how much money have you made with apps around 10 million in sales this guy made over $10 million from selling iPhone apps on looksmaxing and Rising girls all by 23 so we flew all the way out to San Diego to link up with this guy Blake Anderson he used Chachi P to make a ton of money but it wasn't always easy for Blake at one point he was straight de gen smoking partying and barely having $200 left in his bank account not knowing if it would sink or swim he created Riz GPT and with a or die mindset he made it happen and now we're here to see just how Blake did it because let's be honest I tried me too but I never made eight figures off it all right guys what's good we're here in San Diego California we're linked up with my man Blake we are going to film a day in the life with him he's got some of the coolest businesses I think I've seen in a minute so let's dive in it's a compound bro what are you guys doing here did you just get this house or yeah so we just were renting it I don't own it but we just got it about 2 months ago and we're calling it The Apex house this is where we are going to be building my next company that's our white board we do our daily checkins here so you got a team here you got like four or five guys on the team yeah we got myself Jesse cing Tommy's been working with us too here we've got Apex cling good to meet you bro awesome H yeah nice to meet you you know what let's take a look at the garage this is kind funny this is what the garage looks like it's a boy's garage right here it goes about like 15 ft back there just full of boxes we're going to be get getting rid of them bedroom right here Tommy's been working in here so how many guys do you have here again three living here full time's another guy the third good to meet you good to meet you thanks for coming Jesse's getting some work done in the little Studio here this is wild so this is where we take a lot of our calls while other people are working we've got a good amount of space boys ever throwing the footy out here or like yeah 100% like multiple times a day I really like nice views be able to look out hundreds of yards miles into the distance that to me helps me think a lot more clearly you don't even have to leave the house just to get some fresh air and clear your mind like that's unreal vast landscape or amount of land behind your house we've got Valley out there where we go and runs hikes and stuff too big nature guys do you need that space Big Time ocean hiking like whenever I'm living or spending a lot of time in a city I really prioritize my ability to think clearly I think somewhere like this is very conducive where did you grow up again I grew up outside of Philadelphia in the suburbs it was a very hilly foresty area like you couldn't drive down a street without being enveloped in like a canopy almost a tunnel formed by the trees right and I spent a lot of time going on walks in the nearby nature parks but we've got a nice view of the kitchen here is that a hot tub over there it is oh damn you guys got a tub too yeah late night fire pit hot tub little workout area it's a nice feel to just like hop up here throughout the day hit a few pull-ups this guy just pulls up in the middle of the the video he's like yeah just a couple pull-ups oh man he's ripping like 30 just so you got to get the pump in for the video huh there we go there we go come on boy there we go all right you're still going to S holy [ __ ] almost ate it there bro resistance banss assault bike I [ __ ] love the assault bike box jump jumps got the highest vert highest vert got to be me you know okay you know I'm like 5859 but I will be dunking by the end of 2025 brings us right into the workstation clings desk Jesse's desk my desk and then if someone's being really bad they get put in timeout if I'm coding I'm always doing it here give the people a little more understanding what you mean by coding cuz like that in itself is a whole different game yep let's do it an app that I'm currently working on this is the Apex improve application so coating I think is very similar to surfing video editing where your returns are nonlinear so if you code once a week for 50 weeks you'll have 50 sessions or if you code once a day for 50 days you'll have 50 sessions but you'll see significantly more improvement over the course of those 50 days then you will see over 50 weeks so returns are nonlinear they are actually somewhat exponential or quadratic in nature and then when I built my first application Riz GPT I spent about 12 hours a day for over a month just behind the computer coding only coding that was it this is cursor it's like an AI i d e I'm not very good at coding so like there are definitely other people to listen to this is crazy I started building Riz GPT right as I was graduating from school senior year I went to tane University and I was essentially between like get a normal full-time job try to do something on my own now my parents weren't doing too well financially at the time I was like this is my final shot my older brother is giving me loans for groceries I'm whole up in the Attic of my parents house while it is about to go on the market so you didn't come from money there was no money given to you to build any of this this was all personal funds or people helping you out my father was a successful entrepreneur early on up until I was around 12 13 years old and for reasons that I don't want to dive too deep into he has some neurological issues one of which being spms secondary Progressive multiple sclerosis affects the brain and body his businesses essentially H the downhill from when I was like 12 were 13 then by the time I was graduating college we were pretty much out of money the parents had to sell the house I moved back home my older brother's giving me loans for groceries and I'm like this is my last real chance I built Riz GPT and you know it's funny I kind of tell this story I'm like it was like my last shot burn the boats whatever and everyone's like dude your last shot you're making out to be dramatic and you built a [ __ ] app called a Riz GB and you know it's funny and retrospect so we build this app I find these two underrated unknown creators on Tik Tok pay them each 50 bucks bang overnight viral 2 million views 4 million views hundreds of thousands of downloads how much money have you made with apps yeah so we can start off I can show the revenue across each application and we can total that up so here we have CI which is at 2. 4 million now this is just iOS so we've got 2. 4 right now now we're going to go to Improvement Tech this is umax 4.
2 so we had 2. 4 + 4. 2 so 6.
6 ver Partners this is Riz GPT lifetime so 6. 6 plus 2. 6 which is 9.
2 and then add in Android Revenue I think that I'm right about around 10 million in sales and now profit attributable to myself now that said I'm giving money to my parents as well as my older brother uh closer to 2.
