oh my goodness yeah the the next fight is going to be awesome um I say it I say it respectfully to Stipe I would take time off from being a firefighter right now and I mean that with all due respect um my whole world is going to be focused on him this is the biggest opportunity in my life to beat the heavyweight goat and I'm going to give it everything I got absolutely everything I got STI is talking about the fact that he's heavier than me right now you know his head his head's already in
the wrong spot if he thinks weightlifting is going to beat me he'll never be younger than he is right now he'll never be faster and um I'm going to not only beat sleepy miic I'm going to finish sleepy miic before the championship rounds when you get your title shot what is going to be an approach you take when you fight John Jones they're just assuming he's going to win well whoever it is I mean if it is Jones it is but uh my Approach would been just going to beat that ass you I'm going to
train hard and I do what I do every camp and don't stop what's mine you made it clear that you said you want Stipe next uh uh a timeline is there anything I mean already you have a date circled on the calendar yet or do you have an idea like what would make the most sense for you I I got to talk to my coaching staff and see how you know what they think but we took zero damage tonight and uh I'm getting right back to practice I believe in my next fight I I'll go
into it with a different level of confidence an even higher level of confidence I believe that I'm going to look really great I'm going to have even higher endurance than I had today which is going to be hard to beat because I'm in really great condition any thoughts on who wins the main event I don't care who wins I want winner yeah when you spoke to John Morgan you said that you can guarantee the fans this fight and a Stipe fight is that possibly the last time we'll see you if you beat steep are you
content with walking away or do you have an interest in fighting these younger upand comers once again but this time at a different division uh you know really I can't predict the future you know I I speak very confidently I have a lot of belief I have a lot of faith but I can't predict the future um like I said this this fight could be an absolute war or it could be like wow he just blew through gain you know I don't know how it's going to look I think I'm going to base it on
how I'm performing you know how I'm feeling I'm just going to take it one fight at a time and um my my goals my goals for myself personally is is to make this look easy and to fight at least two times this year at least and then we'll take it we'll just take it from there and just to follow up on that Stipe I believe you did an interview with Daniel there where you said you were told you would be fighting the winner is that accurate and when would be the perfect timeline for you that
means he watches a YouTube Channel's watching the YouTube thank you thank you forting it watch channel just know out there and uh yeah I was told that so we'll see hopefully nothing's uh nothing's permanent till it's written on you know contract and signatures but we'll see John I mean when you talk about a victory like this comeback the layoff win a second title you know title second weight class was there ever any thought of just you know this may be the night you could just walk away on top can you did that ever cross your
