Begin by getting into whatever position feels best right now closing your eyes if that feels right to you either way adjusting your awareness bit by bit so that it starts to dial into your own internal experience of you giving yourself the role of Observer right now [Music] as you merely observe and watch how your breath flows how your body feels even observing any thoughts or emotions that come up but without your engagement they just kind of pass by as you stay in the awareness of being your own Observer of you [Music] foreign letting that be
enough for right now [Music] and we can experiment a little more now with that sense of Observer Beyond you what if everything is merely a kind gentle Observer with no judgment [Music] perhaps bring to mind one specific idea you have that feels like a bit of a Reach For The Logical mind even though the imagination knows it is not original trust yourself and get this idea that you have for yourself and your life ready in your mind's eye [Music] and as you see this idea begin to breathe through any resistance towards it that you feel
in your body breathe through it and know that if this Vision came to you it is yours there's a reason that you have it [Music] I now begin to see it floating out in front of you in whatever way your imagination projects it [Music] feel resistance exiting as you choose to line up with believe in this thought form as its own being that wishes nothing but your happiness and wishes to give you what you want in the highest most loving way for your highest most loving good [Music] you're a childlike imagination lighting up at this
concept [Music] invite yourself to take a really big deep breath on your own pace and using the exhalation making it extra long and slow to relax even more deeply now into this concept that which you want is sinking you as well [Music] and as your breath returns to its natural pace whatever that is for you you begin to Envision as though that idea you have has somehow diffused into all of the molecules and the air around you [Music] as if all of the air is somehow also pregnant with this idea and as you breathe it
in you bring that into your body [Music] [Music] and as you exhale you release any resistance towards it where it becomes transmuted and recycled there is nothing more you need to do [Music] keep breathing in the idea you have for you knowing it is yours and feeling how the idea knows it is yours as well that idea wants you [Music] [Music] feel deeply thankful in all of yourselves [Music] [Music] and on your next inhale invite yourself to make it really count feeling as best as it can for you perhaps holding it at the top when
you get there neither way whenever you reach the end of that deep exhalation begin to let yourself know it's time to transition back to the world around you stay connected still with this feeling of magic that is all around and within you [Music] that is yours to claim today stay with it as you slowly begin to stretch and bend as you feel called listening to your body and very very slowly opening your eyes when you
