Jaguar Wright has just revealed how Diddy caught AIDS after being involved in 20 different men while in jail and reports are coming in that Diddy is crying and yelling to be leted out former inmates and wardens from the Metropolitan Detention Center have all confirmed that Diddy's life is in danger could have that opportunity just like everybody else I me he actually caught HIV like having like a lot women oh yeah let's just go down the rabbit hole of all of his F I'm just I'm just saying I'm just say you want to know what's wild
about that though he faced that head up he did and he didn't stop and he didn't stop doing what he's done he Advocate now he did do that and like I it listen to me he he faced that head up how many dudes is running around undetectable G come on in the game man cuz I could tell you 20 right now that I could name r off names and would nobody be able to sue me wait wait please name him cuz we need to things that I'll be discussing on the Jaguar right show from here
on out shout out Jaguar right show but yeah no we need and rampant violence how bad is it inside this Federal lockup there have been two murders four suicides and numerous stabbings and lockdowns in recent years it's so out of control inside that four federal judges are reportedly refusing to send any more prisoners here Donald Trump's former fixer Michael Cohen spent a harrowing year in federal custody he says for someone used to a life of luxury like Diddy prison life is a severe shock you have a desk you have a plastic chair you have your
bed with a 1 and 1/2 in mattress no pillow and you also have a locker so you basically have 3 ft by 5 ft to move around so you have a basic 15 Square ft it is a horrible horrible Place Diddy's lawyers were so eager to keep him out of jail they offered his palacial $48 million home in Miami Beach and his private jets as bail today they are even offering to restrict female visitors to his homes except for his mother daughters and the mothers of his children if he is released they told the judge
the jail he was being sent to is Dreadful dirty inhuman and an ongoing tragedy how's your dad doing how's your dad doing family members appeared somber as they arrived at federal court in Manhattan today in another attempt to get out on bail the judge cited Diddy's history of violent temper and potential intimidation of witnesses as reasons for keeping him behind bars Diddy's former Protegé singer aubre OD day is celebrating Diddy's downfall today I feel validated a win for women all over the world Holmes has pled not guilty those were the only words he ordered in
court yesterday the conditions were where Diddy is being held are horrible and Diddy is having a hard time adjusting he is scared of being sent out into gen pop because of what other inmates might do to him and even the warden has said that Diddy is most likely going to be a Target inmates looking to make a name for themselves and earn some street cred are the ones most likely to come after Diddy according to the former Warden at the MDC Cameron Lindsay Diddy will be a Target no matter which prison he is sent to
coms isn't the only famous inmate to be housed there we had Sam bakman freed there R Kelly gilain Maxwell they were all inmates there um Sean combes is being kept away from the general inmate population you say his Fame makes him a Target yeah sure and and not necessarily at the MDC only I mean anywhere yes in my humble estimation his life his safety is in Jeopardy in any Correctional lockup right now um he it if it is true as reported that he is housed in the special housing unit it's important to note that the
special housing unit is a is a lock down 24-hour lockdown unit um the MDC Brooklyn is a highrise the vast majority of the floors are general population floors but the special housing unit is a 24-hour lockdown facility so this is for Mr com's protection um his incredible worldwide celebrity combined with with the allegations the charges now and indictment of course of acts of violence against women make him a very attractive Target soly they need to safeguard him this is a man accustomed to the very finest he was arrested at the Park Hyatt Hotel in New
York City known for its luxury suets and exceptional food and wine where one-bedroom Suites start at $3,000 a night he was probably staying in something larger what is life like for him now at the MDC I would say 100% total culture shock um the MDC is I've used the word Oster a lot but but it is it's aere it's strict it's impersonal it's cold um and and it is a very tough place to be detained an ex-inmate who was held at the MDC has also weighed in and said that several inmates are lining up to
take a shot at Diddy the first chance they get PES get raped in prison and even killed this is the same prison where Jeffrey Epstein died and there's a good chance that Diddy might get hurt too right now Diddy is being held in protective custody where he spends over 23 hours under supervision he Diddy had a breakdown or meltdown over the holidays when he is still at MDC Behind Bars what do you make of those reports could he have had this meltdown I believe the reports and obviously Diddy is someone who's rich and famous and
has lived a life of luxury for many years and now he's in federal prison during the holidays so this isn't someone who's a hardened Criminal Who has spent a lot of time in custody so the fact that he's spending Christmas and new years's and future holidays in prison is probably finally getting to him so I'm not surprised that he cracked you're right it's definitely a change of tune from his lavish mansions and the holiday season to what he's experiencing right now as far as the mental health side of things I remember when Diddy was first
arrested he was put on suicide watch so obviously keeping tabs on his mental health here in this instance he apparently was asking for the guards to take him to the hospital so he could be treated there is this something that we're going to keep an eye on Diddy's mental health behind bars I think so and obviously you know we haven't seen him but your colleague Elizabeth has reported that you know he looks like he's lost some weight and he has some more gray and white hair I think it's taken a toll on him and I
think that he expected for some reason that he would be out on Bond and obviously that hasn't happened there were three different bail applications that were denied by three different judges and ultimately they withdrew their appeal so now that it's hitting him that did is going to be in custody at least until May 2025 I think is just having a tough time coming to terms with it because like you said here's someone that a multiple private Jets you know homes in New York Miami uh Los Angeles and all of a sudden his only home is
his prison cell and he's not getting the Christmas dinner with his family that he had and we all saw the video of him having to spend his birthday in prison as well the Metropolitan Detention Center where Diddy is being held is considered to be one of the worst detention centers for criminals like Diddy Diddy isn't a hardened criminal but he has been sent to live with some incredibly dangerous people originally Diddy thought that he would only be staying for a week or two but now after Diddy's bail has been denied three different times he looks
like he's going to be behind bars for at least the next 5 months until his trial in May there's no VIP section there is no concierge only conmen killers and kingpins MDC is so bad federal judges have question the harsh conditions for those here a waiting trial so bad I was here two years ago during a cold spell reporting on detainees with no heat pounding on Windows for help there was even a congressional inquiry but take the word of a former inmate I spoke with who goes by Esco it's terrible the food is terrible of
course the inmates are terrible the guards are terrible it's the conditions are terrible it's just terrible the inmates that you're surrounded around just in general a lot of them are brought up on pretty heavy federal indictments right so just in terms of the atmosphere there it's just certainly one that no one wants to be in Colmes was placed in a special housing unit and on suicide watch the standard protocol for high-profile celebrity detainees the disgraced Mogul was denied bail by two separate judges his attorney Mark agnifilo asked the court to transfer him to the Federal
Detention section at the Essex County jail but the judge deferred to the Bureau of Prisons federal trial attorney Philip Hamilton says lockdown can mean a lot less time to prepare your defense in terms of fighting their case it just makes it all the more difficult because now in terms of you being able to communicate with your attorney you are at the Realms of just what's going on with respect to the facility is it on lockdown is the facility letting visitors in detainees on suicide watch were tear away paper Hospital style garments and rubber shower shoes
the isolation may be the worst part for Combs it's being done for his protection in the violence prone facility he will have no bunky he's probably not going to have any contact with any other inmates so for him it's going to be a little different than for a person like me where I will go in I will go through process and intake and then they sign me a sell and I'll have a bunky or a cellmate and I'll be in population for him to be able to get out at this point it just doesn't look
good so breaking news right now Larry I am just getting word People magazine says it's got a source on the inside that tells them that people he did he's on suicide watch tonight do your sources confer uh the same information are they uh are they saying it was possible hey real quickly all that commissary stuff he's not getting any of that because people in the shoe have an abbreviated list so he's out of luck no stake for him yeah he is on suicide watch this guy thought he would have went home all of a sudden
he didn't get bonded remember the first night that he was there he was like an overnight guest when they K his bond hearing now that checked him into the system and reality has hit him and I understand that he has a shrink coming by his cell to see him several times a day and now there's talk about putting him in it's like a bubble it's like a cell that has like a plexiglass wall in it where they have inmates watching you that's actually their job to keep an eye on the inmates that are on suicide
watch another error that I guess some Warden told you this there are sentenced inmates there they're called Cadre inmates they don't have to be white collar inmates but they're doing maintenance on the building and the problem why there's a lot of violence there they have housing units and they're mixing bank robbers drug dealers racists with white collar people and this is why Diddy he he can't go into a regular housing unit because somebody will take him him out for sure somebody's get a lot going to get a lot of street credibility out of this people
that are doing substantial time that know they're never getting out they'll just kill the guy no questions asked you think that they'd suck up to him because he's got a lot of money and if he ever does get the commissary uh options he would be able to help them some people do because I got to wrap it real quick okay some people do think that Diddy can help them but this guy's going to be locked up forever he's his case will probably take at least 3 years to litigate he'll stay at MDC there's rumors that
he wants to go to Essex County Jail in New Jersey because he doesn't like MDC he's a Marshall's inmate there's no way they're going to transfer him back and forth I don't know several times a week six Marshals to do it Jersey he's out of luck I'm GNA have you back I'm going to have you back I have so many more questions for you but we've had lot of breaking news in this show to get Diddy out as fast as possible his legal team put forward a bail package of more than $50 million which offered
his $48 million Miami mansion and his private jets as collateral despite all of this judge Ain denied his bail and ruled that the court finds that the government has presented clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions can reasonably assure the safety of the community at large why is that night Affair outcome what he did here is on a magnitude of unlike anybody else you could imagine a week after these public searches were televised he gave his us his passport his children gave us his passport he then paid off the mortgage entirely
on his Miami home $18 million it's instructed that he's going to have a bail package ready so that if he was arrested he would have something ready so that he could get out the next day and show the judge he's taking this very seriously which he is which is why 12 days ago Chris when we thought there's an indictment that may be coming he flew to New York the very next day and that's an extraordinary move for a defendant who's been under investigation that he's been aware of for at least 6 months he has done
everything everything somebody under investigation can do I can't think of anything else that he could have done he's fighting he's fighting he's innocent and he's going to be able to show it his his team has said we're going to put together the PO uh the the proposed bail package a $50 million bond co-signed by him his mom his sister the mother of his oldest daughter and his three adult sons it's going to be secured um by the equity in his property in Miami Florida um home detention um his passport will be surrendered the government said
that's insufficient they said look at the charges look at the weight of the evidence that I just mentioned they said they have allegations that he and his Associates were trying to tamper with witness testimony last year so that they wouldn't cooperate with the government what do you take away about who has the stronger argument in terms of uh Bale well I I think his Council has has done the best they possibly can I think bringing him there voluntarily is very smart uh starts them out on the right foot but I think the last thing that
you just mentioned the interfering with Witnesses that's the yeah yeah if that's true or or I should say if there's if there's real a disa that that happened I think that might tip the scales in favor of of not letting him out pending trial because I I think and you know this I think judges take an extraordinarily dim view of that and that might be the factor that tips the scale against him there's really no deal that the US attorney's office can offer and there certainly not one that didy will accept it would involve decades
in federal prison we're talking about mandatory minimum sentences of 10 years for both the drug charges and the SE trafficking so we know that didy has fought charges before there were state charges there were gun related uh the nightclub shooting with JLo but he's going to dig in his seals and this case is going to trial so if you're prosecutors you really want to make sure that your evidence is bulletproof before you go down that route all of this is coming at the same time as some truly shocking legal news Diddy's own legal team has
admitted to the existence of his freak off tapes and even said that they have seen these tapes attorney Mark agnolo has said that the Freak off tapes provided by one of Diddy's alleged victims show consensual intercourse and Diddy is innocent it's interesting how his team has gone from denying the existence of these tapes to now trying to use them in just a few weeks having reviewed these videos it is now abundantly clear that they confirm Mr com's innocence and that their full exculpatory value cannot be investigated and used unless they are electronically produced The Nine
videos at issue are the so-called freak off tapes with victim one that the government has repeatedly referenced causing wild speculation in the media contrary to what the government has led this court and the public to believe the so-called freak offs were private sexual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship like many Americans in the privacy of their own bedrooms they sometimes filmed their sexual activity these videos unambiguously show that the person alleged in the indictment to be victim one not only consented but thoroughly enjoyed herself and we believe by the way victim one
to be Cassandra Ventura this is Diddy's ex who first filed that initial sexual assault lawsuit against coms back in 2023 she was in that Infamous surveillance footage that was published by CNN of an incident that happened in a hotel hallway where coms is beating ventur just while wearing a towel it's very disturbing video he argues the videos don't show any orgies or celebrities or violence or coercion or threats or manipulation or evidence of anyone being under the influence of drugs that this is not sex trafficking quote the premise that freak offs are inherently dangerous shows
that the government seeks to police non-conforming sexual activity and that it assumes despite all evidence to the contrary that a woman's willing participation must have been coerced that's interesting because that's something we've long suspected that the defense is not going to shy away from the term freak offs they might accept yeah Colmes called these freak offs but this was entirely consensual it was all in the up and up it might be different to you and me but there's nothing illegal going on here really if if the government is the government in the southern district of
New York I can't imagine this is what they're hanging their hat on if it's what the defense describes it's like one of those things that when you have a weakness in a case the government has to decide how they're going to use that my guess is they're going to use it to show that there were sex workers that these sex workers were paid I would imagine that they have the sex workers that are in the video to come in and describe what was going on or what happened before they went on tape whether or not
they had drugs or alcohol or anything else whether or not Cassie had drugs or alcohol whether or not there was a discussion between sha comes and Cassie before the tape started so I think that the tape is going to be one portion of it but the testimony of either the workers that were in the video and or Cassie is going to kind of tie it together that's my G with so much evidence proving that Diddy is a threat to the people around him and might even have abused children as young as 7 years old Diddy's
family has started distancing themselves from Diddy too during Diddy's recent bail hearing no one from Diddy's family showed up except his sons interestingly both of Diddy's sons are also being investigated for allegations of sex abuse it was interesting too because this time around you know Diddy was brought in first he was brought in about a couple minutes after 2: p.m. today and we were all kind of waiting to see we had heard mumblings that his mom might be in courtroom that we were waiting for the children but then nothing happened but then in another twist
and turn the children do walk in but this time it was a lot smaller Bunch than it was the last time so last time you're having all of Diddy's children except with the or with the exception of Love who is just a 2-year-old child so she wasn't at court but you had all of Diddy's children there except love but this time around you just had Justin Combs and Christian Combs meaning that there was no Quincy there today Delila and um Jesse weren't there chance wasn't there and um the caretakers of um his younger children who
are aren't of age just yet they were not present inside the courtroom as well today but his mom also wasn't in um court today so when Diddy came inside you know it was still that standard issued MDC jumpsuit he's wearing um khaki you know from that video of I think that was obtained by Daily Mail back in September of Diddy playing hacki saak in Central Park to now he appeared just astonishly thinner which you can expect to be inside a Federal Detention Center for a couple months now a lot different from the luxury lifestyle that
he was living before but he appeared very noticeably thinner and maybe um being locked up and detention is starting to wear on him sources close to Diddy say that Diddy is about to give up Diddy recently had a mental breakdown and started crying asking to be let out his bodyguard Jean deal has said that Diddy doesn't have what it takes to last Behind Bars and if Diddy gets sentenced to life in prison he might even try to end his life according to a report from The Daily Mail that's why Diddy had a breakdown a person
close to him apparently said quote spending the holidays Behind Bars was a nightmare for him if were to believe all this Diddy had a meltdown in his cell and begged the guards to take him to the hospital for observation but they refused this same friend or person told the Daily Mail quote he eventually managed to calm himself down with the meditation technique he's been using while he's been behind bars it took him a few hours deep breathing and focusing to get out of the bad space he was in but he finally managed it this isn't
the first time Diddy's mental health has come into question while he's been at MDC when he first arrived he was on suicide watch which the US Department of Justice National Institute of Corrections describes as supervisory precautions taken for suicidal inmates that require frequent observation Diddy suicide watch was only temporary though he was housed in a special protective unit of the jail after that for the first few weeks of his stay but Diddy right now is in genp meaning general population the place where majority of the inmates stay and that's where he apparently had this meltdown
over the holidays yeah that makes sense but you KN and Diddy personally do you think it's possible he might take his life it takes a a certain individual to prepare your to do a lot of years in jail from the lifestyle that he had I'm not saying that he can't I just don't see him able to do time Behind Bars maybe if he be in a camp type situation that's a possibility but based on the lifestyle and what he done and what he's accomplished [Music] if he had to go behind those bars for a lot
of years I think that he may commit suicide he do a epsteen why you think he pull a Russell Simmons and leave the country they was watching him bro they was watching him and then I think that he had to turn over his passport even if you own your own private jet uh they have a system up there where is that they supposed to check your passport and anything that you need to fly as if you were flying commercial lawsuits and allegations are continuing to pile up against Diddy so far more than 40 lawsuits have
been filed against Diddy and according to lawyer Tony Busby the total number of victims is in the hundreds with so many cases and all of them with proof it makes sense for Diddy to be worried Federal officers that were part of the raid at Diddy's house have also mentioned how the evidence they found all points towards Diddy being guilty at a party you know for years P Diddy's gotten a whole pass he's he's actually created his own kingdom where he makes his own rules and you got to follow his rules or you get penalized and
guess what Laura he's now in a federal penitentiary and for the first time in his life he's facing the his own fate at the hands of somebody else and I will tell you Laur I've done Federal cases that that's not the place you want to be in federal court 90% of Federal Criminal uh indictments brought down are pled out right a plea deal is brought and of the only 10% left 90% of those defendants that go to trial they lose so he is looking at a daunting uphill battle to fight these horrible charges now Brian
one of the um DHS agents involved in this raid on his Miami mansion described what he saw inside the house saying that in my opinion he's as bad as Epstein these women are young either barely legal or barely illegal uh Brian this sounds like he was a Monster yeah Laura I will tell you that that that this indictment was very detailed by the way too your viewers should know there were over 300 subpoenas served over 50 Witnesses interviewed why is that important because the federal prosecutors aren't going to be leveling an indictment like this unless
they have ammunition and and they have cause to bring it and and the the core issue at this case which the feds have to prove which it's looking like they can is that P didy essentially controlled these women that he he threatened them uh with with stopping the money that he was paying them that he spiked their drinks with drugs that's been alleged in the indictment and that he basically told them I'm going to ruin your life unless you engage in these freak offs and that's really what the prosecutors got to prove and if you've
got some victims coming forward to talk about that you've got Financial records that prove that travel itinerary that proves that py has very little defense and I got to tell you Laura if this guy wants to fight these charges he's he's going to have to step up and walk into courtroom and talk about it if he doesn't testify in this case he he is Dead on Arrival well who else is on these tapes I mean will the tapes ever see the light of day I mean that's what everybody's talking about who else is there it's
like with the Epstein um you know that you know his Pleasure Island who else who who went who was there what's the Manifest but Brian chances one being least likely 10 being most likely will we learn of other celebrities that were at these freak offs yeah I I think I think you got an eight or a nine for a likelihood you're going to hear about a why because there are going to be more indictments coming down Laura that's an important Point here cuz he's being charged with racketeering conspiracy you're going to have well let's start
on the inner circle you're going to have former bodyguards you're can possibly have uh former uh musicians that he was with uh you've got personal assistants that are going to be they're already talking about this they're get some of those are likely to be charged and then guess what if you've got some music Moguls that are sending women over to these alleged freak offs then you've got some people they're going to start crumbling too because that's they're all part of what's called this criminal Enterprise the weight of legal battles personal turmoil and mounting allegations paints
a grim picture of a once celebrated icon whether justice prevails or New Revelations emerge this story is far from over what are your thoughts on Diddy's situation is this the downfall of a music mogul or could he somehow turn things around let us know in the comments
