we're going to do today so this left hand I was able to go one arm back full plants down right I have to be able to do it on this [Music] one all right should we finish off with plant push-up training okay we'll just do like three progressions or even two progressions I like to do like plch and then come down negative like B arm plch or just do like B arm plch pumps something like that okay I'm going to try it plch lower so PL and then lean lean lean lean lean lean like that
and then I I boom lean and then come down to boom and then come down yeah what that was sick that was actually perfect you're flat the whole time oh I feel it through my shoulder I wait to see like what you're going to do like after a couple weeks of doing that couple weeks yeah you're going to be doing PL push-ups like nothing couple weeks this move happens fast if you can already PL these and the planch pumps those help a lot how L do you normally work out for it depends but like 2
hours 3 hours 5 hours so why are you surprised because I'm tired I haven't recovered from the competition yesterday you did really good yeah y the Flor the flo boom boom let's go that looks super good a oh wait no rest let's go boom squeeing boom boom let's go all right [Music] let's go easy how about we do one more progression then we'll finish off this uh technique session let's just do like little pumps like bent arm plch and do little pumps three or five pumps bent arm plch and then I'm like right here and
