good morning guys it's a not so nice day here in London I was looking at my videos and I was thinking what do I need it's not so great having just from my face as a thumbnail so that's today's mission I'm going to learn how to make thumbnail and like a good one at that because yeah will be more enticing for people who watch my videos including you q interesting / weird like background beat music / what day it is go alright guys so as you saw I had worked up to a new close grip
bench PR which is 95 that's just a two point five kilo pure failed it the first time go to the second time then I decided will go fir finally hit two plates on the bench so hundred kilos didn't get it I don't know bench is such a weird one for me like every single week I'm getting stronger at my deadlift stronger in my squat bench is like I've been stuck on this wait for like a month now and it's so frustrating so and i guess i'm just going to build up my chest more cuz it
seems like my walk out at strength is fine now just getting off my chest so ya gotta do lots of training today that's really annoyed me wait a weakness I'll work on it Oh as if you've never tried that last exercise I seriously recommend a that's like a superset you just get like a really really good contraction all right guys all done heading home now alright guys so this is the book I've recently been reading paulo coelho I don't know it's called The Alchemist pretty short book it's not like a hundred and seventy pages but
he has lots and lots of other books after this i'm talking like twelve or fifteen books yeah it's quite an interesting book it's actually fiction which is really really weird for me but there's a lot of messages behind it and I guess sometimes it's nice not reading nonfiction and entertain but i'm still getting something out of it so if you've never read the alchemist i recommend it especially if you're not someone who's that into reading this will still keep you entertained but you'll learn something from it reading up on d loads something that's quite important
right now considering the fact i've been so fatigued recently so fatigued so guys if you don't already know I live in London making it nearly impossible to get lucky charms I paid an extortionate nine pounds for this totally worth it once I have some tomorrow though I've gone some comments and so my older videos Iman or camera do you use so i use the canon g7x i used to use like the canon hundred d DSLR with a 24 millimeter pancake lens and a rode videomic and then a govt gorillapod kind of like what Casey Neistat
uses except with a worse Cameron lens and main reason I stopped using that was auto focus was atrocious on that no like swivel out screen and know what else oh and just the fact that it would take me in order to get like a vlog shot I'd have to take out the camera put on the mic put in the gorillapod put on the settings like I didn't have it on automatic because it would always just screw up so what I use now is canon g7x here it is as you can see it has zip up
out screen like that so and also like touch to focus wait wait let's do this wait yeah this is something like that I'm sure you can see a working there that is a win muffler so you know helps with the noise upside pretty good if you want to you know get into vlogging this is what Casey Neistat uses as his like secondary camera pretty good either get this or the sony rx100 mark 3 the Mark for Mark forest pointless so I know all of you guys are thinking of getting into blogging or making fitness videos
I definitely recommend it it hits a lot of fun get this or the sony rx100 personal opinion alright guys so as you saw I got McDonald's for dinner let me tell you guys something about fast food and pretty much any sort of food with a really low glycemic index which means they my tablet metabolizes quickly just all these processed foods yes you should worry about the physical aspect of it you should worry about how it affects your health but the thing so many people so many people neglect is and what it does to your mind
if you haven't read a book called the ultra mind solution I seriously recommend you eat it food has such a profound effect on our mental clarity the way we think how productive we are so I finished all my work today and I can see that after i eat McDonald's my mental capacity will be at thirty to fifty percent for the remainder of the day as simple as that so guys think about that next time you're having processed food fast food like food really low and glycemic index um you know just think about it so on
