[Music] today we're going to go over how to open and load our pressure and velocity files from our eye plunger and cigar gauges so I'm going to start by going to file and open and then I'm going to select my gdf file a gdf file is where the pressure and temperature data is stored here we have pressure and blue temperature and red and then I'm we going to go to file and import to bring in our caller locator data to get velocity this is an analog to digital file type so it's written in a different
file format next I'm going to import my cigar gauge file which is also a gdf file type so I'm going to double click on my tubing and then I'm going to repeat this process for my casing [Music] in order to get velocity I'm going to go to action and count ranges I'm just going to click it once and then it will Auto Select my colors and bring in velocity based off of an average joint length I hope this video was helpful in learning how to open and import all of your data files [Music]
