
math really quick 15 to 20 variations and that's more than enough for you to get a couple leads and a bunch of members right as that's the only thing we're trying to do is we're trying to get a as many quality leads to send them through the high level process and get them into the gym so you can sell them right and this is the golden mean that you want to start with the more even the better you know but you Know it is Facebook does you know require funds the more your VAR the more
variation you have right so obviously if you have 100 AD angles and 2,000 pictures you're obviously guarant you're going to be have a guaranteed success but you guys don't have $100,000 a month to spend on Facebook ads which is completely understandable right but this is kind of The Benchmark so and this gives us more than enough variation to start generating Leads and appointments that's it this is Facebook called keep it in mind all right the basics of copyrighting and direct response the the person in the background that's DAV ogi some of you might have heard
of him he's practically the person who um invented direct response really the sort of the ads that we see today online is direct response he's practically what he invented this when internet wasn't even a thing right and he was the CEO of ogal VM ma one of one of still one of the largest marketing agencies in the world right now now um you can learn a lot from him because copywriting what is copywriting and what ises direct response really copywriting is as some of you may know is really the Art and Science of writing copy
words used on web pages ads promotional materials Etc it's the message you see in ads it's the it's the text you see on websites it's the text you see on in the newspaper Right that's all copywriting it's writing okay and copywriting is something that sells your product or service and convinces prospective customers to take action that's all that copywriting does it has to convince someone as they're not in they're not convinced yet the copy will do that and copywriting is simply salesmanship in print as David ogy was a salesperson before he started his advertising HD
and that why that's why he was so successful He was a doorto door salesperson and then he turns to advertising and he simply put into words what he already was doing um he put uh he put on text what he was already doing in with words right and that's copyrighting and he invented direct response honestly direct response marketing is a type of marketing that elicits a specific message response from a person to an ad right this is done through ads that make a specific offer To a specific type of person right the ads contain a
strong call Action that is measurable so that feedback can be collected and adjustments made right a simple example is Facebook ads right with a simple click and a funnel and an opin page H that's the that's that's really direct response right as you get immediate feedback and you can actually track that feedback and tv ads are more a traditional form of advertising as you can spend $100,000 on TV yet and grow Your business but you'll never know 100% sure you'll never be 100% sure if that $100,000 on TV ads actually made you any money as
is is as it isn't trackable direct response allows you to only show your ads to the right amount of people right within a TV ad or a newspaper everyone's going to see it even people who don't care right and direct response you'll actually get a direct response that you can track and it's such a better form of advertising especially For this industry right General branding versus direct response advertising so on the left is General branding advertising Coca-Cola right it's really just putting your name out there as much as possible and I'm not saying that this
doesn't work but I'm saying that you need a lot of money to make this happen and you'll never know 100% for sure if your ads your general branding will make you any money so that's why we switch to direct Advertising which is an Facebook ad and a Google ad right as we'll get direct response from that you need a much lesser budget and we found that it works best especially in this day and age okay so the basics of direct response advertising it's trackable that is when someone responds you know which an ad which um
you know you know which ad and which media was responsible for generating the Response right that's why direct respon direct response so amazing and Facebook ads as you'll know exactly what has made you money right you'll know exactly you can track it so that's why it's so amazing and in our case with Facebook ads we track everything so that we have this covered we track everything as as knowing your numbers will make you a lot of money and it's measurable since you know which ads are being responded to and how many Leads appointments and sales
you've received from each and every one you can measure exactly how effective each ad is you then drop or change ads that are not giving you the return on investment and that's how we scale and that's how we really you know keep our profit as high as possible as we just kill the ads that aren't making a money and this is why we have key performance indicators right because it uses uh it uses compelling headlines in copy direct response Marketing has a compelling message which will show you how to make and we'll give you as
well of a strong interest to your uh to your little sming mistake that to your prospect it uses attention grabbing headlines with strong sales copy that is salesmanship in print right it t it also targets a specific audience or Niche right and that's really sort of the people that we're looking for you the people that are Looking to change their lives because what that really means is prospects really just within specific vertical right Geographic zones or Niche markets right and that's really just for you guys you can probably tell you probably know what your Market
is what your specific audience is it really usually is you know a certain age R age range might be a specific gender um and it's definitely you know only in a specific sort of area okay Okay so and just to give you a good example actually for me going back as well our specific audience is gym owners you know they've got a key set of problems they're you know Geographic zones they're usually they're really all over the world but we really only you know help certain countries and that's how our audience Works your audience will
be different but just to give you an example so you can understand right So it makes a specific offer as well so it isn't just brand advertising like you see with Coca-Cola just you know just like just putting us out there or like McDonald's or billboard or something like that a direct response is an offer a specific offer like a free trial because usually the ad makes a spe specific value packed offer often the aim is not necessarily to sell anything from the ad but simply get the prospect to take the next action such as
a free Trial right we're not our purpose is not to sell them immediately on an ad it's simply not possible and especially not in this industry right our purpose is really just to get them to click okay and that's an that's an action and it Demands a response direct response advertising has a call to action compelling the prospect to do something specific right which is Click link or press a button it also includes a means of response and capture of these Responses right and that's how we track it and that's how we use fuddles or
lead forms which will show you how to set up as well if you don't know what that means don't worry that's fine we'll show you um but if you do you know it's good for you so now we're going to create our first ad using our advertising Vault and resources so the first couple of resources I want to give you and these are not necessary for you to continue This module but if you have some time and if you really are sort of a go-getter I I recommend getting these books um the first book is
OG on Advertising by David Ogie by reading that book it'll change your life it'll make make you understand advertising for what it truly is another one is scientific advertising by Claude Hopkins and an amazing book and how and this is where we get our scientific method from it's what we've put in the program this Is where we learned it from so very good read and then breakthrough advertising which is the best book I've ever read not only on Advertising but just in general but bear in mind breakthrough advertising is a $400 book but if you
have the funds I recommend getting it as it will change your life when it comes to the advertising he it's I can't even put it into words it's such a great book okay so advertising and copyrighting resources so we've we've formed a very You know a very extensive list of resources so you guys can really kill it with Facebook ads um and let's just go down the list right now so we've gotten a collection of the best ads we've ever run for clients on Facebook and we call it the 500k Facebook advertising fault as we
spent over $500,000 on these ads that we're going to give you so I'm just going to go there right now and show you what that is so we've given you Pro 36 pages of proven ads with the with the With the image with the copy with the headline so this work you don't have to do and we've even gotten ads for specific niches and specific franchises we've got one for kickboxing for boxing Anytime Fitness Yoga the bar Studios KRA mcar Orange Theory personal training cycle bar f45 right and we've got 10 General ads which basically
every one of you can use and edit to suit your business so you can copy and paste these and it'll definitely work but what I Recommend is really just go over these ads and use different parts of ads especially in the general and form your own ad as you know you can't copy and paste these ads you know from you know copy paste because there's definitely some things you have to edit but just look at these ads as the basis works for these ads okay we've tested these don't so don't you know you want to
keep in mind that whatever sort of bias you have or whatever you feel towards these ad Just know that they have worked and that they still work okay um and this will be basically your Vault that you'll be able to use for years um as all of these ads have worked tremendously well for our clients and they'll make you a lot of a lot of money okay so all right I'll show you how to use that in a second but just so you know this is probably you you'll probably won't find any other program that
will give you this much resources when it Comes to just ads just a simple ad um but really we really went above and beyond because we want you guys to be original and we want you guys to have amazing adver advertising advertisements right so you know you can copy and paste it edit to suit your business what you can do is take different parts from different ads and create your own that's up to you okay moving back into the PowerPoint so we've also got another research is which how to spy on your Competitors as you'll
probably have a competitors around the around the corner that might be doing better than you maybe not um but you might be interested in you know what are what are they what ads are they running as Facebook right now from recording this video doesn't actually give you the option anymore to see what a company runs for ads but there is a turnaround that a lot of people don't know some of you might do so then you know you can skip ahead to This on this video but if you don't follow me so if you follow
the link in the PowerPoint and you go to facebook.com/ slads library you'll be able to find exactly what every single page on Facebook is running so I'm just going to press in for example nine round and uh the franchise page and you'll be able to see exactly they're not running any ads in the Netherlands which is understandable as we don't actually have any rounds Here um let me just quickly go back to nine round right there go to the states and Bam you can see that right now they're running 190 ads and you can see
exactly when they started running their ads what the ads are you can see the copy the funnel it leads to right everything okay and you can do this for your competitors you can do this to get inspiration you can even do this to copy a little bit I wouldn't recommend copying ads but take Inspiration right um and you can do this for anything I'm just going to type in say for CrossFit for example probably give you a bunch of independent crossfits CrossFit inv Victors for instance and Bam they're running 52 ads so if you're a
CrossFit and you know you don't think this is enough which trust me it is and you just want to see okay but I kind of want to see what other very successful CrossFit gyms are running use this tool It's an amazing tool and'll help you out a lot you can see what images they're running you know what office they're running what copy they're running and a good thing as well is if they're running have been running their ads for a long time usually they work as this ad has been started on uh has been running
on for almost a month now you'll probably know okay there's probably some Essence to this and probably works a little bit as people would be crazy to run an ad For a month if it doesn't work right okay use that we've also got a proven Facebook ad images swipe file just to give you a feel I do not want you to copy the you need to use your own images that's a absolute must okay but is an amazing way to kind of get to get a feel for what images you should really use and we'll
get into that in a little bit later in this video um but I'll just show you the resources right now so the proven Facebook ads images swipe F so we've got 23 pages of just pictures that we have used in the past and we do not want you to copy these but just to give you a nice feel of ads AD pictures that have worked because you want to look in your own sort of Photo Vault and try to look for similarities and really what works it's very simple is pictures of your gym pictures with
people pictures with uh people smiling right you know a lot of you might be very enthusiastic about the Way your gym looks but people do not care what people want to see is what they see on Facebook anyway as that's the reason they're on Facebook which is people smiling the perfect combination is probably group photos with men and women or you know double photo uh or a photo with a girl and a guy in there smiling preferably right and if you're doing gender specific then obviously a photo with a couple of girls in there or
a couple of guys in there is obviously But real photos Okay like this worked incredibly well and you can see some stock images here as well as you know we don't recommend you using stock images but sometimes they do work this picture worked incredibly well you can see it's just a simple picture of people real people people in the gym this as well this as well stuff like this okay and if you're not sure what ads what images to use trust I'll uh I'll show you what to do in a second all right then the
other Thing is the Facebook audience angles and images this is basically where you'll have all your all your ads in one place and you'll know exactly which ads have worked which you're testing right now and all nice and one place that you can share with your team um as this is how we track okay and we'll cover and we'll show you how to use this in the second as well but this sheet right here which is also available all these things are available by the way guys in the Download section below um and we'll probably
leave some links there too so this is where we will put our audiences so the specific audiences that we choose to advertise to on Facebook and you can see we've got four sections here which is basically ideas you don't want to touch this just yet we'll cover that in later videos but this is kind of how we track all this as we'll have ideas and we'll have you know times that will be testing certain audiences right with Different variables right size the results the name then we'll know if they're proven and if they're failing angles
the same right headline the body copy the description the image we have an ideas one a testing one a proven one and a failed one and this is how we keep track of everything this is an amazing sheet I use this myself to this day and I recommend you use this as well for all your future ad copy and AD okay so move back into the PowerPoint and this is the probably the most valuable feature that you'll have for live which is have your ads kri by our very old marketing team what you can do
is once you finished an ad is send it over our way preferably with you know copy and you know really just finished and also the picture with on there and also the headline headline idea that you have and send it our away as what we'll actually do is I'll send that over or you know uh what we'll do is as we have A marketing team ourselves that knows how to Market that knows Facebook ads that knows what will work you know to an extent and we'll review Those ads for you and we'll give you um
we'll give you pointers we'll give you we'll show you what you should change we'll show you you know it's just an amazing feature to have that's in your that's in your sort of toolbox so you want to make sure that you use that so for every new app that you are preparing to launch or for any New ad idea or you're writing copy yourself or you know you're creating ads from using oura send it our way and let us critique it for you okay and we'll give you the go-ahead once the ad once we feel
like the ad is ready to go so these are all available in the download section below so now we're going to create five ads as I've told you we need five add angles right because you know step one is really create five add angles so I'm going to show you where You can start with this all right so you can go what we're going to do is we're going to start in angle ideas as we're not testing these right now we don't know if they're proven and we don't know if they're filled yet you don't
want to touch audiences we'll cover that in later videos we're just going to start with ideas all right and what you want to do is you can you know write this all up yourself if if you really feel like you're um you know Master copyright Copyrighted but what I recommend doing is just going to your certain Niche or going to General and you know copying one copy copy an ad here um you know you want to make sure that you make a copy of this and so you can edit this around just edit this around
to suit your business right if you're not doing a free week but a 10day free trial change that you know you want to to make you know you want to add all these things and once that's finished You're just going to want to copy that copy go to Facebook and then add that to the first tab bam you want to add the headline that you're going to use as well right so you're going to want to edit this around and just going to want to create ads that Su your business guys or originality is key
here so don't be afraid to edit things around a little bit okay maybe add an extra couple of bullet points you know with an extra Couple of features that you have that you really want to add because you know um from your clients that they love it and you know that people need it right see this is how this is how it all works and this is why we had you do that worksheet in the um earlier this video as this is what that's what we'll use to create these ads and you can use all
these ads as basis so say we just use this headline we'll add the headline right Here description no description for this one and then images will do in a second and you're just going to want to do this for five all right so we just created one say we're in nine round say I'm I'm a dummy n round and I've just edit this and finished this to sue my business right that's the second right um that's our Headline see if we had a description for that one no description and you're going to want to do
this for five so you're going to have five different copies with this with a one with one headline right usually the headlines that we guys give you are usually fine which usually just presing the offer which is completely fine so just get get yourself some copies and if you're unboxing go to Anytime Fitness copy as well yoga ones as well caraga and just form and out of Your own and the general ones as well those are really good really good usually most of you 99% of you guys will be able to use it we have
for personal training you can edit it to your personal training for Group Training you know open classes anything an open gym this these ads will work for any of you um as long as you edit it to suit your business right and you're just going to want to do this five times so five copies so you're Going to want to pause this video and do this until you have have I'm just going to copy this just uh and do this until you have oh this one has a news feed description as you can see and
guys freedom is up here to for you as well if you do want a news Fe description for all the ones just make one or choose one that you like and add them right and send them away let a screw chica that's what we're here for we're Here to help you guys all right so um yeah just do this five times and have five copies here put them in the ideas as what we're going to do um so you understand what we use here say we run all these five right we're going to put these
five right we're going to copy this so we're going to copy this we're going to run or we're only going to test two right we're going to copy and paste it into testing right These two um if I actually copy them I don't know PC is acting up a little bit but I'll just show you what to do um yeah all right so you're just going to want to copy them and then add the add the ones that you're testing the ones that you're actually going to test in the future right you don't have to
do that right now and then once you've tested them and you find that only one works your adoms are proven and you'll add the use the Other one that you were testing to fail and this is how you know you know which and this is how you'll know okay these type of ads work really well these type of ads I really need to stay clear of and this is how we build our advertising skill and this is how we're going to make a lot of money guys so move back into the PowerPoint and we're going
to go to step two which is finding three to four images for each ad angle so look at your five ad angles and think about what Images would work with them right to help you come up with image ideas I've provided you with the following resources which is the 500k Facebook advertising fault which will show images as well the proven Facebook ad images swipe file and the Facebook ads Library where you can look at other people's ads right so go run gyms that you know that you know are successful look at look at ads that
they've been running for a very long time look at the pictures they're Using right so you can form ideas for your own pictures and this is an image tip use high quality images of your facility and with people people is a massive thing people people love looking at people right people love looking at other people and Facebook loves it when you put people in there as well don't put a picture of an empty gym guys it's the biggest mistake you can ever make and the last thing we want is our ad to look like it
is an ad right it should Just be a bland it should just be a picture like a pictures that you see on Facebook pictures that you like yourself that's what your ads should look like they your ads should not look like that look like ads right it should look like a post done by a friend because that's what Facebook is for don't modify your images by putting text borders buttons Etc on them just make it a normal picture that you see on Facebook that people look for on Facebook right Pictures make it look like a
picture that a friend would post that's why group photos are so great make them natural SLP personal and include you or you with people or just your gym members right and avoid using stock photos and lame looking of fake corporate images there are definitely some stock phot images that work though or franchise delivered pictures I know a lot of franchise deliver a lot of high quality pictures that we've definitely seen work In the past um but that's why you got have us because if you're not sure about your pictures drop them in the Facebook group
and let us review them right um and what you're going to need is we need three to four images for all five add angles right for all five add angles and you can have some overlap right some can just fit both ads which is completely fine but only if the images are still relevant to the add angle so you can get by with 10 images spread across all five If they work right with each other but get at least four images or three to four images okay and you know help them put uh put them
in the Facebook group we love to see that and once you've found all your images you want to upload them to the Facebook audience angles and images sheet which I just showed you because then you'll have everything nice and organized in one place right you'll know what has worked you know what hasn't because then once you have proven Ads you can see exactly what pictures work that you can use for maybe New ads you'll see exactly what copy um has worked so you can create new copy based on the copy that has worked right and
