How to Create an E-Book in Just a Few Hours | Fast, Easy, Free

hey my Killa here and I'm excited to have you watch this training I'm about to do because if you were like the majority of people out there and you're in business whether that sales you've got your own company or your ministry typically the number one thing that people need in their business are more people to talk to slash leads right and there are different ways to generate leads there's different things too that are out there but I'm gonna show you one that has worked extremely well for me for years and it's not as hard as

a lot of people think about or think it is and that is using a book as a quote-unquote lead magnet okay all right so stop right there and I don't want you to I want you to take a deep breath because I just said doing a book okay most of the people don't understand how easy it is in today's day and age in this technology to create a book or a giveaway or a PDF whatever you want to call it to become a lead magnet to generate more leads and it's not as hard as you

might think I'm just going to emphasize that it's not as hard and what I'm about to do is show you the process that I did I've done this multiple times I was fascinated by it when I learned about it and it really really made sense and and I'm gonna walk you through one that I've done I've done a handful but I'm gonna I'm going to touch on one that has been very very successful and that is a book that I wrote called network marketing made easy okay now the reason I wrote it the road network

marketing made easy is I have been in the network marketing space for 20-plus years very successfully you know seven-figure earner you know done very very well okay so it is what it that's my quick intro you probably know who I am already potentially but what I want to show you is how I created this book why I created it how I put it together and how you can do it too and it's and again like I emphasize it's not as hard as you think and it doesn't have to be as perfect as you may think

but the but the potential that you you know what you can generate from it it totally exceeds anything that you would have to do to get a learning curve on this okay so let me go ahead and get started and show you what I'm talking about how I put this together and made it so easy to do and why it's produced results and how you can - okay so let me just jump into this okay so the first thing that I did was I came up with the idea based on I wanted to write a

book because I also understood learning some things and you probably are aware of this that if you have a book of some kind published naturally it comes with you have just separated yourself to become put yourself in a position of authority okay and people search out people with authority they it adds credibility it adds influence it adds your ability to communicate people with people better and and it just broad it gives you a broad broad spectrum of people that will be attracted to you I guess you could say by putting that out there okay now

when I first began to do this what I did is I thought about my my target market who who was I trying to reach what was it ultimately going to do and one of the first things I wanted to do was I wanted to educate okay I wanted to educate and entertain in the fact that I wanted to first and foremost on what most books are for especially like a business book is to add value to that person that you're talking to so I wanted to make sure that I added some value to that now

the thing is I am NOT a writer in any stretch of the imagination and I mean you're lucky to get me to write a text in most cases most of the blogs that I write or take a little while to do and things like that but what I what I learned and this is the shortcut to creating a good book and good content is that it doesn't have to be 200 pages long it had it doesn't have to be 500 thousand words or anything like that it can be very short and very abbreviated and I'm

gonna show you exactly how I did that okay so if if you've never done this just follow me through this this this you know this training and then you can kind of go back and watch it again and maybe decide or you can you know I think I have I have a course on this to show you every step of the way to break it down that you can go through and you know see each part you know in a little more detail make it a little easier to understand each part but I want to

just kind of give you an overview okay so the first thing I want to show you is when I got the idea that I wanted to write a book I wanted to create some kind of authority you know to add more value to put myself up one more notch that kind of thing because when you have a book published in a lot of cases especially if you can get it posted on Amazon which is very easy to do by the way it adds a I said Authority and credibility but you will pop up in search

engines much much easier okay so so that's kind of important now let me show you the final work of my book that I put on on Amazon okay and then I'll go through how this happened what's nice about post putting a book on Amazon and understand this is not a physical book this is a digital Kindle book okay it's a Kindle Kindle created book slash PDF that I that I put on here now when I put it on Amazon the one thing that I wanted is I wanted the keywords ranking me which were network marketing

five easy steps so it was it you know network marketing pro all came on here but the most important thing of me putting my book on Amazon was not to sell my book and I'll show you why because in any Kindle book online if you click on the picture it says look inside and you can actually get her introduction to it right so there's the book cover and things like that but what is really really cool was when you do that on the first page or two what I did is I put information bios about

myself by Mike Healey the thing is you'll notice when my mouse goes over it it's actually a hyperlink and if somebody clicks on by Mike Healey if they click on Mike Healey it will automatically take them to my about page because I put a hyperlink in the book and it goes through and they can see pictures of my family but they're on my they're on my blog page and they're now seeing all the different things about about me okay before they even purchased it if they go through here and get free meal training my author

page my YouTube channel I can send them if they clicked on my Facebook fan page that's where they're gonna go they're gonna go directly to my Facebook fan page okay so so anyhow so the purpose of this so I didn't even I don't even care if somebody ever buys my book if there's perusing through network marketing type books and they're looking and they open it up they've then clicked on here on here now you can put any link on here you can put what's cool is you can hyperlink images on here and so on which

is which is pretty amazing so so I just wanted to show you that because that's kind of the cool thing and one other thing I want to brag about is I've also published books for other people like I book for Maurice Clarett who you know helped win the national championship for the Buckeyes you can see my name right next to his oops there it is right there I basically went through and I put the whole book together created in his cover and things like that and he you know he's he's since then he's got a

copy printed and he doesn't want to go through seminars this is a lot of people have read this book and so on and a lot of people have purchased the book so it's kind of cool that Daddy exists okay so let's get to the let's get to the how-to of how I put my book together in the first place and how it's not as hard as you think it might be okay so what I wanted to do like I said I wanted to add value and again I mentioned that I'm not a writer and you

might not be as well as well and I wanted to figure out how I could write a book real quick okay so so what I figured out that I could do is I like to do videos okay I like to talk and there's more than likely it's it's I I talk faster than I type is what I did is I understood that that was my strength and I wanted to play on that versus trying to figure out something that was gonna take me way too long and you know a waste of time and then I'd

probably get burned out and I would never finish my book so what I did is a long time ago I created on you to my youtube channel I created a series of training videos it was basically my whole career has been based around I created a five step formula of prospect contact present follow-up and repeat rate prospect contact present follow-up and repeat and these were the five steps that I've done from day one from twenty years ago to build huge organizations and what I did was I created a YouTube video based on each each point

okay so the first video was you know an intro I actually made an intro video to it and I explained what they were about to learn in the five-part series then the first video I did was I'm looking at it as 3 minutes and 49 seconds long and it was on prospecting the second video was you know on contacting people which is five minutes long presenting the people was four minutes long and so on okay so so I made the videos and you can kind of see over here they you know they've got over 500

plus views on each one so I knew there was a target market for the keywords and the titles that I was putting in there so now that I had those videos done I had basically told exactly what I had spoken it out what I exactly wanted to put in my book okay now this is what what why do I love technology and why it's so easy to do this what I then did is I went to a service called Fiverr fiverr.com fi ve RR dot-com now if you never heard of it you can get anything

done for five dollars on this this this thing right here in fact if you clicked on graphic design digital marketing it will give you all of these things that you can do now what I wanted to do is I wanted to have somebody transcribe my audio to text and put it in a word document for me so that I can pretty much just copy and paste it and make a chapter so if you were if you look at my book that I wrote each video became a chapter that was that was written and it was

a few hundred words long so my book for all you know I had probably I don't know 5000 or so words that were spoken because I can talk pretty fast when I'm going and all you have to do to use this this is you go to Fiverr and you can type in transcription service you can type in anything that you want done for $5.00 now I've used this lady multiple times her name is Gabby Gabby Caston Castaing castaigne and I've used her multiple time so so what I did is I go on here to Fiverr

for $5.00 she'll chill transcribe 10 minutes worth of audio so most of my videos those 5 videos they were only like 5 minutes long so I gave her the five you know five bucks because it was gonna be 10 minutes if I wanted and I gave her the video and then usually within a couple days she had all of all of the text free out and she transcribed the entire thing and then emailed me back to word document and she's so good she actually takes out the us and the ahhs and the pauses and all

that and really has great grammar with it and does almost a little tiny editing for me which is really awesome so what I did is I basically paid her five dollars for each of the videos now if I had a bunch of them I might buy I might total up the time of all of them and left its you know 25 total minutes then you can pay or fight all you know twenty ten dollars and for ten bucks they basically got an entire book written without having to go out there and type it up to

type it out myself okay so then what I did is I took the word document and I basically formatted it you know I basically made it into into into the book okay and and you can get the you can check out the training I do on the details of this but I just want let me keep going here because I want to show you what else I did with it so what I did then is I then uploaded it on Amazon I created what they call Kindle publishing account it's free you can put it on

there and I you know made that now you can also get your graphics done on Fiverr you can get a book cover done or you could go to canva and use that that's the the service I've mentioned before and my train you can go make one yourself and put it together on there and now you've got your you've got your cover you've got your your your inside of your book you can add some photos if you want to it it's really really remarkable okay so what I did is I published this book I put it

on Amazon and now it increased some influence and I actually got some people that bought the book and you know became you know now that they bought the book they went through the book they enjoyed it they looked me up on Facebook that connected with me they looked at my YouTube channel and so on and there are places on my youtube channel where I mentioned this book and other books that I've written that people go either to Amazon or so on and get them now let me show you what else I did with the book

so now that the book was done I could you could go get it printed or anything like that if you wanted to what I realized that I had this awesome piece of content now that I could use as back to the original thing I talked about I could use now as a lead magnet and do it a little more aggressively okay so what I did is I created what they call a landing page a landing page is just a single page that that offers a kind of a quid pro quo of if I'm gonna give

you something if you're gonna give me your email address you know your name an email address so that I can begin to communicate with you so I'm going to give you something of value that you can now that you're gonna you know you're gonna get more than you expected for this free thing so that I can begin a process of communicating with you because let's say ultimately I'm looking for leads to join my network marketing business and and I've used multiple books like I said to do this differently and to build you know a big

database and so on okay so so so what I did then is I went in and I I made this I had this page I made this page and it's very easy I have a training on how to how to make the landing pages and so on that that goes through it it's so easy it's not even funny I had the image made on Fiverr you know God got that done and really I just put a little bit of text in here and the download now button if somebody clicks on it it basically all I'm

asking for is just their email address and if they put their email address in here and it click free instant access boom they are now part of my my my list I guess you could say my my organization I get my list that I'm gonna be able to communicate with them now what I've also done with this book is I took I took the book and I have everything in it but but what I did to to add more value to what they delivered as I told them and promised them that I was just gonna

add a book to them and give them a book that they could they could read whenever they wanted and that's why I kept it real simple and real easy and gave them lots of value in this book and throughout the book there's links and so on but now that they've entered or join my email list the other thing I do as I send them a sequential series of training new videos that I made very very short videos that I made regarding the content of the book because again like I say I like to talk you

know better than I type so they got the book that they can look at but now in the email I said hey as an added bonus I'm gonna send you excuse me a five five videos that go along with the five steps and it wasn't the ones that I did I read I redid him and made him real real short I just took my I took my my phone you know like this and I just sat it here on my desk and I said hey Mike Hill here thanks I really appreciate you watching this I

wanted to kind of give you a little you know advanced stuff on the on the book that we talked about and let me give you the first step in a video format that we can maybe we can have a little more rapport and so what I'm doing is I'm building a relationship with somebody by talking to them constantly and by using the book that way I was a I was you know to add that extra steps I added way more value than just a free opt-in and get a book and you know whatever and understand

that this book could be a recipe book it could be a calendar it could be just say a PDF and so on okay it can be anything if you do it now here's where I also I wanted to show you a couple other things to kind of advance on this and then I'll bring it all together make this Oakley you're following me because this is good stuff is the next thing I did is I created we're gonna go to my blog page who is Mike Healy calm which is turning into Mike Healy training calm but

what I did is okay I mean I'm gonna go here to a blog post I wrote five easy steps to building a large sales force how I build a team with three thousand two hundred thirty seven people that generated forty two thousand nine hundred eighty six customers okay and I wrote this blog post basically it was believe it or not this blog post was written from the transcript of another audio training I did I did an audio training conference call that was recorded and I just sent this to Gabby on Fiverr and had her transcribe

it it then became repurposed as a I used the audio I put it on SoundCloud so somebody could follow along there I put it on YouTube has made a video on that and I'll show you I got another training video I don't want to get into that on repurposing stuff okay which you've already seen but then what I did is I scroll all the way through this at the very very bottom I believe it's I think it's on this one if somebody Scrolls all the way through this this is all this is transcribed transcription boom

there it is right there at the very bottom I'm offering this rich and energy a book that I created there but I'm also offering that network marketing book and if they click on and guess where they go they go there to download it so I've added value by using a piece of content a blog post out there that's promoting some stuff that they can read but then I'm giving them the option to opt opt in now the other thing that I did is let me go to my Facebook page is now that I had a

book created and I had something that was going to be an opt-in that was gonna be a direct lead magnet I created a post now on my Facebook it says let me blow this up for you attention network marketers ready to grow your MLM check free book download parentheses get a free copy of my book network marketing made easy and it I'll teach you the formula would help me sponsor eleven hundred plus personal reps and build multiple teams and multiple companies in the tens of thousands pretty simple book stands out because of this image stands

out because of the book in the cover and then right here giant free book download now I ran a Facebook add to that and check out what happened here okay organically 1694 people saw it and paid traffic was thirty five thousand five hundred eighty eight and I believe I only spent maybe thirty dollars to promote that book maybe thirty dollars but here's what's cool look how many likes I got on this thing two hundred and almost three hundred and more importantly fifty five shares fifty five shares literally is traffic that I didn't pay for people

liked it they read the comment you know they went through the comments like this lady it won't let me download so I said okay you know she was trying to download the book itself but she didn't realize she had to opt-in to get it okay and then people people commented on it okay so what I did if you if we're gonna miss if there was any tabs open that I needed to go through I think I got it so ultimately in in a simple form of what I did is I I took my videos I

spoke it out very simply and you could like I mentioned a second ago you could you can do it as a conference call you could you know you could record a conference call if you do a live presentation have somebody take a little recorder and record yourself and then I sent it over to my girl Gabby at Fiverr for five bucks how to trap transcribe it you know it might cost you 20 or 30 bucks whoop-dee-doo and then I just format it was just a Word document that I saved as a PDF okay you can

just when you're saving your Word document just make a PDF you can have the image that the cover made on Fiverr if you'd like or you can go to canva.com or neither graphics design things that i've showed you before showing you before and then i did upload it I figured out how to put it on as a Kindle on on you know on Amazon which put it up and you know fate rankings gave authority there and then I then I figured out I can repurpose that again I don't care if people buy it on Amazon

but I have it now you as a usable thing that I can that I can use as a lead magnet to generate more leads to talk to okay so I know I want to I kind of went a little long how long did I go on here about 20-some minutes on this but I'm telling you if you follow along with with how simple this is and if you if you get you know if you're part of the the trainings that I do either through the lab or if you're going to my Mike Healey training comm

site and you see some of the stuff that I trained on there my youtube channel as well you're gonna see that I bigger that a lot of this stuff out and it's been very very effective and it's worked work great okay and I'm continually alarming just fascinated with this stuff and hope you've learned hopefully you've learned some too and you can and you can apply this okay so what I'd recommend is I think it's a course that I have or you can look around I might even have it on some of the other videos that

you can go and you can figure out how to do some of this stuff and I'll show you how to break down each segment of it so that you can you know get this done really quick but I wanted to show you a lot of this ahead of time so if you already know how to do this thing you can go out there and do it yourself but you know again thanks again for watching I really appreciate your time and attention and hey if you'll do today what others won't you will live tomorrow like others
