Quazi here. 3,500 years ago, somewhere in the ancient Persian desert, a man climbed a mountain and came back down a prophet. His name was Zarathstra.
And what he brought back with [music] him wasn't a religion. It was a map, a precise surgical map of the human mind and exactly how it creates the reality that you're living in right now. The Greeks were so disturbed by his knowledge that they actually wrote about him.
Nietze was so obsessed with him, he actually named his most famous book after him. Yet somehow, in a world drowning in self-help content, and productivity hacks, and manifestation advice, almost nobody knows the truth about what Zarathostra actually discovered. His teachings were called the Gthas.
17 hymns made up of 6,000 words, smaller than most books that you'd actually find at an airport, but passed down in secret orally from teacher to student for centuries because what was written inside them was considered way too powerful and way too stabilizing to the social order to be handed to just anyone, especially to those who actually fully are not ready to receive it. The Gothas were passed down secretly amongst initiates for the ones who were actually ready to see how reality really works. And inside those 6,000 words, Zarathstra mapped out something that modern psychology, neuroscience, and every major wealth teacher has been circling around for decades without ever actually understanding the source from which it originated.
He identified two minds operating inside every single human being. The first he called spentmanu which word for word translates to expanding mind. The mind that creates the mind that attracts the mind that actually generates reality from the inside out.
The second he called angramanu the contracting mind. The mind that destroys. The mind that self-sabotages.
The mind that keeps producing the same reality on repeat. no matter how hard you work, no matter what strategy you follow, no matter how much you really really want things to change. And then he reveals something that will make everything that you've ever seen that was taught about success just feel like a watered down copy of what he already knew.
You see, your external world, your income, your relationships, health, opportunities, the ceiling that seems to follow you everywhere you go is not happening to you. It's being projected by you through whichever of these two minds is actually running the show. What he discovered inside those 6,000 words and what we're going to break down today and I promise you it will change the way that you see everything.
[music] So with that, let's get started. So the very first thing I want to talk about something that is very very prevalent in Zoroastrianism, Zarathusra talked about is this concept of Angramanu and Spentmanu. probably mispronouncing this but essentially spent mindu is the holy spirit the goodness that lies within each and every single one of us and angrau is the evil or the lower self.
So you can look at it as the higher self and the lower self. Now what zoroastrianism talks about is this state of spentu the higher self is actually our natural state. We collect layers and layers of conditioning scarcity.
We hold on to them and then we start to believe in those lies of scarcity of there is not enough of evil of fear. We get conditioned by society and entities around us that tries to keep us in those lower vibration states so that it can control us. If you look at the news, if you look at media, if you look at social media, if you look at everything out there, it's trying to keep us in a lower vibration state.
Why? So that it can control us. There are five main states or emotions or frequencies that it tries to keep us in.
And if you have studied the works of Dr David Hawkins, he talked about this in a book called Power Versus Force, Letting Go. He talks about the different levels of consciousness, right? And he had basically enumerated each level from 0 to 1,000 where 1,00 is the highest level that one can achieve in the human domain, the energy level and the and zero is the lowest level of apathy, shame, and guilt.
Now if you look around you the states that we are being kept in are the states of pride, fear, anger, guilt, shame. These are the five most common states that human beings we feel. Right?
And what you'll notice is every single person has a a unique trigger point of feeling that they feel, right? So Tony Robbins actually talked about this. He gave a story about how he was very busy and his stepmother or his mother or something, he would be traveling a lot because he had just become famous and he was in London at one time and back then you didn't have those normal phones and so she would keep trying to reach him and you know she wouldn't be able to reach him because he was busy during the day and so she would get pissed and be like as as soon as she was able to reach him because his secretary would keep picking up as soon as she was able to reach him she would berate him.
She would be like, "Oh, this is so humiliating. This is so embarrassing. " And he noticed, Tony Robbins noticed that throughout his whole life, his mother had this common emotion that she felt.
The negative emotion that she felt all the time was humiliation, embarrassment, right? So, I want you to look at yourself. What is the common emotion that you feel that is negative?
That is your trigger point. For me, it was always betrayal. like I would trust close friends and close people and I would always feel betrayed by them, right?
Or or I would feel like I'm not good enough, right? So you'll notice that one of these five emotions like for humiliation it's shame and guilt. You'll feel one of these five levels very very consistently and once you start to notice this once you have awareness of this then you can unattach.
So there is two main types of states that we have right so David R. Hawkins actually talked about this. He said anything below the level of 200 which is the neutral level the level of courage below it are the states of fear, anger, pride, shame, guilt.
Those levels lead us to staying in contraction. So if you've seen people or if you've walked around, if you've gone through life or if you've felt a state of anxiety and fear, what do you feel? You feel contracted.
You don't want to expand out and give yourself to life. You want to just stay in your shell. You want to retreat.
You don't have a lot of energy to do anything. Whereas if you felt that your cup was really really full to the point where it was overflowing, you could fill it up. You could fill up the cups of others.
If your energy was expansive, if you came from a place of love, of joy, of passion, of peace, you would be more expansive in your energy. So that is the difference between spent to mind you and mind you. You have to consistently notice your state of being.
If you are in a contractive state of being or in an expansive state of being, this is abundance. This is how you attract abundance into your life and this is how you attract scarcity into your life. So whenever you're presented with something that triggers an old fear or or an old insecurity, for example, maybe you lose a significant sum of money or you have a big bill that was unexpected that you needed to pay.
All of a sudden, you become anxious about it. you know, you become very very apprehensive about paying it and it reminds you of all of those feelings of scarcity. Well, right now you're in this contraction.
That state, that event that happened had triggered an old insecurity within you and it made you fall back into that state of contractiveness. Right? So, you have to know what are your individual triggers.
What is the state you have built up so much trauma around that you fall back into and it makes you fall back into that state of contracting and retreating? And then I'm going to show you how you can break free of that. But the key [clears throat] here that I want you to take away is that our natural state when we remove the clouds the sun can shine freely.
Natural state is the state of spent the higher self. But then throughout life we get conditioned socially to accumulate certain types of conditioning. Certain things are good and certain things are bad.
Living in this dual world, we look at social media. We look around us and we are taught to fear some things, to be ashamed of other things. We are socially conditioned by these structures around us that we're going to talk about in this next part called pendulums that want to keep us in the five lower states of being so that it can control us.
Right? When can we be the most controlled and manipulated? When we are contracted, right?
When we are stuck in fear. When we are in pride. We want to fight for our country and then we justify the killings of of thousands and thousands of people in the name of good in the name of our country.
Right? So the key that I want you to take away from this is in order to step into spenty mode, your higher self, you have to really just step away from the socially conditioned self, the angery, right? Because we talked about this as not our natural state of being, an accumulated state of being.
We have been accustomed to living in this state because the ego has convinced us that the only way it can stay alive is if we believe these things of scarcity that there is limited amount of supplies and resources. There is not enough for everyone. If they win, then I have to lose.
So if I win, then other people have to lose. It's always a win-lose. It's a win-lose kind of world.
It's convinced us to actually believing in this, right? And the system has convinced us to believing in this so that it can control us. So all we need to do is remove the layers the clouds so that the sun can shine freely.
The only way you can do that is if you know the principle of cause and effect which was something ancient that was discussed in the cabalian hermetic philosophy and it basically says that there is a principle of cause and effect that's at play. Okay. Most people are are at the effect or at the mercy of their external world instead of being at the cause and creating what they want to see.
So we're always trying to change what is rather than creating what we would like to see next. So what you need to do is you need to shift from reacting to effects to stepping into cause. How do we do that?
You do that through entering witnessing mode. And the ancient yogis talked about this thousands and thousands of years ago. There is the character and there is that which that watches the character.
Right? In every single ancient religion there is talk of this. Even in Zorastronism, even in Christianity, right?
In Christianity, we talk about what? Mind, body, and spirit. Most people are too immersed in the matters of the mind and body.
We're too much thinking about what's going on in our heads or we're too concerned with how what we're feeling in our bodies. But when we can retreat from mind and body and center ourself in spirit, that's when we attain our truest form. The form that is void, that is formless, right?
That is unadulterated by anything that's happening outside. The mind and body can always be corrupted. The spirit cannot.
The spirit is what embodies mind and body. There is a consciousness behind the mind. How do you know that?
How how do we know there's a consciousness behind the mind? Because the thoughts can be watched. There is a consciousness behind the body.
How do we know that? Because the feelings can be felt. There is a watching of the feelings being felt.
So in all of this this this whole illusion there is one thing in common. There is the illusion whether it's happening in the mind or the body and there is a watching of the illusion. So one thing we know for sure is that there is a watching.
Even right now as you're watching this video there is an immersion that you are watching this video and there is a knowing that there is a watching. Right? There is a watching of the watching itself.
So if you want to get back into the most primitive state, the state of pure consciousness and bliss, the highest state achievable to man, we want to redirect our attention inwards. Right now attention is glued either to the activity that we do, the thing that you're doing. Maybe it's the problem that you're going through, maybe it's your business, maybe it's your family, maybe it's your health, or it could be the thoughts that you're having about those things.
the internal screen, the external screen of what's happening in your outer world and getting immersed in that or your internal screen what's happening in your mind. But this is attention being attached to something externally. What happens when we turn attention inward into itself?
When attention is attentive to itself, that's when the illusion breaks. Think of this as being one with the ocean rather than the ripples. Rather than getting distracted by the ripples that happen in the ocean, our life right now, this limited span of life, this [snorts] illusion is what?
Just little ripples that are happening in the boundless formless ocean. These ripples are very distracting because why? Because they are movements that are happening within consciousness.
The nature of consciousness is what? It's still. Consciousness does not move.
That's why it's so hard to stay one with it. If you are not trained properly in your concentration. If you are meditating, your meditation will be interrupted at the slightest sound of noise, maybe the slightest distraction.
You get distracted by illusions. That's why concentration is such a key quality to be able to redirect yourself back. That's why meditation is such a key practice because you want to learn to become meditative.
The purpose of any practice is to become one with the practice itself. A lot of people meditate for the 20 minutes a day they do and they forget all about it for the 23 hours and 40 minutes for the rest of the day. What good is that?
The whole purpose of meditation is to become meditative. To become meditative is to embody that quality itself throughout your day to become awareness itself to stay in that state of watching. So one tiny little change you can make in your life right now is anytime anything shows up that glues your attention into it, you become fearful.
you become doubtful. Instead of going into that and rationalizing your way out of it, shift from giving attention to that external thing to turning attention inwards, watching the feeling that arises within your body, watching the thoughts that are arising. Just simply go from reacting to watching.
And that's how you go from effect to cause. Does that make sense? The only way you can go from effect to cause is if you stop reacting and become proactive.
You become the cause and not the effect. Now to fully understand this, to close the loop on this, we're going to go to the second teaching of Zoroastrianism, discerning truth from falsehood, Asha and Duv. Okay, so let's get to this next part right now.
So what we're going to talk about right now, this is probably going to be the most important part of the video because what I realized is I've been studying this stuff for the last decade. I did not know from where it originated but I realized that this concept of asha and drooj is very common across every single culture every single religion every single teaching that you see modern day spiritual teachers talk about and you always wonder what's the source from which it originated little did people know that one of the greatest oldest prophets Zoroasta who and that level of 0 to 1 David Hawkins actually talked about he his energy level is a level of 1,000 just like Jesus Christ just like Krishna Zoroaster is one of the highest avatars. Okay.
Now, what's interesting is this concept of Asha and Drwge has parallels to power versus force that we just talked about, right? So, Asha is known as truth, the natural order of things, natural harmony in everything, right? And Drwge is the false construct that we have collected.
the circumstances in your life that you're noticing right now, everything that's happening right now, we believe that, you know, these were created for some weird unknown reason. That unknown reason is unknown because we can't pinpoint exactly why it's happening. We are not able to pinpoint exactly why it's happening.
So, we ascribe it to a natural some some natural phenomena is trying to spite us when in reality that's not the case at all. Remember we talked about how we collect and accept these conditions to be true and thus we attract those situations. I have a friend who's in his 40s and 50s.
You know he is a single parent and his worldview is hey women these days are completely corrupted by social media and they only want money etc. But then you know because he believes that he keeps attracting women like that. He's not able to find the relationship that he wants.
He keeps telling himself this story. It's very interesting to see like when you when you do this kind of work you start noticing people with their certain beliefs and ideologies which they hold to be really really true which is drew the false construct. Why do we create these false constructs?
Right? So why do we believe certain things about ourselves that keep us in a lower vibration state? Why does my friend believe that it's impossible for him to find a good partner, a good spouse?
Because he wants to get married. He wants to have that partnership, but he keeps attracting cycles and cycles of toxic relationships because he believes that that's just how the women now are like. But I mean, don't you think people believe that throughout generations?
Like, you know, like, oh, you know, people are just men are bad, women are bad, times are bad now. You know, throughout history, people have always said, oh, things were always better in the good old days. Now technology is ruining everything.
But if that were the case, then we would have gone to hell in a hand basket by now. But that's not true. We live in some of the greatest times ever.
If you objectively look at it, we literally have systems where you can press a button and AI would write your, you know, do your taxes for you e pretty much, right? It would it would collect all of your spreadsheets and and compile them and calculate all of your numbers for you. It can code a website for you.
It can code anything for you, right? That's new. We live in a time now where some of the greatest monarchs would not have even imagined being able to do what we can do right now.
Where we press a button and our groceries are delivered to our door. It's insane. It's a magical device that's powered by this magical thing called electricity.
Some of the amenities we have the the greatest monarch did not have access to right back in the day. So, objectively speaking, we live in some of the greatest times. However, people are convinced that this is some of the worst times that we're living in, blah blah blah, etc.
And for those people who actually believe that, that's what they attract into their lives. But then there's a select few who can see the silver lining. And because they can see the silver lining, that's what they move towards.
Your brain has this organ called the reticular activating system. Whatever you're looking for, you will find. If you're looking for opportunities to make money in a tough environment where there's a recession, etc.
You will find that opportunity because whatever you're looking for, you will find. I always love to give this analogy, but I was in the mail room in my old apartment where there were thousands of Amazon packages being delivered every single day. My package was delayed by 2 weeks.
Okay? And I was like, "Okay, the this package has to be here or maybe it's not, maybe it's lost, etc. " So, I go into the room and I don't find it.
But then as soon as I step out, I get a notification, a delayed notification that the package had definitely been delivered. I go back to the room, my search takes on a different level of conviction because now I know that the package is here. So, I rummaged through it, get to the corner, and lo and behold, that's exactly where my package was.
I found it. Why didn't I find it before? The whole two weeks I searched, but I found it now because I knew that the package was there.
That's the only difference. The only difference was my conviction. Do you see how your conviction changes everything?
If you believe, if you have conviction and faith that you will become successful, you will get the thing that you want. You will find a way to make it happen. You will literally find a way to make it happen.
That's the name of the game. Nothing else matters. If you know, if you have conviction for sure that you'll find a way to make it happen, you will make it happen.
That's the law of the universe. That is Asher. That is the natural order.
You create your layer of reality. Now, most people, what are they doing? They're reacting to circumstances as opposed to creating.
One principle that I want to remind you of if you follow my channel or if you're new to it, is this principle known as the mirror principle. This actually parallels cause and effect that we just talked about. What you're seeing right now is a reflection.
Okay, this is your external world is a reflection of your internal world which is the image. You cannot manipulate a mirror to change the image. What do most people do when they don't like what they see?
They try to manipulate the mirror. They try to smash the mirror into pieces or they try to bend the mirror. What happens?
Nothing changes. You just get a distorted image of what you want to see. The only way to change what you see in the reflection is to change the image that you present to the mirror.
Kind of like this. There's a side that is the image which is our thoughts, feelings, our internal world. And there's a side where there is a reflection.
The reflection that you're seeing now because of the nature of our external world, there is a delayed reflection. The the reflection isn't immediate because matter still needs to be organized. So if you keep working with one image for long enough that the reflection will present themselves, right?
The issue here is we try to present an image and as soon as we see the slightest sign of something not going our way, we abandon the image and we fall back into falsehood. We fall back into the scarcity. Let's say you want to create a successful business, you want to make a successful income that you want to make or have the relationship that you want to have.
You start with that image, but then the slightest sign of something not going your way makes you retreat and fall back into your old self. Now, the mirror begins to reflect that old image again that's been so strongly presented to this mirror. Just like my friend who believes he can't find his perfect wife because the women nowadays are, you know, a ruined by social media.
They're only looking for money and they're only looking for status. That's what he sees on his social media feed and that's what he's going to attract. That's that's the reality.
And no matter who tells him what, that will never change unless he actually starts to see evidence that there are good women, there are good people out there. So, one thing I want to bring your attention to here is mirror control, reality control. How do you control reality?
You control reality by abandoning control. Most people try to directly impact reality. When in truth, the masters of reality creation, they know how to impact reality indirectly.
When you try to manipulate reality, you're coming from a place of force. When you work on directing reality, you're coming from a place of power. So, we want to shift from manipulating to directing.
If the boat, the sailboat isn't going the way that you want. You don't get out and try to swim your way there and exert force. You simply adjust the sales and you wait.
If you're someone who's a trader, right, you don't try to hack your way into the market and try to make money because you will fail. you'll blow your account. You don't trade in a manipulation.
If you're a trader, you'll understand what I'm saying. You wait for the market to give you the setup and you take it. If it's there, you take it.
If not, you just sit it out. You don't have to trade every day. There's not a setup to take every single day.
If there is something there, you take it. If not, what can you do? There's nothing you can do.
You just you're done. That's just how it is. Some of the greatest things in life have come to you when you've had the perfect balance of putting in effort and then letting it go with surrender.
This is what indirect control is. You put in effort, you make the intention, then you let it go. Then you come back again, you focus again, then you let it go.
One example I want to give you is recently we I don't know if you follow my stories, but we had a leak in our house, like a pipe burst and we had a leak that caused a lot of damage and it took a while to repair, right? And so anytime I see water, I'm a little bit traumatized because in my previous house, I live in South Florida, water is a big deal. Our previous house flooded and we also had to get that repaired.
There's always something, maybe I keep attracting this, but there's something with water and me. So, we had the the pipe burst. We repaired it, paid a hefty sum.
3 weeks later, I see water coming from the same place again. Of course, the old feelings, this old insecurity got triggered again and I started to get in my head about it. There came a moment where I realized, wait a second, what's happening here is the pendulums, the angra, mind you, the evil is trying to tempt me into falling into its its script, giving it my energy, the five lower states of consciousness.
It's tricking me. It wants to extract my energy. The only thing I can do now is to refuse to give it my energy.
And guess what? I refused to give it my energy. And I just calmly dealt with it.
I reduced my importance level. It was hard. It was difficult, but I did reduce my importance level when in the past I would hyperfixate and try to fix it now and stay up all night trying to figure out the source.
Maybe I'll dig into the wall and try to figure it out right now. But what I did was I lowered my importance and I said all problems will be solved. We solved the last problem.
This problem will be solved too. And I messaged the plumber and he came. First time he couldn't figure it out.
The leak persisted. It bothered me a little bit. All the insecurity came up again.
He said, "We might have to rip into the walls again. " I felt this insecurity like, "Oh, we're going to have to rip up everything. We might have mold, spend all this money again.
" But then I let it go. Like, you know, if it comes to that, then it comes to that. So then I surrendered it again and he said he would come back and try to figure it out again.
Lo and behold, he came, he figured it out, capped one of the lines, and guess what? Problem solved. Leak completely gone.
Disappears. All as a result of me lowering consciously lowering my importance. So what am I trying what lesson am I trying to give you here?
Whenever you have an obstacle or a challenge, do not try to deal with the obstacle or challenge from a heightened importance level. Because guess what you're doing? You are coming from a place of reaction rather than proactively dealing with it.
First, your first course of action is to lower that importance. If something is going wrong in your business, if something is going wrong in your life, if something is going wrong in your trading, something is going wrong in your health, first lower the importance. It's going to be difficult.
It is because it's triggering a lot of old insecurity. But you want to lower that importance and then put one foot in front of the other dispassionately and do what needs to be done in solving it. That action, by the way, is completely irrelevant.
It is simply you dancing with a play of illusion. Because by lowering your importance, what are you doing? You're shifting into the solution lifeline.
The lifeline in which the problem has a solution. But if you don't do that, you're still in the lifeline where the problem persists. And you're in that lifeline of, oh no, this is bad.
This is a problem. I better try to solve it. Trying is not doing right.
Your the ego gets a kick out of the drama. It's like, oh no, things are going bad. Okay, I'm going to keep myself stuck here in the state of bad because it's safe.
It's comfortable. I'm still alive. It keeps you stuck in this state.
The ego wants to stay alive. But you can easily lower the importance and then shift to a positive lifeline where there is a solution and you just put one foot in front of the other and solve it. That's it.
Anytime in your life something is going the way that you don't want it to go and you don't know why it's happening and you don't know what the solution is, you will find the solution once your importance level is lowered. Once you're no longer stuck in contraction and you've gone back into expansion and you trust that the solution will present itself in due time, all we need to do now is get back to that state of neutrality. Our only job is to monitor internal state of being.
And you do that through witnessing, through staying as awareness. Okay? So, thank you for watching this.
I hope this was helpful. To help you take these teachings deeper, I've actually made a comprehensive video on ancient Jewish mysticism, the Cababala. Okay?
Okay. And the principles of the cabala. All you need to do is click right here.
It's literally on YouTube and you can access that right now. And uh it will share with you cababalistic principles on wealth creation and creating reality, the reality that you want to create. So leave me a comment.
Let me know what you thought of this.
