Exist basically 4 types of pass. That are: Chest pass. Chopped pass Over head pass.
Lateral pass by one and other side. Well, the chest pass works in this way; You hold the ball next to your chest, and your objetive is to aim the chest of your colleague. On the chest right.
Chest to chest. You do this movement. This one.
The palm of your hands. You start with the palm of your hands turned to the other. and end with them turned against each other.
Get tuned to see how is done. So, the chopped pass is basicaly the same as the chest one, but insted you throw right in the chest, you bounce the ball 2/3 between you and your colleague. Remember always to use your feet.
In the chest pass, chopped and the over the head pass. . .
And in the lateral the most, remember your feet. With your feet you get more strenght and it is more precise in the chest. Or doing chopped.
You have to learn how to cordinate this movement to make it stronger. Over the head. It's the same as the chest one, same movement.
But it's done over the head. Still start with palms facing each other to end with both backing each other. So see how it gets.
So side pass, it's more used when you have to do it in a tricky situation with the Center over you. it's that way. You do as an defensor, you pass with one hand the other is protecting.
