your competition it all starts with finding proven competitor ads because your competitors news flash they have marketing budgets they have VC funding they literally have basically an unlimited budget to test as many creatives as they want they have full-time salaried employees and teams literally running their ad accounts and their creative strategy and they're testing these creatives they're testing these Concepts they're all backed by research and so as a drop shipper the fastest way to kick off any product is to just find the ads that are working the best for your competitors and to replicate them
for your store so the first thing I'd always do is I pick an ad spy tool of choice today I'm going to be using get hook just to switch things up a little bit and what I'll do is type in a brand that I know is selling my product if you don't have a competitor in mind stop the video right now and go look for one because you should have one and if you're if you don't have a competitor then you're in the wrong product anyways so might be better um that you go find a
competitor but basically what we're going to do is look for a competitor we're going to use this tool we're going to click on their ads and whatever tool you're using you want to sort by the ads that have been on the longest or that have the longest runtime if something has a long runtime then obviously it's been left on for a while if it's been left on for a while then that means it's been producing profit or hitting some successful business objective for that brand especially some of these bigger Brands like for an ad to
be on for 423 days it has to really really be crushing it so what you're going to do now is go through this and you're going to start to save any of the creatives that are performing really well for these Brands there's going to be several ads you're going to create a swipe file which is basically a colle ction of all the ads that have performed well for that brand so I'm just going to save majority of these and as you can see just based on oh wait some of these have only been on for
11 days so you really want to focus on the ones that ideally have been on anywhere from like 3 to 12 months those are typically the best performing creatives for a brand anything that's been on for like a day kind of skeptical right because someone can test an ad leave it on for a day and if it doesn't perform well they kill it usually not a good sign so I want to focus on creatives that have a long runtime then with get hooked atrio uh ppads I think has this feature I could be wrong on
that but most ad spy tools are going to have this feature where you can actually generate a script based on the video uh that you have if you can't generate a script outright another thing that you can do is basically get the transcript of the video so you're basically getting the script that is powering this particular creative so as you can see I have the transcript uh here this is going to to be an AI kind of based version of it so you can either use this AI based version or you can download this video
um let me see yeah there's a little thing at the bottom here I I think I might be covering it in the recording but if you press download Media that is going to allow you to download the video and then you can upload that into a transcription tool translate that video into text and now all of a sudden in a matter of like four minutes that I've been recording this you have a proven winning script that's producing profit for your comp competitors and now you can just take that winning script and replicate it for your
business and this is one of the easiest ways probably the laziest ways to create creatives but it's the fastest way that I know of that you can kick off any Drop Shipping product with an ad that you know gives your product the best chance of success you know it's a proven winning ad so if things go wrong in the ad account or let's say you're getting really good ad metrics and it's not converting now you know okay I already have a really high converting ad let me go fix whatever is not working on the [
__ ] landing page cuz my ads I know I dialed in so once you have the script now all you got to do is bring this into 11 Labs or any AI tool of choice so what I'm going to be doing is going into one of my favorite ads uh one of my favorite ad tools of all time which is Arc ads I am unfortunately not sponsored by them I would take a sponsor for these guys in a heartbeat um so it is unfortunate if there if anyone ever watches this or knows anybody from those
teams please reach out to me because I will do this in a heartbeat and all you got to do now is basically create or paste in your script and the only thing that you need to do assuming that you've already gone through uh you've already gone through the script and edited the respective parts that you need to edit you're going to replace any mentions of the previous brand with your brand so I'm going to replace this one was for naked right and I'm just going to replace mine with beam right right because that's the new
name I'm basically Rebrand in case some of you guys have been following um so now what I'm going to do is generate video videos oh check again I'm going to actually edit the actors because I used that actor and honestly she was garbage like it just sounded off the voice was just it was like depressed it sounded like she was like held at gunpoint to make this creative so I'm going to go through some of these creators live with you guys and let's see if we can find any that we like hey you welcome to
Arad I'm one of theal hey you welcome toads ofal I really want to get some of these Pro actors but damn they they are a bit pricey let's keep going I selected her last time it was like yeah know I wasn't I was not really feeling ity dude the the ones in the car are crazy let's go let's go with her and let's take her out and let's go ahead and press next so now we have our uh script here with all of our brand mentions again appr proven script next we're going to press generate
videos we're going to go ahead and press generate okay and what this is doing is producing an AI ugc uh AI ugc video where she's going to be reading the script and then I'm going to show you how you can very easily bring this into a a Tik Tok editor cap cut uh whatever movie editor Movie Editor Whatever video editor that you use and it's such a simple process uh to uh create an ad uh based on this winning script from our competitors and you can replicate this as we're waiting for this to generate you
can replicate this across multiple ads doesn't even have to just be the ads here from uh your main competitor now you can go and say okay I've saved a bunch of these ads if it were me and what I'm going to be doing is recreating every single one of these Concepts and another thing that I'll do is once I've gone through that competitor's best Concepts now I can go through and check Rose skinco which is another competitor and basically just replicate exactly what you just saw me do uh but for another brand that's also seeing
similar levels of success and I believe Rose skin Co is actually scaling a lot further uh than nude is specifically um so this is interesting these guys actually have a lot of images that are crushing it for them right now so this is a perfect example where now that I see these guys have they do have a couple videos that seem to be working well oh here let's let's pay attention to this and again as I mentioned you want to save all of these winning ads because these are all this is I'm like like I'm
seeing dollar signs here basically like these this is all opportunities to make you richer by just replicating this okay let's take a look at this video okay it looks like the angle here is going to be PCOS ha all my PCOS sisters out there this changed everything you know living with PCOS was more than just hormonal Iman okay looks like get hook actually does provide the transcript so boom copy transcript right go to Chad gbt okay recreate or give me back this script but this time using my brand beam instead of loom or Loomi okay
okay look at that giv me just the script no timestamps okay check this out all right copy paste new AR ads we're going to do a new project duplicate this right we'll just say Rose skin Co boom I like her as an actor right maybe I'll choose a different one let's you know go through this really quick just showing you how this is so easy hey you welcome to ARS hey you welcome to ARS I'm one of the natural AI actors you can use for your ads they just sound so depressed sometimes though you know

and I've recreated them with AI in less than 10 minutes absolutely [ __ ] crazy what you can do in 2025 for Drop Shipping I used to do this stuff manually and now ai has just made the entire process that much easier let's go ahead and check on our script okay looks like this one is still uh kind of generating okay yeah looks like this one's still generating so I'm probably going to go check back in on this video once this is done and then I'll show you guys the finished product and what it looks
like what's up guys Anthony here I'm back the next day now that both of these two videos have generated I want to show you the finished product and honestly this is it's pretty hilarious I'm not going to lie but uh let me show you what I was able to generate uh using those scripts uh we got two videos for you so my hoo-ha feels so smooth my booty call won't stop texting me I wanted a hairless butthole and now I have one let's be real why does your butthole have more hair than my head some
