gives you guys a lot of social proof it all looks quite nice one thing I would say is the quality of your photos aren't that great now that said a lot of people think that if you get the most professional camera on the most professional photos the dial actually pull in more sales actually though a lot of time it's 2:00 in the clouds for people like it's not real enough for them so I don't know how valid that point is but in terms of your Facebook what I get from your email is that it's one
of your largest sources of sales so if you could just like elaborate a bit more as to how many sales you're actually pulling in from your Facebook you guys have around 3.5 K page legs which is good that's good social proof that said you should easily be getting it to around 10,000 1520 thousand now the mistake that a lot of marketers do is they actually do like a page like promotion but they don't give the audience any reason to like the page so for example with you guys you could run a page like promotion we're
basically the advert that comes up it compares two cars where it's kind of like a no-brainer so fee is 500 or like BMW 3-series which do you prefer click like for the BMW this is just giving people a reason to actually like the page one of my clients has called Belgravia garage I did the same thing between a Ferrari 458 and a Jaguar f-type yes there's gonna be a few people who prefer the Jaguar f-type but for the most part people prefer the four or five eight and even in my targeting I don't even include
people who have stated an interest in Jaguar so pretty much you're giving people a reason to actually like the page and enter the page likes really it's mainly about social proof but in order to get that up for a relatively cheap price and page likes can get quite expensive at some point then you really need to give people a reason to actually click like you need to baby step them through that process so that's Facebook in terms of your Instagram I would actually just scrap it entirely Instagram is just so hard to grow and unless
you're pulling into lost sales at this point I actually think it does more harm than good when I start off with a law my clients they think they need to have every single platform and I spread themselves too thin I just don't really see a point in it so I would stick to Facebook only if I were you guys the next thing I want to talk about is a funnel and obviously you read my ebook so you understand that concept of traffic you control versus traffic you own so I'm actually just gonna hop over into

of authority and really hopefully this funnel kind of shows you what that's all about so I hope that kind of gives you a better understanding of how I turn traffic and control into traffic I own and also how to actually qualify leads so in all friend like from what I can see you guys are doing pretty well the problem is I don't have too much background information about you guys now you state that the ROI isn't great at the moment and you say you guys are spending roughly 5k amount on marketing I mean I've looked
on your website and I see that there's a Facebook pixel installed which pretty much tells me that someone is running your Facebook advertising but if they're doing it they're not doing it too well or you're being hard on them once again I just don't have enough background information now it would be interested in terms of the 5k month budget where is that actually being spent in terms of Facebook advertising maybe what you guys aren't doing well enough is the ad itself isn't qualifying or the hook point isn't strong enough now I'll actually just run an
ad right now that I ran for one of my clients unit it was a big campaign we did and the ad itself actually qualifies leads so I'll run that now [Music] so you can see from that ad and it was an Instagram story ad that anyone who's swiping up already knows the price so we got 218 Li so we got 218 leads and 140 pounds so basically we got a qualified a hot lead at 65 P and that campaign went on to do very very well or as I said may be your bait isn't strong
enough maybe the value proposition that you're trying to put forward it's just not strong enough it offers you guys have a high ticket items so if you're trying to go straight from an ad to a conversion it probably won't work you might need a longer funnel you might need something known as an IFO an irresistible front-end offer so kind of with that real estate funnel as you saw you can have a guide to the ten best value cars run that as a local promotion people download the PDF and that qualifies it because if they're looking
