Yes, peeps. What is up? Welcome back to a brand new episode.
I hope you're all doing well. Today is Sunday and the time is coming up to 6:30 p. m.
Got my first one in. Picking up from uh Honest Burger. Oh, yeah.
Picking up at Uber Eats for Glenn. Thank you. Oh, tight squeeze.
Yeah. And tonight I'm out on this. This is the Enuway E26 Step through eBike.
It's one of the latest bikes from Enuway. And I've reviewed a few ebikes from Enway in the past. Now, it's a 250 W rear hub motor.
It's got a 16 A battery, which is 48 volt, 26x4 in tires. I just really like this step through design. I don't have to like lift my leg up super high to get on and off of the bike.
You've got front and rear hydraulic brakes. Yeah, it's just a nice setup. And with the rear rack on there, which comes standard with the bike, you can mount a thermal bag on really, really easy.
Yeah, we're going to see how it holds up in tonight's shift. I've got a fully charged battery. I'm starting on, let's just say, 4 miles cuz I've literally just taken it off charge.
And before anyone asks, yes, I do stop for red lights. [Music] Oh my bad. It's turned into a double order.
Oh, it's for the same customer as well. Okay, this makes sense now. I thought I was heading to the customer's address, but I'm not.
Picking up some more more items. I might just go on to that pole over there. Oh, this McDonald's is absolutely heaving with people.
Look how many people are in there. I would normally cancel this type of job, but it's going to the same customer, so it makes sense to to actually do it. Oh my days.
Are you serious? [Music] I'm waiting as well for picking up. Yeah, it's ready for deliveries.
Yeah. Sorry, mate. Do you mind if I just squeeze next to you?
I just want to see what that order number is. Sorry, bro. What number is that there?
The one in front of you. OC 0 C. Yeah, this one.
6C. Oh, yeah. Just the first one.
Yeah. F6. Thank you, brother.
Cheers. I will. Yeah.
Yeah. Don't worry. Thank you, bro.
Yeah. That's what it's all about. A bit of teamwork there from the uh from the other rider.
He helped me out there cuz he was standing right at the front of the queue and uh yeah, you could obviously see the orders that were there. Oh. Oh, forget to unset the alarm.
There we go. All right. I haven't got space in my other bag.
So, just going to have to be like, so yeah, I'm definitely definitely avoiding that McDonald's from now on. Wow. And it's not their fault, you know.
London Bridge station. I mean, it's a Sunday, so it's quite weird that it's that busy, but I guess the all the tourists and that have been out for the day, so they just want something quick to grab before they jump on their train. Luckily, it's not far away.
1. 1 miles 4m minute cycle. Hello.
There's the first one. Let's watch. These bags are a bit dodgy.
Yeah. All good. Nice one.
Cheers, mate. Thank you. All right.
Lovely. That is the first two deliveries done. It is warm at the moment.
I have to undo these air vents. I got some vents on this jacket here. I know later on I'm going to be complaining that it's too cold.
Let's get back on the bike and go and get another order. All right, brand new job is in on Uber Eats. Paying £444.
Going over to uh the other side of the river. All right, then. Here we go.
Hello. I got Uber Eats for Mark. Thank you.
Thank you. Cheers. Cheers, man.
All right, that was a nice fast pickup from this restaurant here. 2. 2 miles, but we want to be cycling 14 minutes.
[Music] wants me to turn here. What the hell? This is a tight gap.
[Music] All right, delivery. Hello. There we are.
Thank you. Perfect. Thank you.
Lovely. That's that one done. All right, back down to the bike and we go again.
Picking up from Waitros, which is somewhere close to here. I'm currently in whopping. Look at my Google maps.
It's not working properly. Look, I go to cycle and then look what happens. It goes away from the area that I'm meant to be.
What directions? Let's see if it works now. Nope.
It's still taking me [Music] away. Thank you. All right, it's 5 minutes away.
0. 8 miles. Not bad.
Can I get your code, please? 40. 40.
Yeah. Nice one. Thank you.
I love it when uh customers meet riders downstairs. It makes life so much more easier. I'm still in the zone just by St.
Paul's Cathedral. Oh my god, a Gilera DNA in the back of that in that trailer. Wow.
Who remembers Gilera DNA? Twist and go. Wow.
That is that is very rare cuz they be they they um I can't even speak. They're uh they're super rare because they don't make them no more. They stop making parts for them and everything.
We're in a little bit of a heat zone here on Uber. So Uber's got these uh heat maps as you can see on there. Charing Cross is showing busy Camden Town, Islington.
I mean, I'm not far from Islington. We can go back to North London. But yeah, I'm just going to accept whatever comes in.
London. What's going on, man? Good.
You okay? I thought I thought I recognized you. You're good.
You're filming a video. Yeah, I'm filming a video today. Yeah, just on uh this bike here.
Been watching all of your videos, man, since day one. A I appreciate it, man. Appreciate it.
On my little side hustle as well. You uh not tried electric bike? I'm going to convert this electric bike soon.
I got a switch kit. Oh, nice. Nice.
Wait for that to come. Yeah, switch are quite good. Well, it's nice to see you live action.
You too, man. Thank you, bro. Appreciate it.
Thank you. Oh, we got a delivery going up to Hackne. Let's accept that one.
£544. What's this one? £7.
Ooh, see this one's paying more, but the other one's a single drop. What do I do? Should I take But I want to stay on this side of the river.
No, let's let's go to Hackne. Let's go over to Yi's Noodle and Dumpling. Yeah, so far on 10 miles on the bike, I feel like this uh saddle suspension is loosening up a bit now.
I think when it comes out of the box, it takes some getting uh it like it has to wear in a little bit, but it is reacting a lot better now, a lot more smoother. Still got full bars of battery. Not one bar has dropped yet.
And we're what, 6 milesi in. [Music] Hello. Collecting this one, Oliver.
Yeah, thank you. A load of noodle soup. All right.
18 minutes away. Uber, you need to please. They keep offering stupid money to go like an extra 2 miles.
It's cheeky. Why not give it to a rider that hasn't got a job, you know? and pay them the full amount.
They try and be cheeky and give you these orders to go an extra two, three miles on top of what you're doing already and paying less. No. Oh my, it's still happening.
No. See that £1. 92 they're trying to offer me.
And I know like you're sitting at home thinking, "Oh, why don't you just take it? It's extra money. " But no, I have to stop, go and collect from that restaurant, which is going to be like another 5 6 minute cycle.
In the meantime, that customer's food that I've got in my bag is just sitting there getting colder by the minute. And uh and they're waiting. They're still going to be waiting for their orders, you know.
[Music] Not far from this customer now. What a journey this was. I am deep in East Well, it's turned into North London now, which is weird cuz it was just East London, but it says London Bar of Hackne.
This is like a weird area where one side of the road is North London and the other side is East London. Oh Don't say this is spilt. Oh no, it's leaked.
Hello, mate. Sorry, it's spilt a little bit at the bottom of the bag. I think the main ones are okay.
I think it's this top one here. Uh, but I don't think they've cling filmed it. Yeah, it doesn't look like much for Sorry about that.
They didn't even cling film it, so it isn't my fault. Do you know what I mean? I'm riding soft.
It's not like I'm ragging it around. Yeah, me and Soup don't have a uh don't have a good relationship, to be honest. Any soup orders I get now, if they're not clinging filmed or vacuum sealed at the top, I'm just not going to accept it.
£544. Yeah, I understand customers frustrations and stuff, but it was literally one tub. He's ordered four massive tubs of soup.
And I mean, there's nothing wrong with ordering soup. Like, nothing wrong at all. You know, you fancy soup, you order a bit of soup.
But it's only one of the containers that spilled. Franco manga. Well, at least I don't have a have a risk of spilling a pizza now.
Let's go and pick up this Franco manga. 0. 7 miles away 3 minutes.
Like if I got a delivery and it was spilled and the delivery rider was like, "Look, I'm sorry. Like some of it spilled. " And it's like the smallest amount of the order.
I'll be like, "No problem, man. Have a good evening. " And then he comes with them sarcastic comments like doesn't look like there's much left of it to be honest.
Honestly, little comments like that is so annoying, man. I've cycled over 3 miles to deliver your soup that they didn't cling film or pack properly. What do you want me to do?
Anyway, let's crack on, man. Let one customer uh bring a downer on the evening. Um going to be delivering to North London.
Oh, there's something on fire up here. What is going on up here? Or is it a barbecue?
No, that's a fire, man. That smells well dodgy. Jody.
Yeah, nice one. Thank you. Cheers.
All right, 2 miles away, we're going Seven Sisters Road, Finsbury Park, dropping off to a hotel. Back up to North London we go. What a perfect evening for it as well.
Sunday evening, 8:15, sun's still well kind of shining. Absolutely perfect conditions to get out and rip your bike through London. Yes.
05. Perfect. Thank you.
Have a good evening. Sorry. I thought we ordered like two pizzas.
Uh number six cho the one that's actually one of the good. Okay, no problem. Take care.
Yeah, those uh Franco manga pizzas are quite small. Here we go. Keep your identity.
Confirm your identity. Sorry. To keep taking trips.
All right, let's take a picture. Where's home? [Music] Okay.
Um, yeah. All good. Just done that verification.
We're back in the game. Back in the game. All right.
I'll bring you back when the next one's in. And there it is. Monster Donna and Perry Perry Grill.
I think it's here somewhere. What am I picking up? One item.
A whole chicken platter. Here it is. Hello.
You're right. Uh, yeah. Uber, it's Dani.
Cheers. Thank you. This might be the last delivery of the night if I'm completely honest with you because it's 3.
7 miles and I got two bars of battery and I still need to get back over the south side of the river. So yeah, we'll see what the situation is once I've done this one. But I hope you're enjoying the episode so far, peeps.
If you are, be sure to leave a like on the video and don't forget to subscribe to the channel if you're new around here and you haven't subscribed already. I want to try and aim to finish at 9:30. So, it's 3 hours of delivering.
But yeah, I don't think I'm going to be hitting my uh minimum target of £50 tonight. I don't think so. I'm in a world of my own as well.
scared the life out of me. The guy behind me bibbed at someone else that he's seen that he knows, but it scared the living daylight out of me. They were both cracking up.
Oh, I should have had my Insta 360 on. I feel like people in North London are a lot more friendlier as well. I don't know.
I'm I'm coming to all types of conclusions with North London, but I'm starting to I'm starting to like it. And as I mentioned in my North London episode, the only time I come around North London is to visit the Emirates Stadium. And I always take the same route.
You know, I don't really get to explore. So, I am happy that I've uh decided to try out new areas and stuff cuz it is good. It is good.
How does that work? Indicate right, but pull over to the left. That makes that makes sense.
It does make sense because it's an Uber driver. It's literally like doing this. Yeah.
You ready? Indicate left. I'm going to turn right.
Oh, speeding on. Why? Why didn't you just wait here?
You should have just waited here. You had so much time. Now he's going to make two cars reverse.
Unreal. See, now you got to reverse. Oh my days, I ain't got time for this.
It's made everything this long. We've made your evening long. Yeah, the claimed range on this bike is 87 mi, but obviously that's in eco mode and uh well, not eco mode in level one, sorry.
And if you're going at the slowest pace ever. Uh, but I think real world real world mileage on this range, you would get about if you ride it like a normal person and not a delivery rider, I reckon you'll get about 30 to 40 miles. It depends.
It depends on your weight. It depends on the conditions and stuff, but I think real world range if you're in and I'm talking about if you're in the highest assist mode is going to be about 40 mi, which isn't bad. It isn't bad.
And obviously, you've got the option to buy additional batteries as well. They're not super expensive on the uh Enuway website. And there is a bunch of uh accessories and stuff that they sell for their bikes.
All right, not far away from this customer now. Drp down to one bar of battery, which is very concerning because I still need to get back into the city of London and uh collect my stuff before I head then head home from there as well. So, yeah, it looks like I'm going to be uh taking it nice and easy on the way back to preserve this battery, but it has performed quite well.
Ah, no. Yeah, please. That's the issue with these bags, aren't they?
They sweat a little bit. No, I don't want to pick it up. You know what I'm going to have to do?
Yeah. Uh, tilt the door. Yeah.
The thing is, I think it's broken at the bottom. Oh, no. Okay, that's all right.
As long as none of the food's come out. That's the main thing, isn't it? Sorry about that.
No, that's all right, mate. Thank you. That was uh that was not cool because the bag ripped instantly, man.
At least the food didn't go everywhere. That's the main thing. The only downside is I now have curry sauce in my bag.
I'm going to zip this bag up and give it a clean when I get home. Uh yeah, we're not going to be delivering anymore tonight because I need to get back over to work to pick up my belongings and then head home. Yeah, I've been up since 5:00 a.
m. But I'm glad I got out tonight and I done a shift. £23.
95. £23. 95 plus how much was it on delivery?
One, was it? Yeah, £3. 98.
£27. 93 and I've been delivering for 2 and 1/2 hours. It isn't too bad.
It isn't too bad. I'm glad I've got out and I've put this uh bike through its paces. If you want to find out any more information about the Enu E26 Step through, I'll leave a link in the description box down below.
It comes in three different colors. this like Nardo dark gray. We've got like a teal blue, which is like this color here on my gloves.
And then they got a bright bumblebee yellow. Real great bike for the price. You get a lot for your money.
16 A 48V 26x 4 in tires. The rear rack is built on there as well. Front suspension with the built-in lights front and rear along with the suspension saddle which is really comfortable.
It's a standard saddle from Angway, but real nice stuff. You can also adjust the handlebars to suit your height and your reach. So, you can tilt this up so it's towards you, a bit more closer, or you can tilt it away.
But yeah, real real nice bike. And this gets my approval, especially for delivery riders because like I said, you can change out the battery. And I'll show you that actually because I haven't I haven't popped the battery out yet, have I?
Nice. You've also got a little LED indicator on here as well. It's showing two bars at the moment, which is good because it's showing one bar on there, but I think it's just about two bars.
I reckon you could carry it. Yeah, you could carry one of them around in your bag if you got a good rear rack. But yeah, I hope you've enjoyed this one, peeps.
If you have, then be sure to leave a like on the video down below. Don't forget to subscribe to the channel if you're new around here and you enjoy this content. and I will see you on the next episode.
Let's see how far or how long it's going to take for me to get back to where I need to go. 7. 3 mi.
It's going to take me 43 minutes. Are you joking me? All right, I better get pedaling.
Time is uh 10:00 p. m. And surprisingly, I've got 31 miles and I've managed to make it back to my area.
The battery indicator is flashing though. Yeah, lovely stuff. At least I managed to make it back.
That's the main thing.
