Big food just created a loophole in a Zmpic and they're doing it in secret. A way to completely bypass the effects of the drug causing you to even gain more weight. This is an allout war on health and America right now is in the endgame.
But that's not the worst part. The worst part is that there's no hero in this story. There's no Tony Stark.
It's Thanos versus Thanos. Big pharma versus big food. And what I'm going to do in this video is give you the facts and the tools you need so that you can protect yourself.
My name is Michael Diamonds. I'm a scientist majoring in biochemistry and microbiology. I'm a medical doctor and pro-natural bodybuilder.
I was advised against making a video like this, but so many of my clients are affected by this. I just feel morally obligated to. I won't be surprised that this video gets suppressed.
So, if you can share this with somebody you feel will help, that would be amazing. But let's not waste time and drive straight in. Ampic has shaken up the food industry.
The company responsible for creating a zmpic mangaro is called Novon Nordisk. It's more valuable than Coca-Cola and McDonald's combined. And this is a massive problem for big food.
But they have found a solution. First, we need to set the foundations here so we can understand how big food solution works and how we can protect ourselves. So, right now, sales in fruits and veggies are up and junk food is down.
And have you noticed that your favorite junk food is now high protein or it's fat- free or it's gluten-free, high fiber, zero added sugar? All of this has been marketing for you to continue eating these foods. And I made this realization 2 months ago.
And I actually told you guys that I made a mistake. I personally cannot eat protein bars anymore. And I can't recommend them to my clients because what's happening is it's so difficult to only have one protein bar, two protein bars a day.
I was overeating them. And I saw the same trend with my clients. They're now more addictive than the original thing.
So, I've decided to cut them out. And have you noticed this? And let me know in the comments if there are any healthy foods that you've been eating that's actually causing you to gain weight.
And I just thought of this. Think about it. The salted peanuts, the almonds, all these foods that have been touted to be healthy is more addictive.
So, let me know if there are any others in the comments down below. And I think this will just help people in terms of consciousness. The next thing you'll start seeing on all of your favorite foods is something that's called ampic optimized or ampic friendly.
In terms of how this works, ampic helps with fat loss. And it does this by number one slowing down the digestion of food in your gut, giving your body time to absorb the nutrients, keeping you fuller for longer, and also keeping you from eating more. in the pancreas.
It fine-tunes your insulin release like a smart thermostat adjusting its temperature. This way, you don't have sugar spikes and those sugars aren't stored as fat in the brain. It quietens the hunger signals like noiseancelling headphones canceling out any cravings and you completely lose your appetite.
The result is weight loss. It does work. The New England Journal of Medicine shows that it drops body weight by 15 to 20% in 68 weeks.
For type 2 diabetics, ampic is gold. It can help reverse the diabetes and all its markers, meaning it's better for long-term sugar control, but it also reduces the need for diabetic medication over time, improving your insulin sensitivity and also slowing the release of glucose into the bloodstream, which prevents those dangerous spikes. But there's a problem that Nova Nordisk, the creators of Mangaro or Zmpic and all its derivatives, haven't figured out.
Not all weight loss is equal. When you lose 15 to 20% of your body weight on a Zmpic, 30 to 40% of that is lean muscle mass. And according to a 2021 paper on diabetes, obesity, and metabolism, this happens because of a severe caloric restriction.
paired with the appetite suppression, it does reduce the amino acids, the building blocks ability to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. Your body enters into a catabolic state, breaking down muscle tissue, to meet the energy demands of your body. This is a massive problem.
Muscle isn't just for aesthetics. It's a powerful drug that will help you live longer. Lose too much and you're directly impacting your lifespan.
Novon Nordis, the maker of Ampic, projects 24 million Americans will be using Ampeic and all its derivatives by 2035. That's millions of people potentially trading muscle tissue for some fat loss. Unless we intervene with the diet, and this is my advice, if you're on a Zmpeic or plan to get on a Zepic in the future, this is going to be your first line of defense.
You need to start resistance training. And I'm sure you've heard if you don't lose your muscle, you will lose it. By training at least three times per week or more, you can protect the muscle tissue you have and have a Zmpic rather target the fat as a source of energy instead of muscle.
This is my second piece of advice. Yes, it is difficult to have an appetite and eat on a Zmpic, but you need to do your best to at least eat one gram of protein per pound of body weight. That should be your two main goals if you're going to use a Zmpic.
On the screen right now, what I'm going to do for you, I'm going to give you a 3-day training plan, a 4-day, and a 5-day training plan. And I've linked a video series showing you different high protein meals that you can eat. What I'm even going to do is give you a little PDF booklet so you can make these healthy alternatives at home.
And all I ask in return, leave the video with a like. Look at my client, Dr Gregory. This is how he looked on his Empic when he came to me.
And this is how he looks now off a Zmpic. Doing it the natural way is so much better and it's actually a skill that you want to learn. So you just need to train hard and eat a high protein diet.
Now if you plan on getting off a Zmpeic and you want to be guided, I highly recommend you apply to work with me and my team or a team of medical doctors. But that's only the first problem. The link to that is in the description if you want to see a similar result to Dr Gregory.
But now let's pivot to big food. What is the solution they're coming up with? All your favorite foods and snacks are perfectly designed in a lab.
The taste, the crunch, the smell, how it melts in your mouth. None of this is by accident. Companies like Nestle that make the KitKat and Manderly that makes Oreos, Uni Lever, General Mills, and PepsiCo, they've mastered what is called hyper palatable food design.
They're experts at creating extremely addictive, tasty food. And this isn't accidental. Big food has always used science so you cannot stop eating their foods.
And this will drive their profit. For example, they will put special salt crystals on chips to make them super crunchy. They add fats that will melt in your mouth.
And they use fake sugars like sucralose, which is sweeter than regular sugar by 200 times. The louder the chip crunch, the more you're going to want to get that munch. The smoother and meltier the chocolate is, the more that you're going to eat.
Food scientists mix just the right amount of sugar, carbs, salts, and fats to make it so good that you won't stop eating. And this is already the pathway of what they're going to do with the solution to ampic. This ratio hits your brain's reward hub and it will spike dopamine in a way that mirrors the addictive drug.
Rat studies show that these effects parallel those of cocaine. You don't stop eating it because your brain is simply saying eat more. There's a New York Times article which has reported a significant decline in sweet baked goods at Walmart and the Walmart CEO John Ferner has confirmed this.
Morgan Stanley, a leading global financial firm, predicts that these drugs, Ampic snack sales will drop them by 3 to 5%, which is a massive hit to big food or any impulse buys that people normally have. Morgan Stanley advises Big Food on market trends and their projections are signaling a massive disruption to them if they don't do something about it. But Big Food isn't just going to sit back and watch their profits go.
They're adapting quietly. One of the companies responsible for creating these addictive foods is called Kelanova. The New York Times reports that Kelanova is testing high protein Pringles.
Nestle is developing GLP1 optimized fiber bars, foods designed to coexist with appetite suppression. They're calling them GLP1 optimized foods, essentially ampic optimized foods. And you've probably already started to see these populate on your food shelves.
They're thinking smaller packets but with higher protein content, smaller granola bars and smaller meals. All advertised to be higher protein, higher fiber for those who are on ampic. These all sound healthier and better alternatives to those that people are already eating.
But there's a darker layer. They're also intensifying the addictiveness, amplifying the artificial sweeteners. They're enhancing the textures and the crunch that makes you want another one.
All of these will have also formulations to bypass the effects of a zmpic on the brain. They're just going to turn the food noise higher in your brain. And think about the food taste, the quality, and the addictiveness of all these foods over the last 20 years and how much it's improved.
If we fast forward from this point on into the next 20 years, who can imagine how addictive these foods are going to be? big foods betting that they can engineer a chip or a soda that can outsmart a zenic. And this is my advice and what I've been sharing for nearly a decade now.
All of the foods and snacks that you love, you can make at home. I even created this four video series showing you 21 total recipes to lose your belly fat and your chest fat. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to put them all in a playlist and they're in the description.
I'm also going to give you the PDF so you can make these healthy alternatives at home because this is a skill that you need to learn. It's time that you start putting your health in your own hands. Start learning to make these foods at home and try and eat out less.
You'll lose the weight. You'll build the muscle. And you're also just going to say, you know what, I'm not participating in this war.
As a medical doctor and a coach at Sculpt by Science, I had to shed light on this. And it's only going to get crazier from here. My advice is get a coach.
Learn the skill of how to manage your body, how to manage your cravings and your food addictions because it's only going to get more challenging out here. You have two massive nearly trillion dollar industries fighting for your health and it's time that you take control. I'm curious to hear what do you guys think?
Have you guys noticed this? And share with a friend and leave it with a gentle thumbs up. All the resources I promised are in the description.
And this video right here has gotten an amazing reception in terms of how to control your diet. I highly recommend you watch it. I give you the recipes, the training, how to build your own macros.
It's all in there. I'll see you in the next one. Cheers.
