excuses and you know pulling reasons pulling out reasons for why we didn't do something or holding someone else accountable for what we didn't accomplish I'm very happy with how the gim footage on this video turned out but at the end of the day this is a priority to me you have for my videos I have my gym footage and then I have fillers this channel to me isn't only about what I do in the gym it's about other aspects of my life as well I didn't put enough effort to document what I'm doing document my
day and this is me holding myself accountable saying that's not okay it's funny because when someone else makes a promise to us and they break it we are so angry when someone else says they're gonna do something and they don't you laughing that you laugh in their face and you think it's pathetic but when you don't accomplish something when you don't keep your word to yourself what happens pretty much nothing most of the time you're kind of like hmm I'm disappointed in reach that goal but do you analyze it do you think what one letter
one led to this what didn't I do that I had to in order to achieve this goal in order to create this outcome I wasn't focused enough then I I did [ __ ] asan documenting my day well that's simply something I should have and guys to be honest is a small thing it's a really small thing in my life and I'm not gonna beat myself up about it but the small things translate over into the big things something small like this making sure that I'm not making excuses making sure that I'm accountable and I'm
doing what needs to be done will translate over into my personal life my career in the future any goals that I have it all carries over so if you guys are an excuse maker please just cut it out please please just cut it out at the end of the day you get a result or you don't this stuff in between no one cares no one cares either you achieve something or you don't so find a way to achieve and accomplish your goals and if you fail don't make excuses go to the drawing board look at
