let's step back even one more step here Lawrence and just talk about when we think about one-on-one meetings like what is the goal you know we're talking about like digging in deep and really understanding the heart of the matter but when you think about just the purpose of a leader and someone on their team coming together on a one-on-one meeting what is the purpose what should we be seeking to accomplish maybe from the two perspectives even the the leader and and the person on the team maybe they have different perspectives and the purpose that they're
trying to accomplish there too the goal always is simply the success of the team the goal always is mutual communication the goal always is to um for each side to be able to explain their point of view you know if you're if you're in a leadership position your top concerns might be revolving around the budget or some deadline or you know you might have to report to the CEO if you're not the CEO or if you're the CEO you might need to report to the board of directors
