have you ever wondered why some businesses just seem to outrank you as if they're employing people around the clock to make their business profile continue to rank you just can't seem to do anything about it you don't even have the budget to compete against them well after 25 years of helping businesses thrive on Google I know what they're up to and today I'm going to share with you the same strategies I share with hundreds of my clients we're going to look at how AI saves time the powerful tools that my clients are using to save
money each month and three useful chat GPT prompts that will improve your SEO Rankings today so if you're looking to boost your rankings cut costs save time then you need to be familiar with this generative artificial intelligence the chat bot Google Gemini chat GPT though they should all come with a warning sticker because there's a common trap that could wreck all the potential work you put in as well so we'll look at that a bit later too but first I have to presume that you know the power of registering your business as a Google business
profile so you need to go to Google Maps and just add your business or just do a search for your business and see if you need to claim it it's really simple to do and it's totally free and it will give you a tremendous way of being seen when people do a search for your types of business and my channel on YouTube is all about how you do this how you make sure it's set up correctly and how to optimize it if you haven't done it already you need to make sure you watch the video
I'll put a link here and down below that within 4 minutes will show you the right way to register your business then come back to this video okay so we mentioned that AI will save you time so how does that work running a business today without a laptop and without a phone would be bizarre it was ridiculous wouldn't it be but here's the thing just having those tools like a laptop and a mobile doesn't mean you're going to rank or make business and in a similar way the game has changed AI come along but you
need to know how to use it and the problem is is that customers expectations have now changed they expect you to be able to react quicker and AI is going to help you to do that so AI isn't just a fancy new tool it is a Cost Cutter imagine slashing your overhead costs so you no longer need staff or a team of strategists no longer need copywriters or Market researchers now that sounds too good to be true but you'll know that AI can do all those things really quickly AI can compress weeks of work into
just seconds and that's going to save you massive amount of staff costs and money what about those tools that I mentioned that I share with my clients well I'm going to share the list of the tools that I'm currently using that are saving people a lot of money because in recent years a lot of the tools I've been using have now integrated Ai and that really does save time so what once took hours analyzing information now just takes seconds they will give you these tools advice as to try this do that tweak this it just
tells you what to do and then of course you follow it and see the results from that so analyzing data brainstorming discovering Trends all these things can happen with just a tap of a button so here's the five powerful tools I've never shared all of these in one video before these are the ones I'm using currently so the first one is local Falcon so there it has an AI application analyzes its local competition it can optimize your Google business profile can look at the listings it includes things like a chatbot and a customer inquiries if
you get questions so that's the first one local Falcon I'll put a link down below to all these tools if you want to try them out the second one is bright local so many people use bright local it's a really useful one to use because it has AI built in analyzes your customers reviews you can identify Trends using this tool it provides insights and ways to improve your local rankings too so again a great tool many people use it local is a long-term favorite of mine because I find that it really is easy to use
for beginners so it generates SEO friendly content analyzes what the competition's up to it does audits for you too and it also make sure you know where you are when you're tracking your business and it helps you know what other competitors are doing with their Google business listings so that's Laro now as far as AI is concerned gmbb everywhere is the fourth tool I use and it's got seven AI tools built in it so these look at competitors analysis it will take a Q&A generator it will provide posts so you can generate posts for either
Facebook or for your business your profile it'll look at your categories it'll check that you've got the right categories for your business and it'll also check to see if you can improve on your services too so actually as unique tools with this one so I particularly recommend gmbb everywhere if you haven't used it before and you just literally upload it to your browser and then once you're in Google Maps the whole thing works once you've logged in and the fifth tool which I've often used and again I swear by this is more for link building
but it does give some really useful tips too and that's white spark the AI is built in because it looks at ways in which it scours the web looks for link building opportunities then comes back with reports with their page ranks and it gives you suggestions as to how you can improve your ranking so it's not kind of directly AI but you could say that by scaring the internet and coming back with the results it's doing a robot's job for it and it would just save you hours in manual researching so that's white spark tool
but I don't think you can get away without using chat GPT and as much as I've really enjoyed using Gem and I was known as Bard and they're great in some other areas the prompts you can use in chat GP are quite unique so here are three prompts I currently use with my clients and you may want to try them out too again I'll put a copy down below if you want to try these out so in my prompt my prompt number one of chat GPT I'll put find 10 important words that people use when
looking for and it'll be my primary category and then it will also be in the state or the area that I'm or the town and then explain why these words are helpful and what that's going to do is give you keywords that related to your primary category but it's also going to help you know that you've got the right words in your description in your posts and maybe in your blogging as well on your website thing is is without knowing the keywords that people are really genuinely using it's very hard to optimize your business and
your blog and your brand so that's why that's a particularly useful prompt prompt number two for chat GPT is to come up with five ideas for posts on Google that show off and put your primary category in like fixing customers issues or happy customer stories or special discounts include important keywords and suggest a picture to go with each post so the reason I use this is it helps me to just know that the post ideas I've got are relevant to what customers are looking for but what chat GPT does is it will get a good
idea as to what's being responded by customers what's proven to be good offers in the past and I'll also know what the subject matter is that people my customers are using using currently so really helps engage the customers with things that they're concerned about rather than things I think they're concerned about now here's the third chat GPT prompt you may want to try write a thank you note for a customer who left a festar review and it was for my primary category and it was in my city state Town whatever mention they're welcome to return
and invite them to try something new so maybe you could put a link there say an event you've got or a web page you might invite to as well but by doing this what you'll do is you'll get different responses that will just perhaps give you a fresher way of being friendly to your responses when you reply it's very easy just say thank you for the five star review thank you very much for Star five review this is actually just a way of just making sure you sound a bit more uh different a bit more
fresh a bit more interesting when you respond it will give you some really good ideas when you do that ultimately you want to show appreciation and you want to sound positive and encouraging to get them to return but remember these prompts are just a starting point so you don't copy and paste them and put them straight in you then tweak them it's just to give you ideas it's just to give you a Fresh Approach to these mundane things like writing posts and replying to reviews so why not try them to see if they give you

you 99% of your effort and your time and it will certainly give you a more creative idea of how to deal with things it still needs your oversight it still needs your input but relying on AI alone is not a good idea what you do need to do is make sure you've got a transformation strategy in place that goes with the AI benefits now I shared with my community recently a video that showed them exactly what to do and that video is right here I'm sharing it with you now so make sure we head on
