Manifest Anything You Want Instantly! It’s Not Magic, It's a Technique [Step By Step Guide]

over the years I've encountered many many Law of Attraction practices and manifestation techniques and I'd like to say most of them is not real magic they are techniques except when it comes to scripting when it comes to affirmations when it comes to meditations or visualizations I find that a lot of the time the content that is provided for the people is very vague it's just telling somebody to just just visualize but what I found is that the fastest technique that has personally worked for me myself in my journey and I continue to use whenever I

want to manifest especially when it comes to any big dream or goal is to do with future pacing and that's why in this video I want to be able to break down the exact steps of how to do future pacing and how to use it in your everyday life to speed up your manifestations we're going to dive deep into it but before we get into it Show real hit [Music] it Namaste everyone Nam Himalaya this is Shri aashna here and in this video I want to break down for you the very specific technique of future

pacing and and how by using it it can speed up your manifestations 10 times even a 100 times even a thousand times as it has done for not just myself but for the thousands and thousands of students that have been through any of our manifestation courses or programs so here's what future pacing is about some people will refer to it as a mental rehearsal or a future progression now the idea behind this first of all if you're taking notes please do write this down is to be able to get into the vibrational frequency as fast

as we can of the thing that you want we always say you don't manifest what you want you manifest what you are so if we understand that your goal is to number one as fast as possible get yourself into the vibrational frequency of owning or having the result that you are looking for and number two is to understand not just about the alignment of the energy but the amplification of that energy I always say the bigger the emotion the higher the vibration the higher the vibration the faster the what attraction so when we understand that

by using future pacing is probably your best way to do it right again there's no magic behind this it's purely getting yourself into a meditative State for the visualization and we're going to break it down into steps for you so please take a pen and paper and start taking some notes okay what I would do for future pacing step number one if I was you I'd find yourself a quiet space an undistracted no distractions no noise no overwhelm of anything just a peaceful quiet space and get yourself sat there sitting in peace and calmness if

you have a lot of distractions happening it's going to be very hard to align your energies and frequencies with the thing that you want so find yourself a quiet space sit silently focus on the breath just to calm your energies that's step number one step number two it will be about keeping your eyes closed to get yourself into that meditative state of for visualization and so when we visualize in where we begin is very important our mental image should be performed here this is also referred to as the third eye right so some people will

class as it's magic but actually there's a lot of science and research has been done now to do with the energy your energy center your pineal gland and the ACT activation of the third eye this is where your visuals happen so we must start bringing our Focus bringing the light opening up the portal and the gate for visualization here so what I'm saying is Step number two is bringing all of your attention towards third eye okay and when you do that by the way you may feel a bit of pressure begin at the third eye

now step number three what do we want to do we want to open up your future portal so how do you start visualizing this you will visualize as if this light gets brighter and brighter it gets bigger and bigger just like a portal is opening up that allows you to see your future self so what is the movie you want to play what is the visual you want to create when this portal opens up you are wanting to be able to see the ex exact situation almost like you're watching a movie in third person right

you want to be able to see you driving the car you're trying to manifest so it's like watching the future you you are wanting to see you sitting in the living room of your new manifested house you are wanting to see you living your purpose or doing your dream career you are wanting to see you living that Abundant Life you are wanting that to open up and you see yourself there living the life that you are wanting to attract okay that's step number three is open up your future portal now step number four what do

taking your energy from where you are at through the portal to becoming your future self right this is the act of the future pacing now okay it's beginning so how do we visualize something like this and how do we we go about doing it imagine now I'm sat there I'm visualizing My Future Self I see myself in the future in this light in this bowl in this Gateway and I see myself doing the things or enjoying the life that I'm trying to manifest right now when I see it clearly and once I've seen it clearly

what do I do I visualize my soul my energy as I breathe to come up and as I exhale to move out of my third eye imagine your soul started to move travel through the portal through that Gateway and then into the body that I was seeing just before in my future self so I've just arrived I've entered and now who I seen driving the car before now I've become the one who's driving the car so now when I'm in there I realize hey wait a second I'm driving the car or hey I'm sitting sat

in my living room or hey I'm with the love of my life in front of me right so now I've become the one moving on to step number five step number five is to enjoy every moment of that experience you want to enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before like just enjoying feeling that gratitude feeling and and also activating all your sensories you hear the sounds in that environment you feel the feeling in that environment you have the touch of that that that environment you have the visuals you see everything around you as if

you are living that experience right now now people often ask this method of future pacing or uh mental rehearsal how long do I need to be in there for my recommendation for everybody if you're just starting out on this type of practice is to do it for 5 to 10 minutes right but the answer to your question depends on how fast it takes you to amplify your emotion so much that you may even feel emotional about the situation some people can get in fast right some people you tell them to visualize something they'll be in

tears some people it takes them a good 10 minutes or 15 minutes to get into it but your goal is to live it so much that you are soul fulfilled I'm going to say again you're Soul fulfilled your happiness you're joyful you're excited you're feeling the love and you're feeling every sense of your emotions in that being of your future pacing self and if you do that then the final step is the return we feel it it's Amplified we come back and settle and ground your energy step number six do it again bring it back

right I always say manifestation is if you can have your head up in the clouds and your feet firmly on the ground now is time to ground your energies and when you ground it in your energy center that settles and it becomes a part of this physical being and when you do that you will see your manifestations they will amplify and they will speed up tenfold 100 fold even a thousand times faster if you have found this video useful at all please do hit the thumbs up hit the like button allow this message to get
