will watch it and your videos will get views and your channel will grow and you will get subscrib you will make money that's because the way the algorithm works today is similar to Tik Tok on Tik Tok if you go ahead and you make a new account and you post a new video that video will get 300 views and if those 300 views are interested in the video Tik Tok will continue to push the video to more viewers and this is the way the YouTube algorithm also works nowadays before it wasn't like this before YouTube
actually cared how many subscribers you had if you watch YouTubers who have been doing YouTube for 10 years or 20 years they have a very steady slow growth because they had to collect subscribers they had to get 1,000 subscribers 10,000 subscribers and it took them years and once they got 100,000 subscribers or 1 million subscribers they finally started growing because that's the way the YouTube algorithm used to trust a channel before but now it's not like that which is really awesome for you because you have an opportunity to make money on YouTube and grow really
fast on YouTube without having to spend years collecting subscribers all you have to do is go ahead record yourself or simply record a video and post it on YouTube and keep doing it until it works that's all you have to do for example this video on YouTube which got 18 million views was posted by this person who had zero subscribers when he posted this video and after he posted this video this video got him 18 million views this one doesn't have interesting editing it's not super high quality it's just the idea is interesting he bought
an abandoned house and renovated it and this house looks like a mini castle so that was interesting and 18 million people decided to watch this video because they thought it's interesting so 10 years ago only PewDiePie only Mr Beast only big big Youtubers with many subscribers could have got 18 million views but today with this new algorithm you can have zero subscribers you can be a nobody nobody can know you and you can go ahead and just post a video that is interesting and you will get 18 million views because the algorithm that right now
is in your favor you're actually really lucky that you can simply go ahead and just post interesting videos and grow like crazy on YouTube and I really don't understand why you're not doing it why you're not taking this opportunity especially after you've been consuming so much YouTube probably you probably been watching YouTube for 5 years 10 years you've probably always wanted to be a YouTuber and I'm here telling you that this is the time this is your chance to be a YouTuber this is the best time to be a YouTuber I know a lot of
people think that YouTube is oversaturated and there's too many creators I absolutely don't agree with them I think there's more creators on YouTube for sure but there's also many more viewers so it's growing in Balance so it's perfect and especially with this new algorithm I think it's the perfect time to actually start a YouTube channel and just post interesting videos record yourself or record gaming or record anything that you think is interesting and people will like now when should you post these videos does it matter when you post these videos no it doesn't matter it's
same as Tik Tok YouTube shorts and Instagram reals all that matters is that your video is on YouTube and as soon as your video is on YouTube the algorithm will start to learn it and to push it to viewers and if your video is interesting it will push it more and more so all it matters is that you post the video and you keep posting also go as far to say that you shouldn't even tag your video and I'm going to give you here an example why you shouldn't use tags in your video video so
let's say you're making a cooking video there's a really popular YouTuber who has 10 million subscribers or 5 million subscribers you post your video and your video has their reviews and in the tags you will write cooking cooking Vlog and so on the algorithm will then recommend your video under this big video and viewers from that big video will not watch your video because the viewers from that video most of them are subscribed to that channel for that channel so it's really hard to draw viewers from a bigger channel to your channel so when you
tag your video you risk for this to happen where your video will get recommended to bigger videos but these videos already have content creators with lots of fans and those fans are fans of theirs and most of the time they're not interested to become your fan because you're you're small so recommend not to tag your videos because if you don't tag your videos you're giving more space to the algorithm to better promote your video to people who actually might want to watch your video if you understand what I'm saying the algorithm does a much better
job than than putting tags on your video doesn't matter how many subscribers you have the way the algorithm works it's simply by you post a video the video is interesting the algorithm recommends it that simple I don't understand why people don't get it and the reason why it works like that is because the algorithm is actually the viewer a lot of you do this mistake where you think about the algorithm as this complex algorithmic AI learning machine thing when in reality the algorithm is the viewer when you make a video you need to understand if
it's interesting for the viewers not for the algorithm don't search for click through dat don't search for Impressions those things actually don't matter what matters is do you think other human beings are going to find this title this video and this thumbnail interesting if the answer is yes then go ahead and post it don't care about the algorithm especially if in the first week or in the first months the video doesn't perform well you need to give the algorithm time to understand this video and to understand who this video was made for so if you
post videos don't delete them leave them on YouTube because they can grow even after 4 months they can go grow even after one year or two years the algorithm takes its time to learn the video there's billions and trillions of videos on YouTube so the algorithm needs time so in my humble opinion I think this is the right time to start a YouTube channel so go ahead and start posting videos on YouTube before YouTube changes this algorithm it makes it more hard to grow on YouTube right now is the best time to grow a new
